The general housing market in Nigeria is doing really well, especially with the fact that formally unknown areas are getting popular (for example, Gwarinpa (excuse my spelling if it's not correct) in Abuja never used to be as popular as it is now). You're on to a winner if you conduct thorough research, and are physically there to oversee the whole project. |
Thank God for the grace to ignore people that choose to be rude when responding to others' comments/opinions! |
Like I said before; a lesson to women, PLEASE don't use the cow on sale to make suya for the dude that hasn't even priced it! This is what happens when a girl has been relegated to the position of 'the jump-off'. It may well be that he (Flavour) has been using her to play 'ten-ten', deceiving, and lying to her, we never know; it's a cold world, yo! |
Who are they fooling, themselves or the authorities!?! When their brain becomes snacks for vultures, all the authorities can do, then, is clean up the road! |
Where are all those advocates of women going all natural!? Surely, none of you would wife this woman if she didn't wax consistently!! |
I agree with the first poster! Unless they are going to curb inflation, and allow the Naira garner spending power, this makes NO sense; they really should sort out the denominations! Whatever happened to going along with technology, and aiming for an economy where most transactions are done via card payments? |
CFCfan: LooL! From the looks of it, people are going to have a lot to say about this thread, so I'm bracing myself! |
yuzedo: PM me now! Don't make me make you! LOL! I see what you did there!! OP, from a physical point of view, I think you had a very bad experience whilst growing up, and because it was so traumatic, you have repressed the memories. The feelings you have towards being abused is not the norm, but that doesn't make you 'sick', or 'crazy'. From a spiritual point of view, see someone you trust as having a strong spiritual foundation, and have a discussion with them; be more open about the dreams you have, and your feelings in totality (I understand that you may have held some things back here, seeing as it's a public forum). Finally, please don't let peoples' pessimism and insults get to you! It is well with you! :-) |
Oohh boy! |
ogugua88: Eggs and sardines this afternoon. Just got home. Late breakfast lol.I almost clicked on 'report' for this your food! I just finished nkwobi not long ago ohh, stop making me hungry! |
adaobi123: Bring me in !!!! You are welcome, nne!! |
CFCfan: I will munch this one all day I like to feed oh! Ka zo ka ci. |
Nkwobi-licious. :-)

Lesson to women, PLEASE don't use the cow on sale to make suya for the dude that hasn't even priced it! Chineke'm!! What did I just watch?? |
**Gag reflex in overdrive!** |
The second in line to carry shame is that so called 'father'/'husband', he's nothing but a warm body in that family! How can your girls be defiled, and you take it with a pinch of salt!?! HOW?!? This is sickening, and I'm disgusted by a man who can condone such depravity against his family!!! |
lepasharon: lool Yes oh, I envisage it with some ice-cream, or double whipped cream with syrup! *love bug eyes* |
^^^ Kai, see as this aunty just made my mouth water!! ^^^ |
lond07: Please what is the meaning of this slang - Mtseeeeew. I googled but no result!!! This is written to convey, in writing, that the poster is hissing; the Nigerian way of writing 'kmt', or 'hiss' .. I responded to this in good faith, because I'd like to think you were not clowning! |
Even countries are playing the 'tit for tat' game! It's always the people, trying to work hard, that suffer the consequences! |
LooL, somebody cannot have a malfunction in peace!! |
ROTFLMBO!!!! Excuse me while I laugh at this!!! Nna eh!! I can't shout!! Why?!? Why would someone act like that somewhere they have ZERO jurisdiction over?! I'm glad he was brought down a peg or two, now before he can enter the U.S, he has to; a. Grovel, and humble himself, or b. Find a way to astral-project!! PRIDE GOES BEFORE THE FALL!! |
It's always good to be alert, and watchful! Seriously, the level at which people are taking crime to is astounding! |
JeSoul: Absolutely on point there. And totally understand the "way of life" part. I'm lucky in the sense junk food has never appealed to me so its relatively easy for me to eat healthy.. Very true, weight can easily creep up on anyone! The day I use up more energy, I eat more. Mhen, you're blessed that you don't like junk; I am a stickler for the cheesecakes, apple pie & ice-creams, and waffles of this world! |
CFCfan: Eba and egusi soap would have not less than 900 calories Ahhh!! LooooL! Let me break it down for you, it's not *that* much, but it's a fair bit. Egusi soup (in fact any Nigerian soup) is healthy, but for the palm oil. So 500 litres of palm oil is about 4250. Bear in mind that this makes about 4 litres of soup (serving 15, which is about 280 calories per person. Assorted meat is another 200 calories, and other ingredients in the soup is a mere 100 calories per plate. A hundred grams of eba (ready to eat) is about 150 calories. I'm being very generous with the calorie count, and it comes to just over 700. There are ways to cut corners, like using fish etc. |
JeSoul: Are you on a diet? or just trying to eat healthier? I'm on a diet, more like a way of life, really. It's amazing the amounts of calories we consume when we're not checking. I have the sweetest tooth of all, and don't deprive myself, I just eat reasonably. |
CFCfan: Amen o. I and my queen may bring some continental dishes i.e. shawarma. Nna, come with an empty stomach!! You go belle-full |
CFCfan: ^^^Ahhh! AMEN!!!! I receive it for you!! |
I get your point. So it doesn't really depend on the length of the courtship, but when they're both ready then.
My rule of thumb; as soon as the woman starts to want marriage (if she's already in a relationship) she shouldn't stay longer than a year if the guy's wasting time! If a woman, who is ready to be a wife, gets into a relationship, and the guy is not saying anything within a year, she should find the nearest exit. Most guys want everything to be perfect before they get married, so they usually take time to get 'ready', as opposed to women who are usually ready. |
ogugua88: Ooooh. Mushrooms, and prawns, and pork. Oh my. Sounds yummy lol My kinda girl! We should have dinner some time, mutually beneficial! CFCfan: I'll definitely need some of that. Oh, you're welcome to this dinner party. I understand that wifey will take a few years to show! :-) |
