Oh Lord, our God; Mighty are your miraculous works, amongst which is the gift of Sen Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah to the Senatorial District and Igbo nation is general. We stand in awe of your Holy Name. Lord, we bow in prayers for Anambra South Senatorial District again, asking that You forgive us of our shortcomings, and maintain the deliverance you started since 2019 over this Senatorial District, through your amiable and hard-working son, Sen Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah (De Man Wey Sabi de Terrain).
Today, we dare to say that you have broken the backbones of Satan and his agents who have held the Senatorial District hostage for a long time, and are still planning to destabilize Anambra South Senatorial District by way of creating unrests and uncertainties.

Consolidate the deliverance of Anambra South Senatorial District from the hands of the greedy, unscrupulous and selfish leaders, and by the mighty power of your resurrection, keep on restoring Anambra South's lost glory. Make it greater and habitable again for the residents/constituents, through your chosen servant, Sen Ifeanyi Ubah (THE PRINCE OF THE SENATE.)

The Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District, Senator Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah has announced the commencement of a ward soccer tournament for youths of Anambra South Senatorial District.

In a statement released by his media office this evening, the tournament billed to commence on the 20th of December, 2022 will start from the wards to the local government levels while the final match will be played at the Ifeanyi Ubah International Football Stadium, Games Village, Nnewi.

Every ward in Anambra South Senatorial District is expected to present a team for this competition.

Every participating team, as selected from each ward, will get free jerseys, football boots, socks, participation fees, as well as other prizes and goodies.

The Youths of Anambra South Senatorial District are enjoined to quickly register and be a part of this thrilling experience as Senator Ubah put plans in motion to usher in a new era of peace, security, and prosperity for our people once again.

Undoubtedly, your firm Catholic teachings and belief in peace and unity for the greater good and betterment of mankind has endeared you to countless Christians, impacting positively on the spirituality of so many in the christendom.

Having served the Catholic Church meritoriously as the Former Prefect of the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments as well as played other critical roles in the course of your priestly calling and ascent to the top echelon of the Catholic faith, it is with great pleasure that I celebrate you today as you have always gone beyond the call of duty for the wellbeing of the Catholic community and humanity, by extension.

The Civic Center, Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue, Victoria Island Lagos was agog on Sunday following the annual Awards and Gala Night ceremony by the Okija Big Brothers Assembly, a prominent social club of citizens of Okija community of Ihiala Local Government Area of Anambra State. Speaking at the event, the Club’s President Chief Vitus Nkamigbo (Nwadioranma) said that the annual event is aimed at encouraging good leadership and honoring citizens who have played outstanding roles in promoting the wellbeing of members of their various communities. Chief Nkamigbo also urged public office holders to always be selfless while carrying out their constitutional functions.

Chief Nkamigbo further used the opportunity to commend the Senator representing Anambra South and Candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) for the 2023 Anambra South Senatorial Election Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah for his uncommon efforts in promoting the wellbeing of his constituents. He also appreciated Senator Ubah for sponsoring quality Bills and Motions, and also for using instrumentality of his office to attract quality programmes that will go a long way in empowering his people. He also condoled with Senator Ubah over the killing of his two Aides and some security personnel attached to him when his convoy was attacked by gunmen at Nkwọ Enugwu-Ukwu and urged him never to be discouraged in delivering quality representation to his constituents.

The Club through its President later honoured Senator Ubah with a Democratic Dividends Delivery Award and described him as a special asset of ndị Anambra South that should always be encouraged and supported. The Okija Big Brothers Assembly also prayed for more divine grace and protection upon Senator Ubah and urged him to keep on keeping on.

Responding, Senator Ubah appreciated the club for their support and encouragement especially at this critical time he is mourning his two Aides and some security personnel attached to him. He also appreciated the club for always standing with truth, justice and progress, and reassured them that he will leave no stone unturned in attracting quality programmes that will better the lives of his constituents. The Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District and Leader of the Young Progressives Party, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Ubah on Saturday, 3rd December 2022, tasked his numerous youth followers and lovers of his brand on the need to keep abreast with current global trends by maximising the huge potentials that abound in the right usage of social media platforms.

The Senator made the remarks when he stormed the venue of the training workshop that he organised for his media team and lovers of his brand.

The Seminar/Workshop which was organised by his Special Adviser on Media and Strategic Communications, Hon Kamen Chuks Ogbonna, is aimed at guiding young minds on the right use of social media as a veritable career tool and business option.

Various speakers/resource persons were also on hand to dish out impactful lectures during the over 5 hours event, which had a tea break, brief musical interludes, and interactive sessions that added spice to the occasion.

Senator Ubah who came after the rigorous workshop/Seminar lecture session used the opportunity to caution the attendees against the negative use of social media in peddling false and unverified news, abuses, cyberbullying and/or joining idle gossip platforms.
He assured the team that he is committed to assisting them to develop and harness their potential.

"I am fully aware that, unlike several other politicians who merely boast of hired media teams. The UbahNation followers consist of teeming youth volunteers that are here for the love of what I represent. I assure you that I do not take this for granted and will continue to look out for avenues and opportunities to assist your development/chosen careers through empowerment, job employment and start-up capital", Senator Dr Ifeanyi Ubah concludes.

Speaking also at the event, the Special Adviser to the Senator on Media and Strategic Communications, Hon Kamen Chuks, admonished the participants on the need to avoid the negativities and cons and focus on harnessing the numerous positive opportunities that abound in social media platforms to better themselves and become future role models to others.

One of the Highlights of the event was when the Senator called out some active names he sees on social media, some of whom he was meeting physically for the first time, and gifted them 100 dollars each and gas cookers.

Certificates and various gift items such as gas cookers, standing fans, coffee jugs, electric mosquito repellents, campaign polos and caps, wrist bands, etc. were also given to the over 150 participants.

INTERNATIONAL DAY OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES: SENATOR IFEANYI UBAH URGES RELEVANT AUTHORITIES TO AVOID DISCRIMINATION IN EXCECUTION OF POLICIES AND PROGRAMMES.

As the world celebrate with persons living with various forms of disability, the Senator representing Anambra South and Candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) for the 2023 Anambra South Senatorial Election, Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah on Saturday, called on relevant authorities to always carry victims of disability along in the execution of their policies and programmes. Senator Ubah made the appeal while hosting his constituents living with various forms of disability at his Umuanuka Otolo Nnewi residence. According to him, government and other institutions should avoid all forms of discrimination during their process of recruitment, promotion and policy implementation. Senator Ubah further maintained that there is always ability in disability and that what victims mostly need are continuous support and encouragement.

Senator Ubah further urged victims of disability to always remain focused and disciplined because such will enable them to achieve their life ambitions. He also reassured them that his office will continue to carry them along in the course of representation and will always provide them with necessary supports. The Anambra South Senator later presented special gifts like wheel chairs, crutches, sewing machines, electric grinders and other electrical appliances to the visitors and prayed God to continue to bless them with more grace, mercies and divine protection.

Speaking shortly at the event, some of the visitors appreciated Senator Ubah for always standing with them and for always providing various forms of encouragement for them. They further maintained that Senator Ubah has been providing them with special gifts like wheel chairs and crutches for years and has also dedicated his previous birthday to persons living with disabilities, an action they described as uncommon among the political class. They also prayed God to grant more grace, wisdom and protection upon the Senator and reassured him of continuous prayers.

Presenting the vote of thanks on behalf of the visitors, Hon. Amobi Okonkwo (Anunuebe Nnewi) described Senator Ubah as a special creature whose selflessness and philanthropy are second to none. Hon. Okonkwo who was appointed a Senior Special Assistant on Persons Living with Disabilities by Senator Ubah further disclosed that apart from being recognised by the Senator’s office, the Senator has relentlessly provided supports for his colleagues. He prayed God to continually bless and protect the Senator and reassured him of continuous prayers and support.

The electricity challenges of Edoji Uruagu Nnewi Community in Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State will soon be over following a special intervention by the Senator representing Anambra South and Candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) for the 2023 Anambra South Senatorial Election, Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah. The community which has been battling with recurring power outage and poor power supply for years appealed to Senator Ubah to assist them with an electricity transformer in order to save the area from economic disaster. In response to their appeal, Senator Ubah over the weekend donated a brand new 500KVA electricity transformer and handed it over to the community leaders led by Obi of Edoji Chief Godwin Ndubuizu and The Community’s Chairman Chief Anayo Atuchukwu.

Speaking at the occasion, the Obi of Edoji appreciated Senator Ubah for saving the community from economic disaster. He further disclosed that the Transformer will go a long way in supporting businesses in the area and prayed God to continue to guide and protect the Senator in his legislative functions.

Also speaking, the community’s Chairman Chief Anayo Atuchukwu appreciated the Anambra South Senator for making the uncommon move and disclosed that the 500KVA Electricity Transformer donated to ndị Edoji by Senator Ubah will bring recurring power outage and poor voltage output in the area to an end. Chief Atuchukwu further disclosed that Senator Ubah is the only public official that has shown serious concern in resolving the community’s economic challenges and urged him to keep the good works up.

Prior to the handover of the Transformer, Senator Ubah reassured Edoji community that he is working round the clock to partner with relevant authorities to address their economic challenges. He further maintained that promotion of power supply in various parts of Anambra South remains his priority and that his office will leave no stone unturned to attract quality projects and programmes to various parts of the Senatorial District. Senator Ubah who has previously donated Electricity Transformers to various communities of Anambra South further reassured his constituents that he will never relent in putting in measures that will promote their wellbeing and urged them to protect public facilities in their areas.

Edoji Community has battled recurring power outage and poor power supply for years. Senator Ubah’s intervention is expected to boost economic activities in the area and promote the wellbeing of its residents.

On behalf of my principal, distinguished senator Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah (senator representing the good people of Anambra Senatorial zone) I heartily wish to commemorate you on this year's World disables day which is anchored on the topic ' *TRANSFORMATIVE SOLUTIONS FOR INCLUSIVE DEVELOPMENT: THE ROLE OF INNOVATION IN FUELLING AN ACCESSIBLE AND EQUITABLE WORLD'*
The annual observance of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on 3 December was proclaimed in 1992 by the United Nation’s General Assembly resolution 47/3 aimed to promote an understanding of disability issues and mobilize support for dignity, rights and well-being of persons with disabilities.
Unarguably, Sen Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah is the highest individual benefactor both as individual and as a politician to persons with disabilities in the state taking cognizance of his gargantuan impacts in our lives.
In attempt to bring transformative solutions for inclusive development, Sen Ubah since 2014 to date for the first time in the anal of Anambra State imported and distributed advanced aides/machines such where about 500 pieces of motorised tricycles, 1000 pieces of motorised and manual wheelchairs, clutches, brail machines /laptops, special phones etc to the disable community in Anambra state, this is verifiable.
Those living with sickle cell anaemia were also not left behind.
Senator Ubah in his good heart has also extended his benevolence to almost all the homes for the disables and vulnerables both public, mission and private in Anambra South.
The complex and interconnected crises facing humanity today, includes the schocks resulting from the insecurity in the state especially in Anambra South has posed more concern to Senator Ifeanyi Ubah as people in vulnerable situations such as persons with disabilities are the most excluded and left behind, he therefore promised to use the instrument of legislature to collaboratively find innovative solutions for and with persons with disabilities to make the state a more accessible and equitable place.
It is also pertinent to note that Senator Ubah have successfully facilitated employment of persons with disabilities in both public and private sectors and has promised to do more through our supports towards his political movements.
In order to curtail the issues and challenges facing persons with disabilities in his constituency and his interests on innovation for disability inclusive development in employment, Sen Ubah is the only senator in the South East that appointed a physically person as his senior special assistant on disability matters and has through that means facilitated various skill acquisitions /Empowerment Programmes and as well constant provision of mobility aides and appliances.
Through your supports and prayers Sen. Ubah has indicated his interest on innovation for disability inclusive development on sports and promotes social activities among persons with disabilities.
Conclusively, Sen Ubah promised to collaboratively work with the state government to ensure effective execution of the disability commission laws in the state as he extends his unending love to the disable community in Anambra South and the state in general.

The Senator representing Anambra South and Candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) for the 2023 Anambra South Senatorial Election, Dr. Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah on Friday, thanked God for his mercies and grace upon the church and his people. Senator Ubah made the remarks during the reception of Apostolic Nuncio to Nigeria His Excellency Most Rev Antonio Guido Filipazzi and Italian Ambassador to Nigeria His Excellency Mr. Stefano De Leo by His Eminence Peter Ebere Cardinal Okpaleke at St. Joseph’s Cathedral Ekwulobia in Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State.

Speaking briefly at the event, Senator Ubah appreciated God for his grace and mercies upon the Diocese, the Church and Anambra South, and urged the church to always remember constituted authorities in prayers. The Anambra South Senator who was accompanied by some of his supporters also welcomed the Apostolic Nuncio and Italian Ambassador to his Senatorial District and reassured the church that his office will always work closely with relevant authorities including religious leaders in promoting peace and orderliness in the society.

Also speaking at the event which was preceded by a Mass, Most Rev Filipazzi thanked God for his mercies and prayed for more divine blessings, grace and protection upon the Diocese, the Church and Nigeria. He further urged the church to remain prayerful and maintained that God will always guide his people.

In his speech, Mr. De Leo prayed for more divine mercies and grace upon the Cardinal and the church. The Italian Ambassador to Nigeria further urged the congregation to remain faithful to God and reassured them that the Vatican will always give every needed support to the Church and Nigeria.

Responding, Cardinal Okpaleke appreciated God for his grace and mercies, he also prayed for more divine wisdom and mercies upon the Church and urged the congregation to remain prayerful and law abiding. The Cardinal also appreciated Senator Ubah and other dignitaries for gracing the occasion and prayed for divine guidance and protection upon them.

NNEWI POLITICAL APPOINTEES/ STAKEHOLDERS FORUM VISITS SEN. IFEANYI UBAH.

Members of the Nnewi Political appointees/stakeholders today, Friday 02/12/2022 visited Sen. Dr.Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, the Senator representing the good people of Anambra South Senatorial District at the 9th Senate to officially console and sympathize with him over the armed attack on his convoy which led to loss of lives at Nkwo Enugwu Ukwu Anambra State, in September this year.

Speaking through its Chairman - Hon. Arinze Nwosu, the forum informed Sen Ubah that they came to sympathize with him over the attack, and to thank the Lord Almighty for saving his life. The forum also prayed for God's divine guidance and protection upon the Senator, so that he will continue with the quality and vibrant representation of his constituency at National Assembly.

In his response, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, appreciated the forum for coming to identify with him, adding that the forum's visit wouldn't have come at a more better time than now, because according to him, the visit has shown that the forum has the interest of Nnewi and Anambra State at heart, and will be ready to work with them in building a new and better society.

Recall that the forum, after its general meeting on the 12th of October, 2022 condemned in entirety the gruesome assassination attempt on the Senator and his convey on Sunday, September 11, 2022 at Nkwo Enugwu Ukwu, Anambra State.

The forum also thanked God for sparing Sen. Ubah's life. They equally consoled him and the families of his personal aides and security details, who lost their lives during the urgly incident, and prayed that God will give them the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable losses.
