1. Gazzuzz offered a 3 month warranty at sale. OP didn't ask for a replacement until that three-month period had expired. Legally, at this point, Gazzuzz is free to tell the OP to go pound sand.
2. In spite of #1 above, Gazzuzz still offered to take back the engine.

I don't see how this could possibly be written against him.

Let's not even talk about the fact that OP has refused to bring evidence. In a court, this is known as burden of proof, which rests solely on the OP, as he's the one making the claims here.

Everything else is subjective and makes no difference. These above are the facts and they do not favor the OP.

Bro...... The world is watching. Before I gave Deltel a man have never met millions to help get a car the first I did was read through many if his post and see how best he can handle grievances.

Trust me no matter his good or talented you have bad publicity is not the best way to toil. I remembered when I tried moving my account to access when I saw the way they addressed a customers grievances mehn I bounced out and dodged a friendly fire. I have seen a couple of these movies (a good marketing strategy by Audi/Volkswagen) and yes, Audi cars are super fast and rugged too but here in Nigeria, we lack competent/technical hands to make them run optimally when they start to fail. Owning one used to be on my bucket list but I have been discouraged with users experience.

Audi remains the best car any car person can get talk of speed balance ruggedity and beauty... Though due to the mechanical knowhow you are at tendency of spending thousands of naira for repair. but trust me the drive is worth every cent. what I did now is get a comprehensive diagnosing kit and that as helped a billion fold in taking care of this babies of mine. can't wasn't to cruise My new Audi collection next week after custom clearance

Go for inspection with a scanner holding mechanic not the kick tyre type. I still bought a 2010 corolla Nigeria used at 1.5m for my sister last month through cheki and I must say the car is brilliant and all. Since it's for mama I can take the pain of assisting you in picking and also calling my technician to go with you for inspection. God bless your pocket and long life to mum

I could literarily feel the vehicle say "I can't breathe" at this point i had 2 options, turn back and check the exhaust system or drive really slow to Lagos.

Word of advice at this point, if you are driving a modern day car with a blocked exhaust system stop and get it fixed, you could damage a lot of things in the engine including literarily setting the car on fire .


But Gazzuzz was not driving a modern day car, I took a third option which was to push the car harder, in my mind better spoil now let me tow you back to town and take GIG jeje


I started hearing exhaust leaks.... My method was paying off the exhaust leaks were getting louder with until there was a thunderous explosion !

My BMW car was broken into sometime ago. The window on the driver's side was smashed. They ransacked the interior, broke open the pigeon hole and opened the bonet.

Luckily my car battery (100amps) was not seen. I got to the scene, got into my car, started my car and drove away.
