HopeNeverDies:That's the power of politics. It is very difficult to be neutral. He has to keep side with his political 'master' which is Wike. Wike was instrumental to a degree for him to have become a governor. Wike strong will is both evil and good... depending on the situation in question |
ASUU! This is why those saying FG doesn't have money to pay lecturers don't know what they are saying. Nigeria is not a poor country. Nigeria has stinking spending (stealing) problem, not money problem. Obi isn't lying. These figures aren't made up and anyone with some fact finding acumen know. Nigeria is an irony. The case of the royal heritage clad in rags. |
It's only in Nigeria that people exalt Wike as an excellent Governor. |
Tobloc:Sincerely, it doesn't promise to be effective at all. Most of the people they are blocking on these roads are parents. It is FG versus ASUU saga. Protest has gone to the wrong quarters. How about occupying the Red Chambers, the senate, that's if you can't approach Aso rock for the fear of the uniform men. |
Hmmm Shocks are part of life |
MonsieurX:You are enlightened and I appreciate it. Truth is a bitter pill. They often speak against the colonial Masters as if those ones didn't leave them better than they met them. Colonial Masters too had plans and their excesses, but they are not the problem of Nigeria. Since how many years now that they still blame them for woes, corruption, tribalism, backwardness and so on prevailing in the country. It is true that one is not a failure until one blames others for his problems. What is wrong with Nigerians? |
The dead are mourning the dead. Life is turn by turn. English empire really reigned while holding sway. While the Queen would visit any foreign country, the country would still speak English to the Queen, supposedly. And when foreigners would also pay her visits, English would as well be the language of expression. |
nony43:Oh my! May you not fall into it o. The deceit and pranks that thing plays on the mind is "never enough". It doesn't matter if you marry Miss World. It warps the mind and twist the psyche. |
bodee:Sloth is the animal, with this slow, sluggish and lethargic attributes. Slothful is the adjective derived from the animal used to describe something(someone) based on the features and characters of the same animal. Slothful means lazy. Slothfully means lazily. |
It is for good. So that you guys can scramble for what is not enough |
phemmyfour:I am too sure you are the one who is wrong. If you indeed know the language you mentioned, you would know that 'lepa' is a modern day word/slogan, not an old indigenous word. About mid 90s, this word wasn't even known or used, not even for slim person. Go figure. Opposite of 'lepa' is 'Orobo', do you also know the song/singer who also brought about orobo mainstream usage and adoption to describe someone on the fatty side? It's true that new words are being coined and added on the daily to lingo and local dialect, but also note that some have been around longer to know the origin and difference in the adapted and original root word. |
Wow... Nostalgia. This song birthed so many other things, including many Gospel songs adaptation with the beats also. Worthy of note. The word 'lepa' used for slim person(lady/girl) came from this song. |
What is wrong with African leaders? This Museveni has been President for so long, yet still there. Paul Biya's people |
Criminal of a President. Why not do it when you are still there? No gut. No knowledge, no empathy. The same person who said there was nothing like subsidy. He was more interested in becoming a figurehead president than one to be proud of. |
Hmmm Even if it's true, and you did it. What will happen to you guys? |
wman:He has criticized so many others. To me, it is not a sign of maturity. No single minister is given the whip or ministry of criticism to police the rest of the ministers. There is correction that's done in love, and it is not for pulpit entertainment because you have audience that believes in all you throw out at them. Becoming the Chief Whip of all the rest is like assuming you yourself are the standard they must measure up to. He who stands should take heed. |
Kobojunkie:If ONLY what Jesus said is what we would actually do, most of what we are doing today then are wrong. Jesus stayed for a limited time here in person, but Scriptures are given by the Holy Spirit through holy men to say further what Jesus could have said or told His followers if He were to still be physically present. Concerning the Psalms you referred to as being not commanded by Jesus or not being in the New Testament, do you realize that Psalms was part of the whole Scriptures (Bible) given by inspirations of the Spirit? So clapping as said in that place quoted couldn't have been an error. Except Isaiah, no other Book of the Bible has prophecies for Jesus' life, death and resurrection like the Psalms. How come clapping to praise God in the Book of Psalm is irrelevant in the New Testament? If Psalm isn't relevant in the New Testament, why does the book of James say that if anyone is merry, let him sing Psalms. Ephesians also mentions speaking to one another in Psalms. So why is Psalms not relevant in the New Testament when it is quoted and referenced in many places? If the Preacher wants to be "thorough" , he should have condemned dancing also. Is there any place in the New Testament that Bible says that people should dance to or before God? He ought to have condemned dancing as well. Anyone may decide to worship God the way he feels all good including not clapping if he so wishes, but making a doctrine out of it like he's saying it in this video is all wrong in itself. |
lonelydora:Don't mind them. In their secret meetings, they know that Obi is a contender. Sleepless night for them is possible because of it. But they will come to the open to say no structure, false statistics and all that. Who is not tired of this backwardness? |
Sleekfingers:Exactly my thought. Is it the age difference that we should talk about? I don't believe Olaiya is so poor that he will be rolling like he's nobody really. Well, who knows? |
APC... Chain! |
lonecatt:Sincerely this is the savagery of the month. It is brutal upper cut ![]() |
Good request. When will FG stop bandits from transacting? |
Figure head Senate President. The worst of the worst Senate President. |
We cover lies, promote falsehood and except nation to be great. No be juju be that? When those in power know the citizens sponsoring banditry and Boko Haram but would shield them... We are not ready. |
'Condoler' General |
Dubai connection |
babaolofin:You missed the road, boy. What you're saying here is off what I said. I don't need to validate you but let me educate you a little. Apostle Chinyere mentioned that Obi has his vote (election-wise) in what he said. That's why he called him Moses, but your blocked mind still thought it was only about conceding award to him. I quoted a fellow who said something along that line also based on how about 3 men could influence Christian folks on who they vote in PH. Next time you want to spell Igbo, do it right, it is not Ibo, at least you said you passed through school a little. Lastly, you opined that Igbo folks can't vote a Yoruba. You must have been in the cave to have missed it few days ago when Zack Orji was declaring for Tinubu and saying why Tinubu should be voted. I guess Zack Orji is a native of Ikorodu to you right? Don't quote me next time if you can connect dots in argument. Whoever you vote is your personal thing. But don't run headlong displaying your folly in the name of defending indefensible. |
Do you serve failure notice, when you know failure must keep failing? |
Akurakambe:Of course, do you think Pastor Ibiyeomie will support Muslim Muslim candidate? Winners (going by Bishop Abioye's message) is supporting him, Dr. Enenche is supporting Obi, Salvation Ministry can't be left out. And so many to join. Mr Tinubu carried ant-infested woods, lizards have to come calling. In a country already polarized by religion, bedevilled by lacklustre performance of the ruling party, you now wanted to call bluff further by choosing someone (not just a Muslim) whose allegiance to Boko Haram is traceable... That's a lowest low. Tinubu ought to be courting favours, not calling bluff, and be lying that no other better performing person can come from other faith. All lies and no truth. We all saw how they were falling over Wike to woo him, yet they say no other Christian is good to be used for VP. Diarisgod |
Totilopussylick:Of course. You won't see him since saying anything about election or his party. He knew what's wrong, but what's right remains personal to him. |
Mina79:Never too late. Do you know how many might still die? Those terrorists are ready to take over goverment because they know goverment is too weak and protecting them with its body language. Handing over is still like 10 months away... You know what can happen in the next 2,3 months? God save and protect us all So unfortunate so many had to die just because their goverment decided to be clowns |
