Of course.. A dog may change in personality. There are numerous factors that can influence such change such as emotion, pain, excitement, fear and so on.

In your case, your dog recovered from his sickness and became more calm but aggressive. What was the nature of the sickness? Whatever he/she passed through during the period of illness may have influenced a change in personality.

Op I admire your vision but what we call local dog I still doubt how pure it is..

The local dogs are mixed with so many things that we assume and call it local dog. So I think we should just leave them be.

They lack a breed standard. The formation of a local dog in my street will be different from that in your street. But we call them local dog because they are small, dirty, cheap and not big or beautiful like the exotic breed. So until we have the local standard first, we can't do much.

When imported, papers are required to specify the breed and whether its pure or mixed.

This is so unrelated to the subject matter. Papers have nothing to so with breed standard and specification.

If you cannot identify a pure breed boerboel then wait that those who can, may identify.

@op I'm not a boerboel person so I really can't say but they look good.

Nairaland is the public. Not your private property. If you don't want critics or bad vibes then stay off nairaland. As a businessman, you should accept critics and debunk them peacefully to encourage people patronise you. Not fighting or insulting your potential customers you are advertising to.

Insult your customer tomorrow and see if he will call you again. You can't be rude in business. I personally wont have any fvck to do with this op. A person who insults so easily wouldn't hesitate to attack me in person.

if yu have a good vet parvo can combated but common are yu praying for parvo? keep yur environment clean, vaccinate yur dog and keep it away from stray dogs. after all yur GSDs did not experience parvo. if yu still scared go for a boerboel it is generally healthier than a rot. thanks....
