Wrong! German Shepherd Dogs can have their tails in any angle they please.

The tail position has so many factors influencing it. Factors such as:

- Dominance
- Excitement
- Fear
- Mood

and so on...

An Insecure but dominant GSD will have its tail up high(90°).

A fairly confident but dominant dog will have its tail flying in the middle of the air. (45°)

A timid dog may have its tail down below crossing it's Hock reaching its hind paws.

The point is, any dog including the GSD can have its tail in any position it wish. Indeed most German Shepherd do not have their tails at 90° however a few number of them do.

if you have access to a good lab you can also run a progesterone esset. what's are innoculation record like and did she ever fall sick during the period you were expecting her heat?. poor health can also be a reason has their body naturally skip heat when weak in order to conserve energy.

I agree with yu that various breed of dogs came by mixing several dog breed. the boerboel for example was made to guard the farm stead and they are various things yu look out for such as size, temperament, health, looks etc to produce the dog best suited for whatever yu have in mind. but it takes time(many years), knowledge, experience,foresight,capital etc the dog breeds we have today were not breed out of curiosity but they were bred for various reasons unlike yu that want to breed out of curiosity and I pray that your curiosity should not kill yu. secondly illegal cross breeding like yours undo all the hard work the breeder went through in producing that breed and at no point in time were the pups of those dogs ever sold to the public till they meet the standard I can bet yu will advertise those pups as boerlitan mastiff sell them to the public due to greed and the greedy buyers will still go ahead to mate those mutts(not all dogs are supposed to he used for breeding) there are many reasons to give but I will drop my phone at this point. thank yu

The slant looks wonderful in my opinion. In fact, I love it. It differentiates the GSD from all other dogs and it doesn't affect their performance. Slant GSDs work. They're used for protection and police work by both individuals and cops alike in developed countries like the US. GSDs just look beautiful with the slant. #LoveSlantBacks

This one just weak me

When I wanted to get my first solo pet, earlier this year, my good friend told me to head for a Rottweiler. I am a lover of GSD. When I was a kid, my Dad(Worked in the Army) brought home 2 Big dogs from the barracks. Till date he never mentioned if he bought them or someone gave him. They were 6 months old each. I named them Shadow and Sledge because 1 was too black (Black German Shepherd). They were fantastic German Shepherd dogs (Back then I didn't know their breed names. I was only 7).

But there was something about them, they were STRAIGHT! Whenever they bark as they grew up, you feel this vibration. This authoritative challenge they throw at anybody they see near our house. When I was 10 years, anytime I go running an errand I tag Shadow along (The black one was my favorite). I see how people clear the way when I pass. How people go another way when a small boy like me was passing. I felt like my dad carrying a gun.

Fast forward to 16 years later. I want to buy my own dog so I went straight for the German Shepherd because I just love them. I can't help It. But what do I find everywhere?

Crippled dogs the marketers call Slant Backs.

Then I started asking myself:

- What happened to the original working German Shepherd dogs?
- What happened to those fit and smart looking wicked dogs?
- What happened to those gallant dogs that could jump the balcony railings or even Jump so high to attack you?

Even the so called straight today are not real GSD. They are mixture. People Now tag the Slant Back as a pure breed. OMG, since when?

The Original German Shepherd that was used to shepherd sheep and scare away wolves was a Straight Back. Not slant. But today slant yapa 4 street.

I went very far to get a Straight GSD. I almost got a Mali mix until my partner who is a dog lover and a Vet student told me it was a mix and showed me a clean Straight GSD. Though not pedigree but it's far better than the mixtures or the cripple.

So this message goes out to breeders out there... Please let's save the Straight Back GSD. Now I am in search looking for the straight back DDR GSD. So I can breed this wonderful Dog and save it's breed. Before people start slanting the DDR too.

We can't afford to fail the GSD. Everyone is carrying Caucasians about, Rottweiler and so on but the little GSD we have left let's save it's pride and honor. How can a dog be standing and it looks as if he is pooing. How do people enjoy this thing? How will a dog be standing and his tail be touching the floor when he isn't a frog or something. How do people look at this thing and call it pure? A dog that looks up and it feels like it's sitting down. That isn't a GSD to me.

GSD has lost its 'working' title for sure. Today it's all about display and show off and what sells. Definitely the slant back sells that's why people breed it leaving the REAL GSD to die. Please don't tell me you have a slant back that is working oh no.. You can't tell me. Let me see it 'work'.

Please breeders and owners, let's save this breed. If you have a Straight GSD i think you should produce more of what you have. If you have a DDR GSD that is Straight please produce more of what you have.

Make no mistake, I'm not talking about Pedigree or Market here. Pedigree is paper. I'm talking about Love and Respect for a dying breed. The same dog you would most likely keep in a cage all its life. No be naija we dey? A dog you would most likely sell once you get transferred at your place of work. So this isn't about show off. This is about saving a breed we love.

If you are not a GSD lover I don't expect you to understand but as a dog lover in general you should get the point.

If we don't do this then we have failed the breed and can as well tag the Straight GSD ekuke.

No bro! My vet advise I deworm her when she is 3 month. Good new! Tasha now eat noddles waste and dry meat very well.. Right now I fed her just 2wice. But I observe she doesn't eat her food at once, she eat small small. I changed we meal, she now feed on Arion and milk in d morning, and indomie waste and dry meat in d evening. At times I give we just dry meat in afternoon to add up to her protein. Please bro is this mode of feeding OK and will it makes her come out in good shape.. Thanks

As a puppy of her age, she needs less indomie and more meat. (Boiled or Raw Meat). Why don't you get the dry food? (Nut-like). It has a high amount of protein the puppy needs. And consider getting Nutritola too and some canned foods. Also ensure she is dewormed and vaccinated.

THe reason for the thread was to bring clarity to the strategy I already devised. The service fee is payment for the strategy developed; I am neither a payment gateway company nor payment processing company. And by networking, I meant collaborating with Bank officials here in Nigeria that have an affiliation with foreign banks on accessing overseas funds locally. Nonetheless, you did have a point about the cost. Currently, I am able to think another strategy that might be cost effective but presently testing the route to see if it's live. ALL dogs are dangerous if they are given reason to be dangerous. I have seen a Dobberman that is as gentle as Baby Doll and i have seen a local dog that is as wild as a lion. The point is, TRAINING!

I advise you go for a dog you would BE HAPPY to have! A dog your heart wants. Then you can train him/her/it into anything you want it to be.

However, if i am to recommend for you, i would recommend of course, the German Shepherd Dog. Its loyal, Baby Friendly and loves to relate with family also easy to handle and train. A dog that loves you that much will kill for you. My GSD has fought bigger dogs like Rottweilers and So on.. It has even killed another dog. So its what you train it to be. I love GSD, i plan to have a pack of 8 in my house(i have 4 dogs now) so what do you love?

Indeed, she wouldn't near it out of fear but the next time you give her food she will rush to eat 'before the big one comes'

Put the food in one plate and let the other one come and eat. Nobody will tell her to eat.

NO! YOU CAN'T FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR!.

Most payment processors offer services to home country only. If you want a payment processor that allows Nigeria Business receive payment in USD and get settled to domiciliary account, that is very difficult to find.

Just try any local payment platform that accepts international payment and get settled in Naira. You won't find the USD you are looking for. Just forget that. Even if you will, the charges will be high and would be from an offshore company which you will never meet in person. And most offshore companies like that, demand huge setup fees to the tune of $500 even $1000.

These offshore companies hold funds for as long as 14 days. So it would make more sense to contact your bank and obtain a merchant account. Simple as that.

To enjoy full international presence, you have to be 'international'. I.e Have an office abroad, foreign account, etc.... You can't sit in Nigeria and expect all those things you listed to come to you unless you are willing to partway with $1000 or more for setup.
