Funny, I recently started using borehole. I used to use streams with drip. One of my colleagues used to frown at me that screams arent good. Lol. Of course I have experienced terrible diseases cos of that style, but to me, the cost of pumping from underground like you said is high. Lol. And I weighed my risk analysis well, and using streams was what I chose. Lol. But this is why you must be able to sit back and restrategize.

You seem to have water challenge. So, downsize first. Change your seed varieties....and see if you can increase yield.

The amount of water you have determines how much you should expand. Water availability has limited me from growing horizontally many times too. But then, I grow vertically. So, it seems you must find a way to stake by force. Lol. This issue of water availability is a big challenge too for me. Obi is the only sane mind among the top presidential candidates so every Nigerian voter should ask himself whether he wants another Buhari for the next, 8 years or a sane leader who would lead the country forward. If you're tired of insecurity, hunger, inflation, nepotism, ignorant leadership, corruption, dictatorship and lack of respect for rule of law, police brutality and corruption etc, please vote for Peter Obi, he's the solution.

Lol, have you cultivated any of these plants successfully before? Managing this farm will be too stressful. The skill sets needed are too different. Nigerian workers are always looking to steal, how you treat them barely affects the situation. If you have employed before, you should know.

30 acres for moringa and processing factory.

10 for cabbage farming
20 for pepper and tomatoes farming
5 for different varieties of vegetables especially ugu
Remaining 5 for piggery and cat fish farming.
