You can get your money back. No need visiting a branch of the bank, they'll frustrate you more. Call their online customer service for advise, if you aren't satisfied, visit their head office.

I had a similar experience some years back, I visited the bank's head office and filled a charge-back form but got my money back after 4months.

So I'd advise you make other plans for your education.
