jackbauersballs: HAHAHAtrue talk. Jihadist will stop at nothing. they will extend their territory. Its either you take them out, or you bow to them. Who says yoruba and auchi muslims cannot be radicalised? Go to saki and ilorin. When bin laden was killed, i broke the news to a yoruba muslim friend and he said in yoruba to another yoruba muslim that he feels bad the man has been killed. That goes to show thatsoutherners feel some sense of sympathy for jihadist and they selvs can be radicalised |
is it possible to be in a relationship with some one who loves you but you just like as a friend? I.e you do not have romantic feelings for her. If it is possible, can a man be romanticaly fufilled in such a relationship? How can he force his heart into the relationship? |
is it possible to be in a relationship in which there is no romantic feeling? I mean having a woman you love just like a friend. If possible, can a man feel fufiled in such a relationship? Can he attach his heart to it by force? |
slimyem: if you aint got the flow,u aint got it!whats being mechanical? |
Olynkem: Most girls are dated for many years and the guy will finally live them to propose and marry another person. Some are in longterm relationship still without defined cpommittment from the guy. what could be the problem? Is there anything a girl need to do to get his boyfriend to propose?if e no propose to you, you no dey propose to am? Ladies can fight for equality on all grounds but cant do the same in a relationship. If guys dey propose, ladies should also be able to propose! We are eqqual |
pls you opinion. Also what and what do you talk about? How do you deal with the fear of disappointing her? |
kramer: Booooo!!! The whole "Obahiagbon quote" joke is getting lame nowthats becos you are a winner |
light is more constant in ghana not becos the generate more than we do but becos the litle they generate is under utilised. They dont have as many companies as we have in nigeria. And light covers a smaller percentage of their geographical area. Nigeria may be generating less than 4000MW, but 4000MW is obviously not what we use. Put all of the watts we generate using our generators together and i bet you, even SA will not generate that much. Come to our places of business anytime anyday and you will see light. Thats strong enterprenural spirit which is hallmark of the nigerian! We have shown that we can be independent of our govt; a character you have not shown. |
bigboyk those nigerians did not get their training outside nigeria at least not entirely. And as for your 'where were we when our economy was bad'. I can tell you that we were by your side even though we asked you to leave our house. John kufur revealed it when he said: 'there was a time when ghana ran short of money and i came to obj and i said there is no oil and i must run the economy'. Obj gave him 30k barrels of oil for 30days. We dont even sell oil to you at intl price. |
@bigboyk nobody is telling you how you are going to run your country. We are only being defencive against an anti-nigeria sentiment which you cannot deny exists in ghana. We have always seen you as brothers and that is why we come to your schools spending 1bn usd every year, we bring investment both big and smes to your country. Which single person has done this for you? |
when the notice expired and their govt postponed their operation, i watched on NTAi how a ghanian was ranting. expressing his anger and disaoppoinment against the postponement. From the look in his face, you could tell he cant wait to play 'tt for tat'. You remember the ghana must go tins na. He has forgot that the presence of his country on our soil back then and today isnt the same as ours on their soil. Back then and now they work in our institutions but nigerians in ghana dont work in ghana institutions they provide their jobs. A job that will vanish should we leave. |
the very day the notice expired and their authority postponed their operations, i watched how a ghanian was ranting on NTAi against the postponement. And from the look in his face, i could tell he was so jealous of nigerias presence in her country. Its like he cant wait to play 'tit for tat'. you know the ghana must go thing na. The poor man even said some businesses are meant for ghanians alone as if nigerians are taking their jobs. Name one nigerian who is working in ghanas institution. Nigerians in ghana provide their employments for themselves a job that will vanish should nigerians leave |
we say ghanas education is better than naijas education. But how comes thye have not produced the likes of wole soyinka, chinua achebe, chimamanda, philip emegwali, sanusi lamido etc. Mention one ghananian intellectual that will immediately be recognised by anyone on the continent or the world. |
onila you fit start the coupe decale here in nigeria. But the coupe thing is beautiful. I like the dance. The whining around the waist is good to watch. What is the meaning of coupe decale? From the dance, one would conclude that the culture of these people is sexualised. Is it really so? |
just chop off his hand, there is no excuse for stealing he is a liar jor!!!
why the closest person to you at the time wey you dey type this rubbish no bury you alive befor you finnished typing this rubbish |
yorke1: So good judgement could come out of the Sharia court.i was impressed! May be its a wrong or not too complete view i had of sharia law. Somebody pls educate be better! |
i want only one child and its has to be a boy. The reason i want a boy is not the same as most people would give you. Yes at first, you will need all of the energy in the world to make him behave. But as he grows older, he becomes more understanding and he gives you fewer things to worry about. But for a girl... hmm the reverse is the case. Even if she dey her hubby house, you mind go still dey there. I hate trouble! |
this is a false story. The catholic church preaches that there is hel.and that can be seen in the apostles creed 'i believe in the life of the world (heaven or hell') to come. Pls verify it yourselves dont take my word for it. And if you confirm it, i want you to come to agree that there are false hood in this story. You can also take books written by the pope to see for your self that he preached the existence of hell. |
my dear, i can counter every point you raised in your last post and any independent judge will judge in my favour, believe me. But i dont have that time now becos i am down a lil bit. Btw, its my lil phone i am using and it cannot type so many things. My response will be so long. But let me just reply one of the questions you asked. I am not going to advice my sis to be a second wife (Contrary to what you think my answer would be.this shows that i have points that you have never heard of and this is becos the cacophony against polygamy has been the loudest especially among nigerian christians) And the reason is simple! She does not have the orientaion of polygamy so it will definitely fail. You will have to have orientaion of something for that thing to work with you. |
go4value: @op...........christianity,is neither a religion or a group........IT IS A WAY OF LIFE.except a man is born of God n Holyspirit,he cannot enter into d kingdom of God.absolute nonsense!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
sorry pls dont get me wrong. I only want us to talk about this very thing we cannot not talk about offline with other people. After listning to some stories, i really feel for the two people involved. |
absolute rubbish!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know a family, na the two wives make the man turn devout christian. In this same family, touch one of the children, you touch the rest. Still in the same family, the children hardly lack in school. If their parent do not have, they get it from their older ones. I know this becos i am very very close to one of them. As for your " backwardness of the black man" what about the mid east where polygamy is practiced. Particularly the gulf states. Are they not developed? Its like you are one of those black men that have been brain washed into thinking the black man has never made succeses in life. You have believed the 'dark continent' propaganda. If you want one wife, marry one! Nobody stops you. If you do not like it, other people want it! Includin the women. And thats why they get married to him even though he has a wife already. You are in no position to label polygamy what you are trying to label it becos from what you have posted above, i can confidently say that you do not know what polygamy is. As for the restitution that you are talking about; i am tired of christians using ambiguous words when making recomendations. By restitution, what exactly do you want them to do? Do you want them to have a divorce from all of their wives except one? And dont you think that is double standard? You preach against divorce and you are encouraging it! Your crusade against polygamy no work |
i think this is some thing that we have to clearly define becos we cannot pretend there are some people among us who truely want each other. but the established system is shaped in such a way that these people feel they are the worst on earth. What do you think? |
@evil brain. That lawyer friend of yours told you the most complete truth that has ever been told in all of human existence. Be a wise man and adhere to it. Nigeria has a secular constitution but nigeria is a religious state. Secularism and religionism are a mentality not an institution or a write up on some paper and nigerians are religious in the mind. No wonder we operate even our secular instituion with religious. |
women can get married to as many husbands as they like even though i do not understand the institution of polyandy. I am from a polygamous home, i am christian but it is really anoying to see that christian leaders make their followers think they cannot be saved if they are polygamous. They even tell you to divorce one of your wives to be seen as true christian. Thats suprising since they are the ones who condemn divorce. They do not even exempt those who were polygamous before becoming devout christians. It is so anoying |
if your journey and believes are individual, then i wonder how you are able to come under one umbrella, AMORC. Organizations consist of people with a common goal and out look so you cannot say that your journey is yours and yours alone. What is sanctum musings? You have not answered that question |
after wrinting a good song, my problem today is; i dont know how to sing it sweetly. Every attempt i make is horrible. Pls help me out. |
i saw her today as i was hurrying for lectures. She looked at me and smiled. I cannot find words to define her smile and its effect on me. I can simply say its beautiful! The smile induced a smile to my face and cleared the clouds of anxiety in my mind like a wiper would wipe clean water from a car windscreen. Becos i was in haste, i couldnt wait to talk at length. We just went past each other saying "good afternoon". But i had a lil time to look back at her again. I now understand that the reason i was not able to start conversation with her was just my thinking and i shoulnt have let it limit me becos i could have lost her. Thanks to yall who helped me. But no thanks to you who wanted me to give up. |
