Internet warlords. You have divided the country with ur keyboards. Its only on NL u find e-countries like;
Republic of Niger Delta
Peoples Republic of Odua
Republlic of Biafra
Islamic Republic of Nothern Nigeria
Republic of Benin. etc
I wonder if Ojukwu wud have achieved anything if he had taken ur path of laziness.
Wats d purpose of an e-civil war that wouldn't change reality?
This generation is soooooo lazy! A poster said if he had the republi of benin he would be so rich dat he'l buy man utd. undecided wake up dude!

@OP: I reali hope for d best, but I believe in action.
We want Change yet we are not disciplined enough to allow it. Even if Nigeria breaks into a thousand pieces, each and every unit would still be sickened by corrupt politicians, greedy people, and crisis upon crisis. This generation has bin brought up to accept corruption as a norm, it will follow us anywhere except we change.
You reading this should go change ur mentality and that of ur family first. That's all! Cos every Nigerian belongs to a family.
We are the change we seek.
2015 will be another calendar year.
I'll remind u all on 31/12/15

AutosRe: Make Sure You Inspect Vehicles Before You Buy Them by Guapo(m): 11:48am On May 17, 2012
damola1: Customer satisfaction is priority. All the time. I have paid more in cash to make sure my customers are satisfied than the value of this car since I acquired it. And I don't sell cars.

I regret never to have mentioned I had an accident with the vehicle until after the fact, as I never expected the would be buyer to be distant or even paying ahead, never imagined Nigeria's e-commerce has been built. I expected the person to visit and check it out prior to, in fact, this buyer stated he's going to fly in to check it out before paying the balance, but all in all, I accept all responsibilities.

But all the facts stated herein about the status of the car remains the same.

Please stop blaming the buyer for paying 2M ahead, his trust was in no way compromised, the vehicle wasn't stolen and he got the car, he even got a money back guarantee, and the fault that developed from the car wasn't because it's Nigerian used or the car had an earlier accident, rather because the necessary precautions where not taken.

It's very easy for me to sell the car to another willing buyer who will inspect for about the same price or close to. As the market retail value for a Nigerian used 2008 RAV4 is btw: 2.4-2.5M. So, I think there's no point dragging.

The buyer mentioned the temp. went high was because the radiator was blocked. I haven't seen the vehicle since it's picked up. I am saying Elizade serviced my vehicle until I used other mech, and even when I had an accident, it's covered by a comprehensive insurance from Insurance PHB, though they screwed me over.

I have communicated with all interest to make sure I make a satisfied customer out of him. I am open to thoughts from him, and will be very much willing to work it out just because I didn't mention that important fact. that the car had an earlier accident.

Once more, I am all willing to put all of the resources within my capacity to see that we come to happy ending.
Sweet God!!! How on earth could u av forgotten to tell ur buyer that d car he was about to purchase has had an accident! That's not a mistake neither is it negligence but total fraud. I don't blame u anyway, I blame d buyer who resorted to unconventional means of purchasing a nigeria used car.
Alhaji's driver sef no try at al. He rode d car lyka horse. This story get as e be o. Everyone is guilty.
Alhaji shud av inspected d car before parting with cheese, Damola shud have discussed every detail of d car's history (but fraud na him middle name), Alhaji's driver (apa, baseje) shud have taken precautions b4 gasket got fried. I dnt knw wat to say to inspiredm yet.
All in all, damola said it in his first words of selling d car on dat thread- "with deep sense of regret". cheesy cheesy grin we regret it too
The sad thing is that the entire SOuth-South and South East hold on to very strong traditional values.

Have you seen the Ofala festival in Anambra State?! Have you seen the New yam celebrations?! Everything is in line with our traditions and customs.. You dont need to look out for light skinned beautiful girls and handsome men to know that this is an Igbo festival..

Look at the pictures on this thread... At first I thought someone was showing us pictures from brazil.. There is nothing Yoruba about those pictures..

Not even a single tribal mark on the faces of the participants which proves that they are Igbos or southerners.

Are Yoruba people ashamed of their culture?! Where is their talking drums? Where are the tribal marked men dancing out of tune and jumping up and down like deranged monkeys? Where are the over-weight & haggared-looking Iyabos and Atinukes?! Out their faking oyinbo and speaking in an accent they got from their 1 week trip to the UK.

Not even a single Aso-ebi or Owambe style party with Amala and ewedu or Efo riro.. Rubbish!!
I like the points u made, u are very right with the fact that our culture is eroding away in NIGERIA. What spoilt your honest remark is what I'll consider a 'below d belt punch' to d yorubas in form of well guided insult. That's nullified any sensible thing u ever said.

Goddex: Copy Copy.
All states now want to do Carnival.
Why not leave Carnival for Calabar and concentrate
on another area of comparative advantage?

Lagos don't need this, if you ask me.
Your line of reasoning is so hilarious grin
Do you know the meaning of carnival at all? Ever before cross river was created as a state, Lagos has bin having carnivals.
Calabar is a beautiful town and I enjoy their carnivals no doubt, but saying some states are doing "copy copy" cheesy is quite unfair and uncivilized a remark. angry

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Re: T.b Joshua: Chelsea Needs More Prayer Than Bayern Munich. by Guapo(m): 4:58pm On May 08, 2012
Canisma: T.B Joshua has finally broken his silence on the Champions league final.
He stated that He NEVER prophecied last sunday that Chelsea would win.
Hear Him:
"I never said anything about the match. I never did".
He then asked his congration if they ever heard him predict the game. The congregation then answered, NO in unison.
He continued, "Please, you people should stop embarrassing me on the internet. Why are people lying against me ? I did not say anything about the game. I even heard an analyst on Supersport say that i prophecied about the game. Please, i am here to tell you that i never prophecied about the game. He continued that some people are trying to use him as a bait to win the cup.
.
After the congregation confirmed that the Prophet never predicted about the game, They now all in unison called on the prophet to please tell them what would happen in the match. After much pressure, He now opened up on the game.
=
THE WORDS OF T.B Joshua.
.
When all these rumours were going on, i asked God to show me the game.
He then showed me.
What i saw in the first half was not good for Chelsea.
Infact, Your Chelsea needs more prayers in this match than their opponent, Bayern munich. I see a Bayern player scoring a goal in the first half. I CANT SAY MORE THAN THAT. So pray for your club.
These prophecies, God reveal it to me so as to show men that He is the same Yesterday, Today and Forever. If millions of this generation are to believe, they must see proof that Jesus is the same Yesterday, Today and Forever.
.
At this juncture, a Chelsea fan in the church came out to ask the Prophet to pray for Chelsea. The prophet now told him that he was saying what he, the prophet, has seen. But what the man as a fan can do now is to pray for his team since its just a game.
.
Now, I , Canisma, has assessed this prophecy and by my understanding, this prophecy tells me that Chelsea would lose out in the final. This tells me that Bayern Munich would win THE EUROPEAN CHAMPIONS LEAGUE.
Chelsea fans, take heart. Lol

UP BAYERN MUNICH !!!
.
My source is:
Emmanuel T.V, I watched it live on emmanuel t.v {Morning Service} on sunday 8th may, 2012.
Really? God showed him the first half of the match? Na who run commentary? Angel Gabriel?

Shawshank Redemption

I love the plot and the Andy Dufresne character.

I have watched this movie 4 times.

Favourite Quotes:
Red: [narrating] The first night's the toughest, no doubt about it. They march you in naked as the day you were born, skin burning and half blind from that delousing shit they throw on you, and when they put you in that cell... and those bars slam home... that's when you know it's for real. A whole life blown away in the blink of an eye. Nothing left but all the time in the world to think about it.

Warden Norton: I believe in two things: discipline and the Bible. Here you'll receive both. Put your trust in the Lord; your a$$ belongs to me. Welcome to Shawshank.

Red: [narrating] We sat and drank with the
sun on our shoulders and felt like free men. Hell, we could have been tarring the roof of one of our own houses. We were the lords of all creation. As for Andy, he spent that break hunkered in the shade, a strange little smile on his face, watching us drink his beer.

Christianity EtcRe: Oyedepo Fails To Appear In Court For Slapping A Young Lady by Guapo(m): 2:54pm On May 06, 2012
Worship God and not Man. Live the life of a christian. Teach (not slap) people to observe all the things Christ commanded us. Encourage (not molest) one another in the spirit of love.

God assigns special responsibility of teaching and shepherding of his flock to some individuals, but No one should be lord over another for all of us are equal before God.

God requires all his servants to respect the law of the land. The guy in question is not immune, he has a case to answer.

You are all stupid keyboard warriors and your case is akin to that of a school kid who says "slap me and you,ll see what will happen". When he gets slapped, he simply says "slap me one more time and you'll see". He keeps repeating the later statement after every new slap until he becomes deaf or breaks down in tears.

BH mofos have been killing your Xtian 'brethren' in the north since 2009, why do you need them to attack Lagos to show your anger?

From the comments above,
Chelsea fc- 80%
Arsenal fc- 10%
Man Utd- 7%
FCBarcelona-3%

But from my perception on the national scale
If let say 50 million Nigerians are fans of european club football, then;

Chelsea fc- 30%
Arsenal fc- 25%
Man Utd- 20%
FCBarcelona-15%
Others- 10%
