Gunmen and the military were said to
have engaged each other in a very serious
gun duel in Mgbidi and Akata in Oru West
Local Government Area of Imo State,
yesterday.

According to a report by Daily Sun that the
incident began as early as 6 am when the
hoodlums allegedly enforcing the partial
lockdown order of the Indigenous People of
Biafra (IPOB) barricaded the roads, ordering
people to go back to their houses.
However.

The source said they were later
confronted by the military who responded
swiftly to counter their order.

Daily Sun;gathered that some vehicles and
shops around the area were razed in the
process.

But it was not clear as at the time
of this report if the incident recorded any
casualty on both sides.

IPOB, yesterday, urged people in the South
East to pray fervently for peace in the zone, unconditional release of Nnamdi Kanu, and
restoration of a Biafra nation.

Although a statement by the spokesperson
of the group, Emma Powerful did not order
a sit-at-home, but urged the people to
lockup their shops temporarily during the

A 40-year-old logger identified as Ogidan Yussuf, has been arrested for allegedly cutting the genital organ of his employer, Oluwo Shakiru, and assaulting his wife over loss of equipment.

The suspect said to be a resident of Wuraola Street, Epe, in Ijebu East LGA and reportedly a saw machine operator for the victim, was arrested by operatives of Ogun State security network codenamed Amotekun.

State commander of Amotekun, David Akinremi who disclosed this yesterday November 30, said the incident occurred two months after Yusuf had been dodging his boss over loss of the machine.

He said;

“The insistence of the victim to get back his saw, coupled with the assault on the victim’s wife by the suspect led to a physical fight.

“In the process, the suspects allegedly gripped the victim’s genital organ and almost yank it off only to escape from the scene before his arrest by our operatives.

“The victim was immediately rushed to Olabisi Onabanjo Teaching Hospital and is responding to treatment while the suspect who confessed to the dastardly act has been handed over to the police for prosecution.”

Daddy Freeze has shared his thoughts on the revelation of the richest woman in Nigeria.

Folorunsho Alakija, who said that God asked her to stop wearing jewelry.
Naija News recalls that the Folorunsho had revealed on Sunday November, 28 during a church service in Lagos, that it took 10 days for God to stop her from wearing jewelry.

She said: “I used to love jewellery. I had all kinds and the jewellery had to match every cloth I wore. In those days I used to tell God not to take jewellery from me. If anybody had come to me and told me not to wear jewellery,
I would not have listened to the person. I would have wondered where that person is coming from. But by the time God started dealing with me on it, I had no option but to do away with it.” The clergy who was ranked by forbes as the richest woman in Nigeria said that she decided to listen to God when her earlobes suddenly started bleeding.

She also revealed that prior to the incident her sister had dreamt that her earlobes had cut. Alakija later decided to give up using jewelry after God dealt with her for ten days.

How many of us pranked our parents as kids?.

I remember how my dad would
sit in front of the TV from 6pm
-11pm watching News and then
he would turn off the TV and go
to bed.
My brother and I hated that we
couldn't watch some programs
on TV so we thought of a plan
and guess what? We decided to
get another TV remote.
One of the evenings my dad
was watching his News as
usual, me and my brother hid by
the corner and started changing
the channel. At first, my dad
looked around wondering what
was happening while we were
in the corner trying hard not to
laugh out loud.
He would change back and we
would do ours, At some point,
he got up and went to switch
the TV on and off then returned
hoping the TV would reset but
for where, na we dey corner
dey conjure the thing.
He sat back and continued and
we did our magic again. Finally,
he said to himself 'Abi Ori TV yin
O pe ni? meaning, Is this TV
going crazy? We were trying
really hard not to laugh where
we were.
After trying again and no
success, he got up angrily and
left for his room. Na so we
ninjas commot for corner begin
enjoy our channel. grin

.
He never got to know what
happened, he came out the next
morning and shouted at us that
we had spoilt the TV. On his way
back, he bought a new TV and
put it in his room and we
became in charge of the one in
the sitting room.
That was how we quietly
succeeded in getting justice8).

28yrs imprisonment hmmm,even 1week in the prison i can't withstand it,talkmore of 28yrs,i would start avoiding anything that would land me in prison as from today henceforth, then continue next tommorow,then start avoiding it on saturday again,by so doing the federal government of nigeria would..........what am yam even,no! what i am even,no!
