My Qsat13G is also down since yesterday here in Abuja, any help ?

My qsat is saying network connection success but cannot connect to server since yesterday, and I have about 160MB in the etisalat sim, which to confirm I even removed and browsed with it on my phone.

1, Is Qsat generally down ?
2, What is the way out ?
