Biafrans will achieve greatness that has never been seen Africa because of who they are. We just need a new country, it's not illegal to want such.
we want to go. And I'm right behind you |

There's no hell..once you die,you join the spirits or ancestors, waiting to be reborn when your time comes Cool. Then why did the Ibos abandon this god for the Christian god in the first place? |

cheruv: Which Jewish mythology Abi you felt like saying something We Igbos have been in existence for roughly 4000 years...and the God am referring to is Chukwu Okike Abiama and he exercises his will on earth through these 7 spirits viz 1]Ala :responsible for the land and fertility 2]Amadioha/Kamalu :responsible for the sky and dispensation of justice 3]Ekwensu :responsible for tricks, malevolence, illusions/dimensions, war, death and destruction 4]Ahiajioku/Njoku :responsible for food production especially yams 5]Agwu :responsible for the protection of the individual 6]Agbara :responsible for magick and communication btwn the human and spirit world 7]Ikenga :responsible for the firstborn sons and also the right to rule.
These 7 arusi are the the spirits tasked by Chukwu Abiama to oversee the world though the first three are the main guys.
Your name is German, isn't it? Wow, this is cool. Do you guys also have a holy book i could go through to learn more. Yeah, Hahn is a German name. I'm mixed but the other half ain't German |

cheruv: Not amadioha! You've a poor knowledge of Igbo cosmology yet you wanna feel among Its total submission to the will of the Great creator God who rules over the universe and is crowned King of Biafra. He has a triad of messenger spirits who carry out his will on earth viz - Ala - Amadioha/Kamalu - Ekwensu No need going further on this path to avoid cases of missing persons
By the way, which ethnic nationality are you Ok. Now i get it. Lol @ feeling among. This "god" you are referring to is a product of Jewish mythology, what has that got to do with Amadioha? |

[s]The Gifts are not given for display or self-projection or to gratify the curiosity of one who has closed his eyes to the Light.[/s] Because he couldn't
The philosophy of true believers is that we glory in the Giver (Himself being God's Unspeakable Gift) and seek the best gift (1 Corinthians 13). @bolded, which you lack at the moment. I get |

cheruv: You'd ve to naturalize na and it entails 1]converting to Christianity
Why Christianity? Why not enforce total submission to Amadioha?
2]learning the Igbo lingo(this would be quite difficult for you kos Igbo has some sounds like CH,H,V & Z which are absent in Yoruba
I'm not Yoruba. And Igbo is not as hard as you make it sound afterall people learn chinese
3]adopting Igbo mannerisms of which include having a drive for excellence and merit etc
The drive for excellence is not an Igbo thing. People worldwide have achieved great things and they weren't Igbo. I am looking forward to the Nkwobi though
These are based on the fact that it'd be monoethnic in nature.in case our cousins to the South viz Mmoño and Izon join us,2&3 would depend on which of the 3 autonomous republics(Igbo ,Mmoño & Izon ARs) you decide to live in. Till then |

Scholar8200: I appreciate your write - up! It expresses the desire of many and why some are leaving the church: they want reality and not forms and routines!
However, note that the Gifts listed above are not some magical/psychic powers that are exercised independent of the Giver/Enabler hence wanting a display for its own sake may never happen.
But if you are keen on knowing, I will refer you to contemporary church history;a book like God's Generals by Roberts Liardon will satisfy you. In other words, you do not possess any of these gifts yourself. Copy |

wisdomguy4u: I disagree with you. For you to ever think that the North will separate their beloved islam from the law of Nigeria is a mirage. If you are thinking of drinking a bottle of beer publicly in the far north someday, then think again, bcus it would never happen. As far as true moslems are concern, the law is islam and any move to alter it will be violently rebutted. Actually, you agree with me. The law is supposed to be above our personal beliefs or our culture and everyone should conform only to the laws as stated in our constitution. It might be a pipe dream but that IS what is necessary to achieving true federalism |

I tried. You?
I didn't forget to state that Scotland voted a NO to stop breaking away from the UK. The point is to show how mature these White folks are as to allow a people determine and chart their own country.
Tribalism isn't actually our problem; we run a system that creates an oppressor and the oppressed; this system inevitably creates tension and accentuate the problems of tribalism.
There is poverty nationwide. I don't think there is a particular particular part of the country that enjoys infrastructure than any other. What we have are a bunch of selfish leaders, from all tribes, who are more concerned about maintaining their pot bellies that moving the country forward.
When a people who share almost nothing in common are lumped together into a forceful union, this is what you get.
Remember in Rwanda, despite having only two differing tribes, they were still unable to manage themselves. Unfortunately, the white man is well aware of how touchy the black man is about his culture and tribe and never hesitate to exploit this fact. |

dearpreye: Nations are built when the inhabitants willingly come together and create a nation that shall foster the progress and wellbeing of EVERYONE within its borders. But that's not the case with Nigeria- it's a British experiment that was designed with the devious intent to stop the development of the inhabitants, thereby giving the wicked and hypocritical British thugs an everlasting reason to continue to meddle in our affairs.
Nigeria isn't a nation, but a business venture in which the North was given an unfair advantage by the same wicked British thugs.
We saw how Scotland that has being a part of the UK since 1707 went for a referendum last year in a bid to break free from the UK.
Nigeria has two options: Restructure this system OR sustain it with the blood of millions. You're totally right. But you didn't mention that Scotland declined to be separated from the UK http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/09/19/scotland-rejects-independence-uk_n_5847302.htmlNigeria's issues goes well beyond just the fact that we were forced to come together as a nation and we also have to consider just how much tribalism is dividing us. If the Ibos get Biafra, they are still going to be faced with the issue of Imbitse against Untu and this applies to every other part of Nigeria. I believe our major issue is separating our cultural differences from the law. |

bare1: If you take time to really look inwards, you would understand no one is your competition but yourself. The issue isn't about me or jumping into conclusions. I only tried to help you see that it's not about who doesn't do what, but what you do and don't do. There's more during the journey of self development as there is a need to change the world but that's only when we succeed in changing ourselves. A problem is solved when you target the root cause. The root cause of a national issue depends on the individuals of the nation but if you don't see it from that POV, well then the journey continues. You're still gonna have to be responsible for what you understand though. We are definitely not on the same page. |

bare1: Your responsibility to the nation is for yourself first. Like the lady said, the traits mentioned in the OP is to assess yourself with and it's disastrous measuring others with. Any issues you have with others are issues with yourself and not them. We all need to start to be responsible for ourselves and stop the complaining and blaming. You again and your tendency to jump into conclusion. Who's blaming? Tell me one thing that I mentioned there that isn't a fact. I really don't need a lecture on responsibility because last time I checked no one helped me to where I am. Yes, I do agree that development starts with self but then what happens after that? What is the essence of becoming rich when you will still have to buy fuel or diesel for your generator at the end of the day. After you develop yourself, it is important to spread your ideas to other people. |

Gboliwe: @Uncle dont8, when you have crossed this bridge, 'cos you will surely cross it, please take up a health insurance for your wife.
We talk about national cake, national cake, this is one way the common man can eat from that cake. With N15k per annum, the federal government gives you an opportunity to access healthcare service across the country on issues like this and many more. It still beats me why smart folks do not want to cash in on this.
People on this scheme have had CS in private hospitals of their choice that are keyed into the scheme and all they had to pay for antenatal, scans, actual CS bla bla bla was not more 10- 15k depending on the dubiousness of the hospital management and ignorance of the patient.
Before enrolling my aged mother on the scheme, I always set aside an amount for her medical needs monthly. I don't do that anymore. I am benefiting from the national cake in that way. Your wife is still childbearing, save yourself this sort of pressure and stress and get a health cover!
Again, I strongly believe you will overcome this. With users like Kanwulia bankrolling this, you are in very good hands. It will end in praise. Can you give a more detailed explanation on this please? |
