ShinnBet:Spoken like a true swine eater and ashawo defender !!! |
ShinnBet:You mean arrested ashawos. Yes they were arrest for there crimes and should answer to it. Sabon Gari is Kano in Northern Nigeria and ashawo is a crime. |
ShinnBet:Again do the needful and stop the silly abi daft talk. Can you go fetch them and take them to you village quaters.? From your talk Hisbah will go round gather xtian ashaows and issue them to emirs and Muslims to marry forcefully or convert them or how is it suppose to work? |
ShinnBet:So did the crusaders. Constantine and the many European missionaries that came in as ambassadors to there government only to erode cultures and rape many nations of there resources. Slavery . Genocide of great proportions done on the Indians and aboriginals of the world in the name civilization by xtians should also be questioned. |
ShinnBet:Kindly provide information to the relevant authority to deal with that case you highlighted as your failure to do in the past suggest your hipocrisy in the matter. In the interim ashawo is a crime in Kano regardless of your belief and that has being dealt with accordingly in this particular matter.Just because ashawo den were raided in a mostly xtian enclave you have reason to justify the crime. Crime will not end with this raid surely but at least is a good start or continuation to manage the social ills and bad situation in the society. Again If its legal in your place kindly advertise it so they the ashawos can all move to your place where its okay and the law permits it. Thank you! |
cheruv:Xtianity needs to be outlawed to stop the spread of immortality especially prostitution in communities !!!! |
Is immorality of such nature acceptable in Christianity for some folks to make an issue out of it or what? For people ranting all over Sabin gari is not the east or some christiandom but an enclave accorded to strangers by a host. ommunity and showing some respect to the norms makes you a good guest and not the other way. They say no ashawo is allowed in Kano. if you be ashawo checkout or better still you can do it in your village where its legal and religiously acceptable. For the silly daft religious warriors you can come fetch them to your christian domains where is allowed. No body mentioned it was only xtians arrested. Again the news stated clearly first time offenders would be released with a warning to stop. Whilst repeat offenders caught will be charged. Be it Sharia or secular Kano recognises both and as such laws of the land most be respected especially by strangers.Nigeria is an open nation if its not okay with you then get a lawyer or better still hit the road to a destination where the laws permit such immorality. Nonsense !!! |

irunooboo:Show some respect for the departed. I am not his fan and believe some things could have being don't much better. I would suggest if you have nothing good to say about him. You be kind to apply a bit of respect for the departed. No offense intended o! |
"Adams Oshiomhole's Wife, Iara Oshiomole Donates Feed To IDP Camp In Edo (photos)" @OP is that feed i see in the Topic ? As in human feed or agro feed ? Abeg o! E do reach like that. ![]() |
Emmalez:The news is having some errors. The Minister of Science and Technology is Ogbonnaya Onu whilst Chris Ngige is Minister of Labour and Employment |
Its not only that 600mil was spent you need to see how the dogs look health wise. You will be amazed at the condition of this dogs honestly. That money can get them breeds even locally that have adapted. Build facility and also build a complete animal mill to provide dog food and services for the force or community if they are willing to pay. |
Oma307:You don't have to think too far. At least the over 23000 discovered ghost workers vacancy can be used. A lot of space is becoming available soon within the budget office. ![]() |
Region:North East State: Borno Northern dish :Tuwo da Margi special or miyar baka What i like about the Yoruba is there tolerance and level of education. What i like about the Igbos, is the business drive. Problems with the North is ignorance, tolerance issues , and visionless leadership. Weak desire to excel, illiteracy and religious fanatism. My advice to all my arewa brothers and sisters. We need to seriously start asking for a plan to be made available to the youths to ensure the leaders today are driven in the right direction. We have long pass using Okada or sawing machine as industrial incentives. The governors and co should tell us what the plans are fir the next 5years and how they intend to go about it. That way we are in tune with it and know what is required of us to revamp agriculture and industries. To improve education and quality of education. Also we must do away with the laziness and begin to change from our individual homes.people most be enlightened . We must collectively manage the feuds between tribes in the north be it religious, land matters or tribal stigmatization(minority VS majority tribes). Above all thank you op and all the folks joining the chat without resorting to insults. |
Emypresh:Or sharing it to the returning IDPs after the mop to allow the IDPs ease transportation in the rural enclaves. After all they still need to get back to the usual way of life after losing everything. |
Sijo01:^^^ As proposed and implemented under the directive of the CBN governor he later fired and wanted to smear with lies. ![]() Thank you Sanusi for bringing about the BVN despite all odds and thank you Kemi for using such a tool to effectively clean the mess that has always being around and someone never saw it despite the BVN being there for awhile. The norm of stealing in the public service is gradually eroded . More grease to your elbows. |
HerexG:What ever the reason, Its a crime and justice is required. The so called arm of the law is still in slumber. They need to wake up and do there work ![]() |
SOPIGO:Dude i do not need that job. If i applied for it and was a police then is should be expected of me to do my part as it affects policing and be professional not matter how small. I do my best to be a professional in my choice career. If you are a police or agent for them you guys need to be professional in your work is all i have to say. You have too many unresolved cases and issues on your desk. Cases are not handled with equal attention particularly if you are...! The records are in the stations. How many cases have they resolved and how many remain open after several years. You talk of reform and projected! guy how come the other agencies despite there problems are more successful in tackling insecurity. As naija dey, police need army to come and fight the slightest civil unrest. Case of kidnapping and other matters they need DSS to help with investigation. FRSC & EFCC/ICPC were created out of police . If You ask me,it had to do with the attitude and competence. On the initial reforms that took place remind us what happened. Abi no be the same top ranking and retired NPF people that destroyed and looted it dry.Take a good look at how stations are kept or vehicles managed as assigned to the officers? Would you say they are doing the slightest to manage the little they have efficiently? They drive rough and bash the cars anyhow. They don't care because its public property. How often would you do that to your personal car in 3 years? About the senator, didnt your constituency get any senator ? Abi how much does he know about the reform you talk about? Have you reached out to him before asking others to do same. |
DO the NPF police actually tackle this cases of ritual murders? How many cases exist in the police records not closed to date? How intelligent are our detectives or forensic skills? By now shouldn't people be asking how do you evaluate the police performance with the high rate of crime and little to no resolution of the huge number of cases . I am bothered and disturb honestly. When will that organization called NPF begin to work to protect life and property ? when? Rest in peace to her and may The almighty expose the culprits and make them regret there ways. |
Did anybody notice how it looks like Obj simply no send the man. |
payosehtor:^^^ Or try out the Igala vs Ibira thing happening in Kogi. |
LOL !!!! Its really sad. Come to think of it we were also treated like that back in secondary school. The slapping thingy was called "game of ashokoto" then. If we made noise during preps hour, the senior would ask you to pair up. Then one is asked to slap the other.I remember one time it became so bad your chic would go numb for minutes. You were not allowed to touch or remove your hands from your pocket while being slapped. If anyone slapping the other fails to dish it out as expected the senior calls him and delivers a painful and brutal slap as example. It is harsh but not strange to Nigeria. It shows such terrible punishments still exist and continue in some schools and places. |
When person see all this kind things, you just wonder if its too late to stop eating meat or maybe you should throw up.. |
OZAOEKPE:I agree with you as everyone is also responsible for there actions. We all reap what we sow. Its a simple circle. |
happney65:Frankly,I like to know the answer to the quote. Where the loan is sourced is not my issue. I am concerned what it will be used for? Is it to revamp the agricultural sector or mining sector? Is it to boost the local industry or to develop enabling infrastructures to grow the economy? Is it to create the atmosphere suitable for industrial growth? What exactly? Please and please don't tell me its to develop the north! It is rather soooooo ambiguous. we need to know exactly what development and what North (where and why)? Again my brothers from the North we need more than cheap solutions to our problems. The governors and local council leaders need to be innovative and drive the desired stimulus plan that will kick start the economic drive. The slumber is taking to long and the leaders often have misplaced priority. Often they say one thing and do the other. Where does it leave us. I don't know but when i sit to look at things my own way i am just disturbed about how it s done. You take an example of the situation that we still have children being sent to the streets to waste away. Do we realize how long it will take to change such a person after he or she has wasted the best part of there life roaming aimlessly. We are talking of years in damage not days or even months, Years !!! We need to change the way we do things if truly we want to become great in the future. As it is we have not started yet. The tiny i have seen is the Kaduna school program which El-Rufai started. I am yet to see any significant drive in terms of human resource development, economic revival or security improvement. Even the initial plan to achieve the desired goals is not noticeable, that is if any exist. We need to start by saying where is the plan you are guided by? How well will the plan improve things long term or short term ? Who are the targeted beneficiaries does it solve the issues for the majority. Before we even talk where to source the relevant resources to actualize the laid down plans where needed. Is not for a governor to sit idle and hope to get cheap monies. You need to cut unnecessary expenses for a start. Dump the expensive fleet of cars, government houses and become a real investor in the future of your state. Instead of a luxury car worth 15 million can you buy the necessary tools to process farm produce of provide a farmer more input to increase his yields so that next year he returns your money with interest Or sponsor 20 persons with the brains to India for an ICT course that could get them instant jobs, taking them off the streets & waiting list ? Again we are waiting Northern Governors where is your plan for the North and Northerners ? ![]() |
Aufbauh:^^^^ Guy na you sure pass. I think this people use the conflict to gather arms to sell else where in Naija. They were trying to move it around possibly they got caught. Its a sad thing. Thank God the evil people keep being exposed for who they are! |
Congrats !!! Allah ya raya ... ![]() He is a prince my regards to the young one and Oga sir. |
Guy simply report them to consumer protection commission sharply. |
@OP Just try to provide it,the way i understand. As the words will be out of context if used directly as in English equivalent.Find below my translation. Where are the parents of the child? Punishment should start from there for Negligence. While the crime is investigated. Again you may find justice being lenient on the culprits,If ascribed to crime of ritualism as against normal assault or violence. How did a child of that again go out, unaccompanied ? Ya Allah expose the culprits and provide for the little one. Really sad !!!! |
@OP its sad and i have tried to translate as best as i can. If you translate directly it may seem out of context. Just try to provide it the way i understanding as best. 2kaybiel:Stop quoting things out of context. You don't just go around killing people without any reason. Islam doesn't ask you to do that. The Hadith you quoted are instructions given to the Muslim army during engagement not at peace time but when war was upon them. Even that had conditions if you had quoted it completely. Rights of children and others was given its due place. Not what happens today with all extremist groups doing the opposite. |
Princewell2012:She deserves that courtesy and respect from him atleast. |
