mr prince well, looking at the average cost of land at maitama say 1000m2 which goes for 30-35m naira. then a land at maitama extension to the tune of that magnitude and size is incredibly cheap. @ lilian i don't have directly on hand a property in gwarinpa and kado, but my colleagues does. so if u can specify the kind and type of properties u desire then i can get to u in no time. thanks hakir |
