hello nairalanders, LANDS FOR SALE FROM PRIMARY ALLOTEES the 3 different areas within for sale are all up coming areas. 1. KURUDUMA 2. APO 3. LUGBE 1 LAYOUT AND EXT. hello sir, the process in the acquisition of a farmland is just as in any other landed transaction . they all have legal documents that a search can be done upon. it under goes similar processes. WHAT SIZE IN HECTARE DO YOU REQUIRE? in terms of allocation, there seems to be, sometime but i can really tell for now. if the allocation is still on i will let u know and the procedure it will take. i will look into KUJE, GWAGWALADA AND KWALI and get back to u. pls the size of land u will be requiring is essential. thanks |
hello sir, you cant get farm land in these areas you ve just mentioned but areas like kuje and kwali are actually prescribed for farm land. that is to say in addition to other land uses in theses areas farm lands are inclusive. so if you dont mind these mention areas (kuje and kwali), then let me know. thanks hakir |
@ abujabooks hw r u doing and thanks for the nice works, i guess u most be in bauja too. the city gate adjustment will be more of credit to the capital city, as we all knw first impression matters a lot. it will also bring the govt close to these areas such as lugbe, pyakasa, alita, even kuje as regards infrastructure. these areas will definately take credit for it given the principle of externalities. remember abuja is the eye of the country in the global perspective |
hello ank, i posted something similar in respect to your present predicament. in the posting earlier i mentioned discussing with a reliable source in the development control office, it was actually the director of development control mal yahya yusuf who is like an uncle to me. i was discussing development in areas that has not been serviced yet with infrastructures as regards approval for same and subsequently he brought up lugbe issue, he said, the city gate will be moved back further toward the airport area of which lugbe will be encaptured in the whole scene and as such they will monitor the kind of structure to be erected as this will serve as an entrance point to abuja (they will be requiring a befitting and welcoming structure if i was to understand him, but modality to achieve that i cant really say). that was our last discussion without further details as it was not a main subject. |
hi nairalanders, for those that desire a good and close land to the town with human face cost of land, lol, one of the preferred, area is DAWAKI DAWAKI, is an area behind NEWS ENGINEERING COMPANY along kubwa - gwarinpa road. NEWS ENGINEERING COMPANY is located opposite gwarinpa estate. the major floor of the area is in terms of road network, cos it is not an area opened by govt, infrastructue wise, but it has to its credit good leveled plain lands, of which numerious people has taken to their advantages. the area is predominated with moderate properties (bungalows and duplexes) tastely constructed. ANALYSIS FROM MY CANDID VIEW averagely,most people have about 17m-20m to expend on a property, rather than go for an exhobitant rent or high cost in land at the main town, they rather buy plots within 2.5m - 9m in places like dawaki, galadima, mpape,jahi and owners occupier in kubwa which are closer to town, and use the remaining money to raise a befitting structure for themself, that explain the array of solid structures being constructed in this areas. @ rasmur5 all aforementioned properties less the kings court estate are new structures with a given price range from 9m-25m. the carcas range from 7.8m - 14.5m. there is also 2 bedroom flat @ yayale ahmed estate dutse district close to apo legislative quarters, it is in a block of 6 nos 2 bedroom flat and located on the last floor, all rooms are ensuite - 6.8m . the flat was bought as carcas and currently partly renovated, so you get full renovation on payment. other estate could be quite a distance from the main town. like kubwa we could get from 4m, 5.5m, 6m and above, if you dont mind the location. |

@ evept the flexible payment given by the property developers (i.e paying 50% or 70% to spread the rest within a year) is different from the mortgage facility. the mortgage facility is a separate arrangement the my colleague will arrange for you if interested. it could span for as much as 20 years. so, you can reachout to him to know the various mortgage option that will suite you and modality of arrangement. the pic will be sent to you soon. thanks |

@ poster an exquisite location in abuja which suites the likes of expatriates include areas like asokoro, maitama, wuse2, jabi and utako. also the term plot is relative as in abuja, lands are not measured by plots but on square meter. be it as it may, lets take 1000m2 to represent a plot, 3000m2 will cost an average of 150m less jabi and utako which would go for say 100-120m, this is less the physical structural building which ought to be luxurious in nature there by requiring huge finance. in all ramification i think it will solve your impending budget or will help you appreciate the required budget needed. hakir |
@ Ank sequel to your last post and further clarification on the issue of BWARI AREA COUNCIL, all location on the right sides such as kubwa, dutse alhaji, part of dei dei aside from katampe extension that is a new layout was under the jurisdiction of bwari area council. but presently,all under FCDA with the acknowledgment of bwari area council in the original document. hence, landed documents from kubwa and the likes, till date still have the acknowledgment of bwari area council with FCDA letter headed, all these areas being under its jurisdiction. thanks hakir |
mr Ank, if you are conversant with abuja, the DEI DEI we are talking about is on the right side going to zuba along side with kubwa. it is not on the left were the building material is but in the right were police barrack is. all acknowledgment from this section is of bwari area council while the left is of AMAC , though all signed by FCDA.
