Thanks.

Nothing serious, just slice your cabbage, carrot, and green beans. Wash and set aside to drain.
In a pot,add little oil,then grinded tomatoes and fry. Then add little water and add you peas and allow to cook. When the peas is done,you add your vegetables and season and allow to steam for maybe 5mins(don't cook all through). That is all.

Birth Alert.

Praise ye the Lord for the He is good to me. He has shown me grace and mercy by giving me an easy delivery of my baby girl who just arrived 41 minutes ago. Labour and delivery lasted 3hours via vb with no tear.
Edd: 26th February
Dob: 22nd February

Safe delivery to everyone and baby dust to the ttc forum.

Not serious, break your eggs, add fresh roughly grinded pepper and then you chopped spring onions and season. Then fry on very low heat. That is all.

Big cotton wools are actually cost effective. The large size I got in 2019 for my child delivery, is still very much available. Actually I just took from it to cleanse my face. I actually doubt the hospital taking your things. Factly, they may not even touch your cotton wool or savlon.

My dear the do oh. Especially when they know you have surplus. Is better to go with what you need cos some won't come back.

The membrane sweep actually initiated labor for me.
Had to be induced for stronger contractions though.

Na my plan be that oh,though will be 37weeks hope they will agree to carry out the sweep for me. I no wan reach that March.

You can only discontinue when you plan on getting pregnant. For me sha,I stopped when I travelled home and continued like a week to returning.

The pills are hormonal too and that daily pill at an exact time will be almost impossible for me.
Does the pill affect your libido?

It didn't affect my libido at all. Just set a alarm for it,a convenient time for you and your good to go. The pills also made me spot instead of the normal flow..
As for now,the only family planning I can do is the pills cause I had an ectopic in 2020,so pills are only what I can take. Am even scared sef cause na tube I get now.

Did the arm implant too for a year,the only thing I loved about it was the no period thing or if it will even show,na spotting which will last for just a day but men,I increased oh so had to take it out and switch to pills. For the pills,one has to take at a particular time. For me my alarm was set at 6pm,that was the time I choose for the pills and it did well for me.

Mama, pls what's your secret? If I dare eat half of these fried foods you eat, heartburn/indigestion/constipation will not allow me to see road. Pls is there something you do to aid digestion?

For me,I can eat a whole meal at a go without any issues but some can't try that just as you said. So I will advise instead of a whole meal at a go,eat in bits and for the contispation,take more of fruits and vegetables.

Na so one werey use cane flog my four year old for head sotey e swell. The following morning, we go principal office, come see as the nanny and other teachers the vex. The the beater no gree come school on time. Now if she sight me and my hubs,she the carry face.
We don sha warn them,if e happen again, we they go meet the owner,bring down the school.
