They're mainly called traffic cones , nonetheless you can also refer to them as traffic pylons, road cones, highway cones, safety cones , witch's hat, or construction cones.

Yes sire it is indeed a Benz, designed stylistically with utmost precision with an element of difference from its peers. The front grill has been swapped with an aftermarket custom one - may be bearing the logo of the company that customised it, because this particular specimen looks slightly customised (to me) - OP correct me if I'm wrong. If you look very carefully in the last photo you'll the notice the almighty (three pointed start) Benz logo on the central engine block cover - in the engine bay.

I don't know if this will affect the price but both cars should be white and shouldn't have more than 80,000 miles.

I know it's practically on the 'long side' for an article, but I promise it's worth every syllable for a long (educating) read about the dark side of the so called 'blooming/booming city in the desert'.

My own short story for not taking the 'Dubai plunge':
After graduating from a top university with a good undergrad and masters degree (in the United kingdom) I was faced with the dilemma of securing a job (to garner some experience before coming back home) due to the the UK's not so friendly immigration policy;despite the fact that I had four job offers. So I was left with two options: come back home - were even finding a place for my NYSC PPA (after i was rejected in the initial place of my assignment) was more stressful than getting my degrees not to mention getting a REAL job without knowing any 'Oga at the top'.
My second option was to relocate to a country were I can find a job - which after much deliberation I had a huge consideration for Dubai because I've been there once (when I started travelling and I liked it) and also because I 'heard' that it has a welcoming atmosphere for job seekers due it's 'booming' economy. So I started doing a research to find out whether the prospects of finding a job in Dubai was worth the effort - that's when I came across the aforementioned article. I was in denial after reading the write up at first because that wasn't the Dubai I saw when I first visited. Then I started contacting people I knew in dubai including the Nigerian travel agent in Dubai who arranged my first trip there and his revelation was a striking echo of the article which was a good sign of caution for not taking the so called 'Dubai plunge'.

With all this said, it might turn out to be a 'great plunge' and adventure for you depending on what you're ready to go through and how lucky you are getting a good job offer.

Cool!! BUT the main issue is MAINTENANCE - won't be surprised to see it fall apart a year after construction due to our VERY poor maintenance culture.

This is very commendable for a Nigerian university like Unilorin and I think it is a good step towards establishing the 'MOOCs (massive open online courses) movement' here in Nigeria like other top universities around the world have already done. I was part of research group that analysed the online education tools used by Newcastle university and we made note of numerous things to improve teaching and learning - which has so far been implemented.
Personally I think online education is revolutionising the way we learn. However I think the idea of giving out free Ipads to students is not a good strategy - for a couple of reasons. One, it is quite expensive to implement such strategy over a long period of time, hence the money used in buying these tablets could be used to upgrade the university's current internet infrastructure - thus improving reliability and speed because these are very key in successfully providing a good online education system. The money could also be used to establish a completely wireless Campus to allow students gain access to online resources easily. Also, due the fact that Ipads have limited functionality (i.e. cannot be used as a replacement for laptop computers) I think a better device alternative would've been notebook computers which cost less than Ipads and allow better productivity for its user.

This in the medical field is called halitosis. I know two people who have the same problem. Something I know they do quite often is brush after each meal and I think it helps a lot. Using mouth wash regularly when you start noticing the smell is also good because it washes off any food particle in you mouth and keeps it fresh. She could also keep some sugar free mint or chewing gum with her all the time just in case she can't get hold of her toothbrush or mouthwash.

I'm currently doing my second (IT related) degree in Newcastle University so that should tell you that I'm not coming here to blab. Your idea is doable but mate it would take a very long time cos you lack the skill and sincerely speaking programming gets quite complex and complicated most especially if you're dealing with different programming languages. I guess you'd be surprised if I tell you that android and mac OS were both built on the linux kernel (i.e The Linux kernel is the operating system kernel used by the Linux family of Unix-like operating systems (Confusing is'nt it? Yes it gets that confusing)). This was simply done to avoid complexity because building a new OS from sratch is just not worth the effort (I'm still not saying that your idea is not worth it). My advice to you would be to bring people on-board to make life much easier for yourself (Remember no man is an island of his own) and consider creating something that is built on the Linux kernel (other examples of OS's that were built on this platform are Fedora and Ubuntu). You can do what ever you want with the graphical user interface (GUI) to make your OS stand out but the core advantages of using this platform is that it is open source and it has a massive community that are always ready to help in case you come across any problems.
