Population has little to do with it.

Economic swing is doing it already. Population won't play any role.
More men are delaying marriage for lack of finance and financial establishment.

More women are getting emplyed.

I have witness two ladies who paid their brideprice themselves and sponsored their marriages last year.

It took a misunderstanding for this to spill out.
I agree to an extent and still disagree with this. I believe women are more likely to be unemployed than men, although more women seem to be focused these days on being independent, while some men would rather do fine boy like you pointed out. Most ladies I know are getting their education and even a side skill, how many guys do this? Yh, men are marrying late seeking financial stability which some might not find till their 40s and a woman most likely wld find someone ready to settle down during that period.

They paid their bride price because our Society still pays so much value on marriage. If this continues, marriage will gradually lose meaning. Just get someone to make your babies with, if interested, cest fini

So what's your view about this? Is this a menace of some sort. And what are the causes?

I believe choosing to be unmarried doesn't prevent one from having babies.

I'm sure you know the era of baby mammas/daddies is fast approaching? And very soon it will be a standard norm that people will no longer frown upon.
We are saying the same thing
FamilyRe: And There Shall Be 7 Women To 1 Man..... by HaneefahRN(f): 10:42am On Apr 07, 2016
And the funny part is that time isn't upon us yet, cos the population of male to female in the World is almost balanced and besides the need for marriage is gradually waning . More people will chose to be unmarried with time.

habsydiamond:
so does it mean?
It's abnormal excessive hair growth in women in areas common to men like chest, back, beard etc. It is an hormonal disorder in which there is high level of androgen (male hormone) in the system. It can be as a result of underlying diseases, like polycystic ovarian disease, cushing's disease, diabetes mellitus with insulin resistance, etc, medications or idiopathic (unknown cause).

I hope you have learnt more? U can check it up and read more about it if interested.

This is so crazy! I can't believe some people were there watching while this psycho was butchering this woman. So no one could help her. The man is obviously mad. Don't understand why she didn't just run the psycho over , so many things don't add up.
RIP to the dead.

Don't ever comb your hair when it is dry

Spray some water and add your hair cream

you can part it into six or so, thread it, leave it on overnight or for few hours(you can rethread it again)

Style, don't bother combing with small teeth brush. If you add a lil water(not wet), it shouldn't shrnk
Thanks sis. I have really learnt my lessons from combing while dry, still do it sometimes though when about to style it but I wld have combed it well before then. Combing with small teeth brush is a punishment besides one will lose more hair.
It shrinks after washing, but after adding cream and oils and combing it straightens more.

Keeping natural hair can be tedious sometimes, especially when your hair isn't in cooperative Society.

Howdy?
FashionRe: 10 Annoying Questions On Natural Hair Nigerians Are Tired Of Hearing by HaneefahRN(f): 9:23pm On Apr 02, 2016
Lolz, I can relate with some of this.
I don't usually get the use the relaxer line though cos my hair is soft but the rate at wc it shrinks when there is moisture ehn. And you had better combed it while wet wt enof oil or else you'll start jumping up wt the comb when dry.
HealthRe: How Some Private Hospitals Mistreat Patients by HaneefahRN(f): 7:31pm On Apr 02, 2016
The problem I have is with how some cases are handled in some private hospitals probably in a bid to make more money I wouldn't know.

I met a woman of recent who is said to have been having back, arm and neck pain for a couple of months, she went to a private hospital where various tests were done and repeated many times during the course of receiving treatment there. They kept treating her for Typhoid, malaria, PID and what not, with different analgesics, yet her condition kept deteriorating, rather than refer they kept extorting money from her, till she left for another hospital where proper history, physical examination and some investigations were carried out and breast CA was queried and she was referred to a teaching hospital where after more investigations, a dx of a metastasizing breast CA was made.

And no, the Dr in the first hospital isn't a quack.

There was a case too, someone with renal insufficiency, there was no record of the pt's intake and output, they kept bombarding with fluids even with oedema++, no diuretics, no anti-hypertensive, no nothing, I don't know what they were treating sef, only God saved the her till she left, and if you see the bill ehn. God help us

*Snort* Wake your dysfunctional d*ck? Boy,you think too highly of yourself. What exactly am i denying? Who on earth "e-masturbates"?(probably just you).
Its very obvious that you are visually impaired cause i certainly DID NOT deny that NIGERIAN Women fix hair extentions, use creams and acrylic nails. I only corrected your ridiculous notion that ALL NIGERIAN women bleach, use expensive make up, Don't "bath" their hair and your other silly points. Where is this your"index" and drawn up statistics on NIGERIAN women? Eh? Non existent! You lezzlie, are just a pretentious little misogynist wallowing blindly in your pit of hatefulness. I bet you cant talk back at me without spilling your pathetic woman hating guts.
You attack my hair and nails and now my DP? You are such a kidult.
My sister, don't mind them jare. The issue has been well flogged and dealt with though, although it was opened as a Counter of an equally silly post, they know better now. Just ignore.

I'm wondering if the idiotic, sons and relatives of hoes , supporting all their women being termed prostitutes would have supported all men being called criminals despite the high rate of crime we see being commited.

A large percentage of Nigerian Ladies are Call Girls.
This things are not hidden no matter how uncomforting the news maybe. Ask Exparterates and microscopic few who have Cash to Ball relative to the millions of Nigerians and they will tell you how it goes.
It's also Intuitive that a lot of Nigerian Ladies are either into Prostitution or stealing because how can else would one explain the source of the luxury Items and Gadgets Nigerian Ladies possess? Worst still in male Society like Nigeria where millions of agile men are yet to get employied Talk more of women.
The title hurts but it's not false. The system have given room for Moral decadence.
And this is common only in Nigeria? We have women of loose virtues all over the World, many even worse than Nigeria. No one has the right to create a stereotype about our women being prostitutes. Alot of men with prostitutes as mothers, sisters, daughters and cousins are agreeing though.
