RomanceRe: Should I Still Go Ahead And Marry Him? by HaneefahRN(f): 7:04am On Mar 12, 2016
And you are still asking? I don't subscribe to you expecting him to pay your hospital bills if u have a family and a good support system tho, but the moment you say ' Yes, I do' or even contemplate saying 'Yes', then see urself as a human punching bag. Your approach was immature ,I must say but it doesn't justify his actions
RomanceRe: She Used Me And Dumped Me by HaneefahRN(f): 6:16pm On Mar 11, 2016
Learn to blame urself for ur mistakes and not others. I guess u ain't so emotionally strong. You didn't know what ur priority is. Being sent to sch, and failing supposedly cos of a girl, how does that even sound?

what do you calle immaturity.I can see this word is common to NL girls maybe its a new way of wooing men I don't know. Define maturity so I'll know if you're the matured one or not.95% of wome here and out are not mattured. As a man,its our responsibility to keep trainning you girls. Yet its just a try and error stuffs cos its natural for women. Well, the tread she opened still compares to nothing than what those guys are saying. It still boils down to money ish and 95% of Nigerian women are guilty.no need to be detailed about that you've got an idea already. What she said only holds for road side mechanics not the Nigerian men she claim.even the mechanics are now posh.
Arguing over irrelevancies especially in an insultive manner which groups alot of people together rather than your opponent, is immature. Then picking statistics out of thin air. Go and train your sisters first. Swerve please.

her tread just affirm what guys are saying about bitch like her. Isn't it obvious. She just made loud and clear that they're right about Nigerian girls. The facts speaks for it self. Its all about laziness and the demand for money she only digress a bit. She's still confirming their assertions about some bitches.so we aren't hypocrites she just made me happy by helping to expose the simple truth about you NIGERIAN girls/bitch. Like 95%
*yawns* what are you talking about?

See, I'm not interested in immature back and forth this afternoon, but I'll give a neutral reply anyway. In every gender we have the good, bad and ugly, what the OP talked about holds true for some men , what u're trying to imply also holds true for some women. Some guys on NL are known for their excitement to bash women esp Nigerian women, hear them call 'women' bitches, and all sorts of unprintable names, they are always on every female bashing thread, so a thread bashing some men overlooking the generalization now, and these same ones will still come and cry foul and generalize while insulting the entire or almost all the female population. Now what do we call that?

You speak like a misogynist. Look around alot of women don't depend on men, even in most marriages, both gender contribute to the finances of the home.So I dnt get where the 95% of women are dependent balderdash is coming from. Some ladies might be, but stop exaggerating.

But come to think of it most of the people badhing the OP are hypocrites, if the thread had been against women, u wld see how some would be so happy and excited to bash women, yet a taste of their medicine is given and they are still displaying the stereotypes the OP had mentioned.

I was once 14 and I grew up in Nigeria. I didn't grow up on the street, I am your typical ‘omo wole get inside'. I remember when I was 14 and I remember that I knew my right from wrong. I also recognise my desires and needs, I do whatever I did because I could and I am still the same person years after.

I trust a 14-year old girl on this isuse. I am tried if the world trying to create a fantasy world. A 14-year old is old enough to know what she is doing, including the consequences of her actions. I wish I could speak to Ese, then we can find out whether or not she understood what she was doing.

I don't need statistics what about family members and neighbours? I am surprised most Nigerians find this strange. Go to your nearest public secondary school, ask to see the school counsellorsmiley, you will be surprised with what you learn.
Thank you. I perfectly support ur stand on this. I don't understand the fantasy World created around teens. If we all don't want to lie recall your secondary sch days and remember how your mates seen by adults as innocent discuss sex and even how to seduce men. Not excusing what the guy did , but at 14 only a slowpoke wldn't know what he or she wants. You lnow ur values already, what is right and wrong, you can chose to go wrong no cos u don't know it's wrong but that's what u want to do unless coerced.Parents just need to play their part in impacting good morals and values in their children and pray they don't depart from it. That girl eloped wt him cos she wanted to.

And this makes sense? You guys are such great tribalists or is it just most NL Ibos that are this way, cos I know my ibo friends aren't this hateful and crazy. You call Yoruba cowards, slaves, all sort of names yet u expect the yorubas seeing these to love u. The most annoying part is u guys try to play the victim, the way NL ibos portray Ibos is seriously making me dislike ibos.

FamilyRe: My Hatred For My Father by HaneefahRN(f): 9:33am On Mar 11, 2016
This is sad. My advice is do whatever pleases u. I hope he didn't show remorse cos he has lost everything and his Miss Pepeyes av left? A similar experience happened to one of my Grand aunts, the man sent his wife and daughters away for another woman, that one enjoyed her life well and left when the going went sour, at old age he had no one and came back asking for forgiveness from wife and children he knew nothing about how they survived for many years. Thank God the children turned out well, they forgave and accepted him but things can never be the same.

Just av a free mind to him and continue with your life

This is so hilarious, but seriously, one's written and spoken english isn't based on the Uni, it's based more on one's educational roots, altho one is expected to improve on it, but some secondary sch students speak better Eng than some graduates, an example is right b4 u. Trying to imagine how she got thru the Uni with such English.

I don't believe the man, sorry. His wife will be sleeping around and he will be cool abt it, then why wld she be angry if he doesn't sleep wt her for a few weeks when according to him she is cheating already?

Not every woman will handle men's infidelity and other nonsense, men try to justify calmly, some people can be very crazy when pushed to the limit, so that's a lesson for him. Anyway get well soon
