SINisSIN:When a woman does something don’t think she is just stupid, she know exactly what she is doing. So treat her accordingly |
I am thinking one day we will be shocked to about the revelation of the truth that the real landing cost of fuel may be around N150 ![]() It won’t surprise me. Even a product you are selling in a small neighborhood with that much profit and in high demand would make you a millionaire talk less of selling to the whole nigeria |
CoronaVirusPro:I don’t know what you people are talking about. In my end of Lagos, developers are cashing. My current apartment building, the developer used less than 200 million to build it about 3 years ago. Every the developer is projected rake in N34,500,000 (yes you heard right, it is the number of apartments at the current rentage per year). The developer would make all his money back in less than 5 years and continue cashing out into the future forever. The maintenance there is an yearly maintenance charge, all apartments that is even more than enough. To be repainting the entire house every year if thats what we want lol Yes money market at 20% is alot but it wont give you an asset that is paying as much as it in rentage (remember inflating is increasing rent). While the asset itself increasing in value. All the career developers are know, are heavy weight howbeit local they may seem. Whenever they show up all the “indigenes” of the area pay them mad respect. What sort of cashflow do think you need to be building at least two apartment buildings in a year. Omo! Even i respect them. |
Men need to wake up. Why would you attach your card to the food app of a woman you are not married to, so she can have all she can eat on your account when you sre not her father and she is not providing equivalent value |
Ttipsy:Can you hear yourself “rich sublings” because you made them rich yourself faa. I hope they cut you off, you sound like a leech. Go and work for your own money |
Ttipsy:Nobody has the “responsibility” to help you. You are very selfish and self centered. Go and work for yourself |
Kayberg:I can bet my ass he had that car for more than 6 months. It was new, he was intentionally hiding the plate number. I may be wring about this but i trust my gut. That should be his offense number 1. Which dirty sense of safety. There was no reason for him to stop his car, talk less of wind down. When he did, instinctively the content make must have thought “Boss wan drop roger for hin boy”. Instead the insecure man pulled out a freaking gun ![]() Look at the video, I have a feeling the police escorts cars that passed before him were even his. So who wan snatch in car in such a setting. Young man, let call a spade a spade. It is very obvious there are more sinister things to that man that meet the eye. For these that go to his church to hear queen’s English - 1 Corinthians 4:20 For the kingdom of God is in speech but of power |
Ttipsy:You are being entitled. If he/she refuses to help you, you too go and hustle for yourself. None of your brothers/sisters asked your parents to give birth to you. It is none of them responsibility to take care of you, that is your parents’ responsibility. So an elder brother shouldn’t marry because he is to take care of you, that is the most selfish thing i have heard. The children without parents hustling on the streets for themselves have two heads? So wetin do you that it is your senior sibling will provide for you while you live your best life. Smh. You never ready.Even Jesus said it is entitlement mentality and you are very wicked, to think anyone apart from your parents should stall their progress in life to carter for you. |
Kobojunkie:Again he goes off with "assumptions" after being given facts. I bet it can't work for you. Even if you are surrounded with geniuses from Einstein to Edison i doubt it would make any impact on your life with your kind of thought pattern or influence you to achieve success in life. So i would make i bet with you. You need 3 months of time and dedication. If you agree to it and your life doesn't change trust me nothing can help. If you agree to 3 months of full dedication and participation i would tell you what i have in mind. |
Kobojunkie:I won’t answer any further question about my alma mater. Just dey play. Mscheww. someone that hated and still despises his father. Let me tell you the reason he found his motivation, he was lucky enough to be surrounded by brilliant lads. I just don’t want to mention the course, most of us were best graduating students from our secondary schools including yours truly. When you are surrounded by people who wake up to attend class, you see people reading for test and exam. Subconsciously FOMO sets in, you ask what they are reading for. They tell XFC 213 is going be tested tomorrow, you sef you go join read. You see people doing assignments you sef join follow, you see people doing group work you sef join follow. Like that like that, that was what really helped him. Same as when we graduated and were job hunting. |
Kobojunkie:You would be given facts, Your own is to come up with “mumu assumptions” to support your faulty thinking. Even in Harvard, is it every graduate that gets a job or “makes it in life”. But i can tell you categorically a university that more than 95% of its graduates have good careers and are thriving, is indeed an amazing University. I don’t want you to swallow any story. I was his course mate. |
Zonefree:Did you miss the part that said they have a bank agent (staff) working with them. Getting money out of an account they believe the owner is dead nothing mega naa. If i were to guess the designation of the staff in question, it would most probably be the BDM of that branch but he did say he meet with the branch manager. If it is either the branch manager wanted to be get ahead of it by involving CID or he could be innocent. The bank better investigate that branch thoroughly, inflows into dormant accounts. . |
Kobojunkie:What is this one saying. I had a university mate, that born and brought up in england. So utterly useless and lacked any motivation to succeed whatsoever. Till his father made the call that he was going back to Nigeria to attend University. You need to see what 4 years of attending private Christian in Nigeria did to this young man’s destiny. I assure you that he hated every moment of the 4 years, he experienced malaria, he knew firsthand the spiritual principality called “sapa” but years after he says it, it was the best decision his father ever made for him. After rolling with Naija boys, the young man is now adequate motivated, with a dazzling professional career in the UK |
tunapawizzy:What is this one chatting. That man even in death is dictating his dos and don’ts. In death he is still a man, and hin full ground ![]() I see it from the perspective that rightfully everything the man owns and his transferring to his wife should belong to the child they had. If she remarries all these asset would disappear. Hence his clause for her not to remarry or she loses them. Cuz in such an even the child would hardly ever be able to lay claim to these assets. Wise man if you ask me |
PlayerMeji:Who exactly would be crazy to use 9th century shoes designs as a fashion statement in 2025 naa *Kanye west enters the room* |
emmyN:In my opinion that is very inadequate especially if the man denies it. To many occurrences of women lying about overt sexual relations and the matters like this should be properly investigated. If she lied she should go to jail. Regardless what is wrong is wrong, on no account should such be tolerated |
Stolen:Funny enough I didn’t check his name or tribe. It is this type of thinking that is keeping Nigeria backward. Gaskiya! Please do fast and japa, so the country you port to can give you 80 years in imprisonment ![]() |
UK authorities don’t send him back to Nigeria. Biko you can give me 40 years in prisonment. We are still looking for how to separate and send the remaining animals in human forms out of the Nigeria |
Sharpsharp00123:What if he was the designated collector for the school. I attended a well organized private secondary school and there are a teacher designated for it. He registered us all for NECO There is evil in your thinking, right now you are blaming the victim for trusting. What if nobody ever trusts you with thought process with any job/business/opportunity again, cuz that’s the way you want Nigeria to be according to your thinking ![]() Did you know that during the days of our grand fathers, people put their wares on tables outside and write the amount they want to sell them on a piece of paper place a stone on it (so wind won’t blow it off) or small sign board place it near the item for sale. Then proceed to their sitting room or bedroom to chill. Do you know what else has changed since then? The average life span of a Nigerian youth. It’s getting shorter and shorter, I see Nigerian youths that think they are so smart and take any opportunity to swindle anybody; one thing they all have in common. They all die so young ![]() |
correctguy101:The man is talented though. Whenever i listen to Wizkid ft Zlantan - IDK or Ruger ft Zlantan - Giveaway. I just think to myself, Zlantan should be given the exvclusive rights to these song. Hin finish work ![]() |
Hmm Frank is toying with serious fire 🔥. Some people are so stupid that they don’t value their well-being. He scammed Children? Children that their Angels have direct audience with God. I have heard Adeboye tell a similar story, during his earlier days; that a man came to him, looking tattered and battered. He said nothing was working, anything he touched failed woefully to the extent that he incurs even more debt and worse off than before he said. Adeboye kept quizzing him, till they both arrived at the source of his problem. He was a teacher, one December they wanted to organize Christmas party. He collected all the Christmas party money from the children and disappeared. His life was never the same ![]() |
Sirchiboy:I stopped reading here. Na wa. This is level of entitlement Jesus spoke about to the man that told him “his brother won’t share property with him”. Make your brother go hustle spend am for your head You can’t hustle your own hustle abiEven if your brother wasted his money atleast he enjoyed himself lol. He made the right call instead of spending on you, if not we for dey hear “what did he do that nobody has done?” If e easy to make small change, go and make your own naa. Mumu |
Igirigimercenar:It is not even about Christian or Muslim. Let me even clear your doubt if you believe Jesus is the Lord and Savior, an average Jew despises you with a passion, if you tell it to them, they can slap you. That aside, the moral of the story is not to start what you can’t finish. That is what Israel has just done. America should step aside and let they fight their own wars please. |
Lool lies. Except he has superpowers to identify and uprooted the Nigerians that are working against the nation |
SusanOpeyemi:A real thankless job. I see so many fathers work day and night to provide hence their absence, something their children and some family members won’t understand; in their error thinking it is the people that are always available are the ones there for them ![]() |
Buziness101:Sigh. Even I think it’s a mistake. I hope the funds would be channeled into sustainable development. |
press9jatv:He should build skyscrapers for them because na hin born them. It is not the President’s job to provide food, clothing and houses for the masses, his responsibility to create, support, and implement policies that enable citizens to access these basic needs. President Tinubu is carrying out responsibility diligently and still going the extra mile to do this, you are sitting on your ass doing nothing and saying what he is “doing” doesn’t make sense. How many people have you sheltered? ![]() |
I was waiting for this. If they no quarrel make i know wetin cause am ![]() |

It’s not even an entitlement, it’s your obligation.
