1. Submission of an active phone number linked to a corresponding NIN.
2. Submission of NIN
3. Submission of BVN
4. Driving License Number/Voter’s Card VIN/Other National Passport Number/
5. Optional: Other supporting documents e.g Birth Cert, affidavits etc.

✅An application should then be termed successful if and only if the information contained in a minimum of 3 of the above submission are consistent after secured comparison, else, the applicant should present to the office for biometrics.

✅All under -18 will present to immigration office the office for applications

✅ To collect the passport at the office; there should be biometric verification if your documents are 3/5 consistent
✅Your passport can be delivered via Nigerian based courier services of your choice from a list of adopted ones if your document consistency is 5/5 or 4/4 without ever going to the office.

I’m not against the governmental intervention with pacification of aggrieved people; but then it’s now clear that the government glorifies, appreciates, and listens to criminals than law abiding citizens.

I was in NPA area of Warri yesterday & two youths were angry why they weren’t included in the amnesty program, the other people there question why they should be included when they left “camp” early.

In 2013, a state governor partnered with a LGA bosses, commissioner of police as witness and oath administered by the chief judge to provide opportunities to cultists to renounce their membership and in return were given empowerment materials worth over 1million.

Guess what happened?
Few days after the amnesty program started,
all the boys went and joined eiye and bagga
