Thiwalade:She has certainly been BOLD enough to try that many more times...just that you've not found out and probably never will. What does that make you? |
naijaking1:11. Introducing a 'gra gra' scare mongering brand of so-called anti-corruption war, rather than using a tailored and sensible style. This new regime of 'fear of persecution' (or over regulation, to pit it nicely) is the biggest reason for the recession.. It has destroyed the financial system. Many people with stupendous cash and extra-legal income streams (in forex and Naira) have hidden their money and/or refused to channel it into the mainstrwam financial system via deposits and projects. 12. Persecuting the Niger Delta overlords (Tompolo et al) when he assumed office and withholding the monthly stipends of the represent militants. 13. Implementing the TSA with a fanatical and idiotic haste. 14. Discontinuing the fertiliser subsidy programme and the other agricultural policies of the GEJ administration. |
princesskimberl:And is it fair that the "opposite sex" is expected to pay the bride price, spend exclusively during flings/dating/marriage and is under pressure to have money to prove that he is the "man"? Is it fair that it is normal for a man to marry a poorer or even jobless girl, while a girl always looks up and scorns a guy she is more financially comfortable than? You Nigerian girls can be annoying. You have not bothered to realise that this gender equality nonsense you hold on to originated and is entrenched in Western societies (oyinbos), where most women do not look at a man's financial status before FUCKING, dating or marrying him. You Nigerian females don't want to emulate oyinbo women, but you want to enjoy their privileges. It is ridiculous. You should either want gender equality or you don't. You can't choose and pick parts of each that favour you. |
progress69:Get lost, you oaf. You know nothing, and would die with your foolish jaundice. Blaming oil price alone for the clearly policy-inflicted mess that your master Buhari and his Fulani gang have put us in shows that you're a hopeless nonentity. Get lost. |
Histrings08:This is the most realistic comment here. No doubt. As the saying goes, who no go, no know. We always think the grass is greener on the other side. Until we cross over to the other side and have the chance to compare. Knowing what we now know, and knowing for sure how the personality and POLICY CHOICES of the president can make a massive difference, assuming we could all have the benefit of hindsight, only Afonja bastards would still think that things would have been this bad if GEJ was still in charge. Idiots. |
doubleportion:And I should automatically believe you because your name is 'double portion'? Double portion of stupidity or what? What is your source, or was it your pepper soup seller that told you that NOI borrowed money to pay salaries? These idiots from the only part of the country are particularly annoying. |
progress69:Foolish opinion, liked by foolish people. How much was crude oil per barrel under OBJ (peak price) and how much was the Dollar to Naira exchange rate under OBJ (peak price)? Reflect on that, and compare your reflections to your foolish post, and then decide for yourself that you're a foolish individual. |
dingbang:I can't believe how foolish and insensitive some of you animals are. Prices were stable throughout GEJ's five years in office. But under Buhari's less than 2 year administration, prices of EVERYTHING have doubled and tripled, even though people's incomes have stagnated or even reduced, yet you open your bastard mouth to say what? |
Are the Nigerians on Facebook, Twitter, or instagram more "Nigerian" than the Nigerians on Nairaland? Why are their opinions more newsworthy? |
Mosebolatan26:So your cheating is contingent on a man's cheating? Or two wrongs make a right? Listen to yourself... If you're a slut, you would cheat, whether your man cheats or not. That's the point here. You can't cut your nose to spite your face. Meanwhile, why are all the deluded girls here saying rubbish and talking about "as long as men don't cheat too" bla bla. It seems this gender equality nonsense has got some of you highly detached from reality. If your husband cheats, oya go ahead and do the same now...to prove that you're equal. And don't bother to hide it. Then let's see what happens. Mumus. |
mrvitalis:Trillions? More than Diezani or even more than Bala? How? |
Ha. The ogidigbogbogbogbogbogboooo of Africa and the world at large. Lol. |
SEOManiac:You're a bloody criminal and a big thief worse than Seun Egbegbe. Why are you impersonating Linda Ikeji and cloning her website? |
Stupid deluded girls. Stop wasting time on guys in general and go and date a cucumber. |
This guy is damaged beyond repair. Well maybe not beyond repair because I'm not God and can't pass final judgment on a human being, but then... May God deliver him from the demons trailing his life. |
That's why too much anger is not good. It makes you act irrationally and ultimately puts you in more trouble than whatever it was that made you angry in the first place. Now, Mr Wole would surely spend more than what the aboki supposedly stole from him before he can wriggle himself out of this case. Not to mention the incalculable damage done to his personal and professional integrity/image...by this avoidable media exposure. |
Babzilla:Some days ago, my lousy neighbour (fellow tenant o) brought home a ram (don't know what he wants to use it for). Rather than tie it in front of his space, he let the ram roam free around the compound. At first I didn't notice because I came home very late the first two days and observed animal sh1t all around my doorstep and around my space; was puzzled but thought I was hallucinating. It was on the third day when I stayed home much longer that I saw the ram parading all over the compound and even right in front of my door with that arrogant gait of 'na my papa get house'. Can you imagine? Had to restrain myself and 'politely' told one loafer staying with him to kindly tie the ram at their space so it doesn't litter my own space. But must I tell you this before you know what you're supposed to do, as a reasonable human being? Kai. I just tire. |
madridguy:Seriously. Used to have short temper issues, but I've since realised that it is extremely dangerous. You fight and 'win' the other person, trouble. The other person wins you, trouble. You don't know who is on the verge of death, and your yeye anger leads you to 'touch' the person and he dies in your hands. His life is finished, and so is yours. It's a lose lose situation. The best thing is to simply ignore these petty provocations and in a few minutes it's all forgotten. Overlooking things and walking away doesn't make you look weak or stupid. |
AntiWailer:What exactly is your point? |
Omoakinsuyi:You be mumu of the highest order. |
airmark:Lol, well. I exempted satellite towns sha. Though I agree with your examples. |
laudate:Lol. Fantastic characterisations. There's no better and more succinct way to put it than this. Same kinds of hard choices you'll also find in Abj 'core town'. |
That's why I like Abuja.... Where the concept of 'one town' holds sway. There's not much of a hassle going to and fro between, say, Garki, Maitama and Wuse 2 - or anywhere between Utako, Jabi, Wuye, Jahi, and the other 'new town' in-between's. No where far for Abuja. Unless you're talking about the so-called satellite towns, that's a different matter. But Nigerians too like fakery and fuckery sha. Too much pretentiousness and pseudo class distinctions. |
Poorly written attempt at favour currying by a hungry lickspittle! Anambra is not Imo, and there is zero tolerance in that state for the demonic APC and its many unpalatable semblances. Andy Uba would certainly regret this desperate misadventure. |
knightsTempler:It's as simple as that. What a pity. God forbid. |
And this is the kind of idiot that would be gleefully 'jobbing' unarmed civilians and flexing his muscles among ordinary people in random peaceful city centres... Shouting 'bloody civilians" All over the place. These fools are mostly cowards, and the disgust I have for them can't be quantified. |
Gofwane:Which means that your mother, father sisters, and entire 'bloody civilian' family members are also useless chickens, right? Just look at how brainless you sound. It is so sad that Nigeria's defective system allows incompetent and unqualified pigs like you to be employed by the military through the back door. Continue in your folly. You'll get what's coming to you. I assure you. |
desquad:"Simple instruction" to kneel down and beg you, or to do frog jump? You must be a senseless bastard, and you're clearly not fit to be a member of the Armed Forces in any country. Look at this big headed arrogant buffoon. Who empowered you to issue illegal and self-aggrandizing orders? All of you barely educated NCO rats are truly disgusting. You don't know jack about your guiding terms of reference and rules of engagement. Try your nonsense with the wrong "bloody civilian" and you would see what would happen to you. After you lose your uniform and get dishonorably discharged, if you manage to escape imprisonment, I'm sure your next move would be to join an armed robbery or kidnapping gang. That's how low and worthless most of you NCO pigs are. |
Nigeria has degenerated. For those of you who think this is all child's play to gloss over, please wake up and smell the coffee. We now have a social menace on our hands (kidnapping) that is far worse and pervasive than Boko Haram. It can happen to anyone, anywhere, and at any time. We must all rise and demand that the government takes drastic action to address this emergent menace. It is an emergency. |
Here we go again. Where are those resident Nairaland soldiers to come and defend their useless colleague as usual? My level of disgust for the Nigerian Armed Forces in general is so intense that I can barely type anything else. |
Agbaletu:This is very sad. How did Nigeria degenerate to this level within just two years? Our Abuja used to be a safe haven of sorts, famed for its easy night life and relatively low crime rate. What exactly is going on? How did we get here? Too sad. |
Aufbauh:This is just beautiful. I can't put it any better. You sabi book well well, and very witty for that matter. |

Or the hustling, hard-edged, hustling b'itchy senior girls in their 30s & 40s with fake, pretentious airs that believe in "no romance, without finance?" Which babes exactly are you talking about??
