dammytosh:And yoir point is? |
dammytosh:He who comes to equity must come with clean hands. Only he who is without sin should have the moral authority and righteous indignation to cast stones at sinners. It is that simple. We don't know whether GEJ is a thief or not - since he has not been directly implicated in any corrupt dealing, but we know for sure that OBJ is a thief -since he was directly implicated in the Halliburton and Presidential Library scandals during his tenure. It is therefore ridiculous for a known thief to be accusing another person of corruption. How can we take both the accuser and the accusation seriously? |
Some of the lecturers are even worse than the average student in terms of knowledge and/or intellectual capacity. |
Omo super blue Omo.... Washes even brighter and it shows! Whatever happened to that blue Omo detergent; is it still in the market? |
InZA:True. It takes a sense of humour to appreciate a sense of humour. Unfortunately, most of these girls are too dense and witless for that. Unless you mean humour as a one way traffic, in which case the man becomes a clown performing a solo show. |
ISpiksDaTroof:The problem is that perceptions or assessments of "performance" are often subjective and laced with biases. Otherwise, it should be easy to acknowledge that GEJ has achieved significant progress on many fronts - a bigger economy, agriculture, industry/FDI, rail transport, stronger democratic institutions (free and fair elections, freedom of speech and other liberties), etc. Even in terms of corruption, Nigeria now ranks lower on Transparency International's Corruption Index than was the case under Obasanjo. In the end, the main issue that has been used to discredit and condemn this government is the so called insecurity caused by Boko Haram, which is clearly an artificial problem set up by the North to reclaim power. That is the basis for all the anti-Goodluck noise, and that is why the south south would never accept that their son would be stampeded out of office by such nonsense. If that happens, they would also prove that no region has a monopoly of violence. This is the crux of the matter. Remove this stage-managed Boko Haram distraction and rate Goodluck objectively based on tangible performance metrics. If he has failed woefully, I'm sure nobody in the South would complain if he loses the election fair and square. But we in the South can see through this so called Boko Haram insurgency and we realise it is a well-orchestrated ploy to make the country ungovernable for GEJ and blackmail him out of office to make way for the parasitic northerners. That is completely unacceptable. |
femikay149:Most well to do men cheat on their wives in this part of the world, it is the norm, and we don't hear that the wives become meaning demons as a result. That is certainly not what this is about. Let's stop fishing for excuses where there are none. A butt-pad wearing married woman boldly tells her husband unbelievable things like: it shall never be well with you, you will work like an elephant and eat like an ant, I will kill you, etc and you're talking about whether he cheated on her. Is it not clear that she is heavily cheating on him aside from her demonic behaviour? |
ISpiksDaTroof:Funny textbook analysis. Might of which federal government would descend heavily on who? Lol. Where you not alive when OBJ was in government? How successful was he in quelling the militancy that was then merely in its infancy? How successful has the current federal government been in "descending heavily" on the ragtag Boko Haram? I'm not sure some of you realise what's on ground. Don't be surprised to find out that these militants can now launch air strikes and missiles and blow up entire naval ships (far-fetched, you think?) Don't be surprised by the advanced weaponry and capacities they now have secretly acquired patiently waiting for Code Red. You think they have been spending their billions on only Benzes, mansions, women, and booze? The only solution to the impending doom is to apply wisdom in this matter. If the North successfully blackmails and bullies GEJ out of power based on this boko haram insurgency set up, then America's prediction about Nigeria' possible break up this year is likely to come to pass. It is now left for the unproductive and dirt poor North to choose between a mere four more years of Southern presidency or an outright separation from Southern oil and prosperity for ever. Something tells me that the North would prefer the former. |
To think that even OBJ could not contain the Niger Delta militants even though they were relatively new and unorganised then. Now that they have had time and enormous resources to covertly reorganise themselves and consolidate their stronghold, any realistic person should be very cognizant of their capacity to bring Nigeria's oil production to a complete halt if they decide to launch attacks following a GEJ loss. Is it the incompetent Nigerian military that cannot defeat a mere low intelligence ragtag cattle rearers called boko haram up north that would be able to defeat the vastly more intelligent, more sophisticated, better organised, better funded, and better equipped militants in the Niger Delta? Let's face it, these guys would totally ground oil production and chase away every oil company operating in that region. They certainly now have the capacity to do so, and Nigeria' hopeless military cannot stop them. |
What a joke. Tell us another lie. |
AbuMikey:Exactly. As long as LIB's hustle is legit, then she has done absolutely nothing wrong. It's not her duty to cover the ass of any soldier stupid enough to rant on social media. It's her job to report anything she likes, as long as it isn't libellous or false. People would use their very own hands to put themselves in trouble and then start pointing fingers of blame elsewhere. It's just laughable. |
SiriusBlack:You still don't have any point. In case you did not know, Twitter is a social media platform, which means that "personal opinions" expressed on this medium are anything but "personal". Linda Ikeji or any other blogger for that matter has the right to report any tweet she considers interesting or newsworthy. The stupid soldier must face the consequences of his indiscretion. You don't come out on social media with your full identity to rant and whine like a pu**y and then expect bloggers to cover your cowardly Ass. If he went against military laws and norms and committed treasonable acts by complaining against the authorities in public (because twitter is actually PUBLIC), then that is entirely his cross to carry. Leave Linda Ikeji or any other blogger out of it. They are not conventional print media; they are bloggers, and they are only doing their lawful job. |
Height of stupidity and cluelessness. What else can one expect from an uneducated Fulani Nomad who rose to the rank of Major General without any certificates whatsoever. Apart from the lack of funds to implement such grandiose schemes, its capacity to accommodate and encourage corruption is infinite. Who would determine who and who are eligible or 'poor enough' to benefit? Who would be in charge of keeping records or disbursing funds and food to beneficiaries? How many million slots for phantom poor citizens out of the 25 million budgeted for would be 'conceded' to Tinubu and other hopelessly greedy and corrupt APC chieftains? Perhaps too much exposure to cattle makes these nomadic Fulani herdsmen to reason like Maloo. |
These kind of rubbish only happens when the man shows too early in the union that he has the capacity to endure and tolerate nonsense indefinitely . It seems that as far as dealing with women is concerned, the hand you start with is what you must live with till the end. God knows I will make it clear from Day 1 that I cannot endure madness for even a minute. It's one thing to have normal disagreements that normal couples have and another thing to succumb to senseless, wicked, and disrespectful behaviours by one jezebel that calls herself my wife. I'll easily lose it and I cannot guarantee that I will not tear her to pieces and damn the consequences. |
Christianity is becoming a big joke. From pentecostal pastorpreneurs like Oyakilome to deluded Catholic priests like Mbaka who support GEJ in the morning and endorse Buhari in the evening, the whole thing is a big fat mess. |
Yea right. And I'm also drumming up support for GEJ in Buhari's compound in Daura, Katsina State. What a bloody waste of time. |
Rep042:Do you mind telling us where this woman is from? As in the state and the town? |
PassingShot:Imagine a confirmed mumu like you arrogating to himself the ability to determine who lacks knowledge and wisdom and who doesn't! Such tragic irony! Your futile attempt to defend Buhari's glaring certificatelessness is a massive joke. You have not answered the question, instead you compounded your terror master's woes. The man neither has the originals nor photocopies of his own certificates! Does that not tell you everything you need to know? Assuming the Military has copies of Buhari's certificates, WHERE ARE THE ORIGINAL ONES? WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM? HOW COME BUHARI HAS NO COPIES OF HIS OWN CREDENTIALS? It's clear that you have no (verifiable) answers to these questions, so why not do yourself a favour and just shut up? |
PassingShot:You are a fool. Otherwise you would easily discern that the typos were due to the smartphone keyboard auto-correct feature, which interferes with one's typing at times. Your entire family would never be able to communicate in English as well as I do; you can be 100% sure of that. Back to the issue at hand: WHERE ARE BUHARI'S CERTIFICATES? Stop beating about the bush and answer this simple, straightforward question. His credentials aren't with INEC, otherwise he would have mentioned that, too. The old cattle rearer would not be eligible to contest the election unless he can prove that he is not a secondary school dropout. God forbids that such an uneducated dunderhead becomes president of Nigeria! |
PassingShot:All you Buhari terrorist apprentices are brainless. Why are you quoting me to reply rubbish? So you do not know that INEC needs to 'sight' the originals and then keep photocopies for record purposes. Was that not why Sambo presented an affidavit to show that his originals were destroyed in a fire incident? In any case, Where are Buhari's certificates? That is the simple question that needs to be answered, and if you cannot answer it on his behalf, then shut the hell up and quit trying to be smart. |
Don't mind the slow pokes. I'm ashamed by how they are distorting the facts. What the Army is saying is constant: "we do not have Buhari's ORIGINAL certificates"! This puts a lie to Buhari's initial claim that his ORIGINAL certificates are with the Secretary of the Military Board. What then is the fuss about? The question still remains: Buhari, where are your ORIGINAL certificates? It can't be that difficult to answer, unless the old cattle rearer has started experiencing the amnesia that comes with senility. Afterall, Vice President Sambo told us that his original certificates were consumed by fire, and tendered an affidavit to that effect. So, Buhari what happened to yours? |
samsard:What's your point fella? |
Although I am a proud Catholic, I boldly declare that this so-called Reverend Mbaka is mentally disturbed, and unfit to be called a Catholic priest. It is bad enough to openly support GEJ initially, but changing his tune barely a month afterwards on the superstitious and ridiculous excuse of a pigeon that refused to fly makes a mockery of the Catholic Church. This idea of super priests (like Mbaka, Father Edeh, etc) who think they are bigger than the Church is now unacceptable. They had better go and start their own fake evangelical miracle churches rather than soil the good image of catholicism. |
There are far more mad people outside Yaba Left than those inside. Too many deranged and psychologically disturbed people on the loose. May God save us. |
FKO81:Who told you that Buhari has learnt how to operate a basic computer, let alone use the Internet and Social Media? Of course his so-called twitter account is managed by one hired hand somewhere. Buhari's brain is too old, rigid and impaired by excessive gworo consumption to accommodate any new ideas. |
Alexisu:Your response begs the question. Why did Mbaka change his dance steps at such short notice (assuming that he is not of unsound mind)? Why did he change from shamelessly supporting GEJ's re-election to shamelessly denouncing GEJ and supporting Buhari instead - within the space of one month? It's really a very simple question. |
Alexisu:Then kindly state them on his behalf, since you know the reasons Mbaka gave for dancing to discordant tunes in the market place like a village drunkard. |
Alexisu:What sort of man changes his opinion on such a matter so drastically within one month? Are there any major changes in the political music between November and December to warrant such a dramatic change of dance steps? It seems that this Reverend Mbaka is of unstable or unsound mind. Only an unstable person says one thing in the morning and says the direct opposite in the evening. To avoid such ridicule and inquiry into his mental state, he could have simply remained politically neutral and kept quiet from the beginning. |
Only a certified nincompoop cites an open, easily editable website like Wikipedia as a credible source in a matter like this. You could as well cite your own Facebook post as reference. |
These are old pictures, you slow poke. At least three years old. Besides, it has already been widely discussed on the Internet when it first appeared years ago, so what's the point of digging it up now? |
You must be out of your mind. Is it not the same Rev. Mbaka that declared that there is no vacancy in Aso Rock till 2015 when Deputy Senate President Ekweremadu led Patience Jonathan to his church about two months ago? |
