i am not asking you whether God is Good or Devil is bad.
i am saying if all chips are down, who will you choose.
you just keep mentioning help. don't you see it as a matter of urgency to help me by answering this question fast instead of hiding behind the cotton of morality which i don't really think you possess

since you have experience with all of them, you know who God is, you have dined with several herbalists, you are an unrepentant and perhaps, hopeless sinner despite all your hypocritical prayers, can you please enlighten and help me.

i am just wondering whether God can just allow us to consult others when things are not really working.
unless we want to deny the obvious, thousands of people out there are trying to cut corners with Godand they seem to be getting away with it. so why can't we do the same thing?

so what is your point here? you said we can all get it but you are not telling us how we can identify fakes. so what if i insist on getting it and i end up getting fakes. how am i supposed to know whether this is fake or not

Do you mean by herbalist a juju man? They are quite different. A herbalist makes medicines with herbs. In fact most medicines are made from herbs or certain active ingredients found in herbs. Me, I use herbs well well. I don't think it contradicts my religious faith. However employing the help of evil spirits to effect anything is a different matter altogether.

most herbs will eventually require the use incantations. don't you think that is evil

(1) Heb. 7:18 - "For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before. ." etc.

(2) Heb. 7:8 - "And here men that die receive tithes; but there he receiveth them, . ." etc.

devil did not exist because of hell. in fact hell exist because of the devil. so, there was a devil before there was a hell. may be you don't even know that for now, nobody is in the HELL where devil and his cohorts will suffer everlasting doom. Go and read your revelation very well. when God created Heaven, devil was already around and that is why they called him MORNING STAR . so my friend, there could have being a God without heaven and there is a Devil that is even yet to get to hell. you think if the devil is presently suffering somewhere, he will have time to be causing havoc? no! he is not yet suffering in hell, that will be post rapture

At the cost of the world peace! if that promise had come earlier, he wouldnt have slept with the slave and there will be no muslims, no osama bin laden or religious differences. dont you think the promise came too late. a lot of harm had been done

no my dear. you always quote me out of context. what you dont know is that wether you seek herbalist or not, once you derail from what God said, you have sinned. seeking herbalist is not different from sleeping with your slave. the bottom line is that you are looking for alternative solution. solomon sought strange gods when God was not forthcoming. so also was Saul and many other like that. the bottom like is this, they left God in search of alternative solution.

I asked what their opinion was of all the murders orchestrated and committed by the Jews (in the old testament, Number 31, etc).  I was not surprise when they came out rooting for the Jews.  These are 13 and 14 years girls with little sense of moral justice.

In fact, a similar but more elaborate experiment was conducted amongst children in Israel recently, and the results were shocking.  I shall post the result when I can find the write-up.

why is so easy to blame people when they seek for alternative solution to their problem after series of failed prayers with God and night vigil. When somebody keeps looking for a child for years and later consult herbalist, we will start blaming them. don't talk about Abraham because he also looked for alternative solution by impregnating a slave girl.
people can pass through a lot of financial difficulties for years but God will keep quiet. when you now seek for help somewhere else, God will not be happy. don't tell me Gods time is the best because people in  their millions are in the grave who waited for years for that Gods time that never came.
don't you think heaven help those who help themselves?
isn't  it time we start looking for solution somewhere else if the help is not forthcoming from the church?

things are not always the way they appear. let me tell you a story.

A church can declare a fast amongst it's members but the day they go beyond the 4 walls of the church to give out a public announcement like so.

what jesus is saying is simple enough. dont go out of your to let people know you are fasting so that they wont start sympathising with you. my friend, you can blow it on CNN but let people wonder wether you are really fasting by dressing well, not neccessarily moody.

I think you approach the bible predisposed that all the teachings in the bible are good, while it is true that there are good teachings in the bible still there are a lot of stories that should really make one cringe and shudder, children are murdered in cold blood, people are stoned to death for the most petty offences, lets be honest dude where is the goodness in that.
Its no wonder that our history books are full of witch hunts, inquisitions and genocides that have wiped out people all done in the name of God.

you seem to be describing the second world war.
what you are missing here is that the theme of the bible is not about jews or non jews, it is about God.
why were the jews succeeding with the killings despite the fact that they were a tiny nation.
you should also realise that the people that were living in bible times were human beings not angels so if WW2 could be that homicidal then it is not strange that it happened in the bible

what you don't know is that God can't be moral because he is not a human being. He is only Just. that is why in justice, you can sentence somebody to death.
by the way, do you ever remind our judges that the bible says thou shall not kill? why do they sentence people to death
