Slimfeez: Best thread ever, i really appreciate you guys for the support since we started the whole scenario here, i guess immigrating to Mauritius is very tough now irrespective of your documents whether legit or not,
i just want to register my own input and tell the whole house that @Davous has made a refund to my aza this very morning. It is expected to be so, going with all the fraudulent documents the likes of Davous has been fraudulently sending to them, with a notion that they don't verify documents as mumu. It still baffles me how someone went to the level of printing a fake medical report, fake bank statement, and even a fake police character certificate without the fear of been arrested |

Portlouis: UPDATE @justwise @davous @mekanta @bola01234
Dear all, Kindly note that Davous is not a scammer like I initially expoused. I called the school (BSP) and they confirmed he really sent my applications. From my investigations, the problem was from Mauritian immigration as they have clamped down on Nigerian applicants. I have also settled amicably with Davous and he has refunded my money.
Please disregard my initial outburst. @justwise, please remove him from the scammers thread. It was just a transaction gone wrong and I was caught up in between. Mauritius is rejecting Nigerians now even those with legit documents.
Once again, Davous has refunded me and from my investigation with the school, I believe he is not a scammer.
Thank you all and sorry for the inconvenience.
@Justwise, thank you for the swift intervention. @bola01234, thank you for your advice. Let him also refund others the same way he has refunded u. Someone proved here that he used fraudulent documents to apply for admission/visa on your behalf, after he fraudulently collected 300k from you. I wonder what we will now call such a person, since he is no longer a fraudster, according to ur definition |

mekanta7: The fact is that all documents were fodged, simple. And it's the reason for the visa denial. Having established that all the documents were forged, does that not make the guy(agent) a criminal/scammer? He collected 300k from his fellow Nigerian just to print and submit fake documents. Some people are heartless and evil |
Travel › Re: Mauritius Study And Work by Henix(m): 8:33am On Mar 22, 2023 |
mekanta7: Hmmmm... What I can see here is that I think he did apply for the visa but it was denied. Secondly it wasn't denied on fake documents but due to clamp down recently happening in Mauritius. I think he do get away with such documents in the past.
Let me explain some past and recent changes in Mauritius.
Around September, I helped my 3 friends apply for visa, their file were sent back from the immigration twice because of incomplete documents. One has name error on his passport and waec, while the other was age error. They had to send affidavit to support the changes. The second time they sent it back again requesting for the new police clearance because they used the old one. So back then things were relaxed. This January another applied and got denied without reason. When I tried to resend his new documents to school, I was informed that they no longer issue visas to Nigerians at the moment.
What I'm trying to say is that if you application was submitted within December downwards, its a 50/50.
Thirdly, like I said earlier, you cannot do police character certificate on proxy because you have to do biometric capture. I don't think they verify bank statement, I think they use it as proof of address.
Can you upload your chats with this guy here for us to see. Fake police character certificate, fake bank statement, and fake medical report, is this not a dubious act? So he dubiously collected 300k from someone just to print fake documents? Wonder shall never end |

Davous001: @justise . Refund him on what basis . He paid for his document which he said I should provide for him . I never force one to do anything here . There are people from here that go visa as well . Continue speaking grammar, while ur details keep circulating for scam. Do not do the needful |
