Innoson as a company couldn't verify a simple jamb result before awarding their supposed scholarship. I guess there must be so many employees working for them with fake certificates. This is quite a bad PR for the company

It baffles me how INNOSON company and the management of that girl's school weren't able to run a simple verification of the disputed jamb result before publicly giving her accolades.

INNOSON needs to reshuffle his PR team. Anambra state ministry of education equally needs to demote the management of the girl's school for incompetency

If Innoson and school verified the result, let them post the result they got. YOU CANNOT GET THAT RESULT WITHOUT DOWNLOADING IT. Let them post what they see.

The girl MAY be ignorantly culpable. Cafe, stakeholders and the likes are very good at scamming these candidates.

U forgot to also add exam contractors. I have a friend in South East who has bought so much properties in the East from registering and taking students to what they call miracle centers.

Let's wait and see who is culpable in this girl's case at the end of investigation

If SMS notification paraded online were to be true, the registration numbet ends with EE and the paper registration number ends with FF.
I can save someone phone number as 55019 and type jamb result format on the phone and send it to my number with will show it as jamb result.

If Innoson and the School has the result let them show it. JAMB result will automatically download when you make payment, and wanted to print it. So, the two cannot claim they don't have a copy.

Asides, the LADY is not a minor EXCEPT the year of birth on that paraded result is also FAKE, she is 19years old or someone born in 2004 no go increase in age again?

In other words, u are convinced that the girl deliberately faked both the printed and sms notification just to get a temporary and ridiculous attention.

But could it also mean that INNOSON company and their management team are so dumb that they don't know how to verify a simple jamb result from jamb portal before publicly acknowledging and awarding the said student a scholarship in the 1st place?

They don't give the first one again. Only two ways to check your JAMB result now is by (a) SMS (b) print Original jamb result.
NOTIFICATION OF RESULT is not possible again. Or have you seen anybody holding her type of result for this year JAMB.

But I thought the girl said she equally received sms notification? Could it be that someone somewhere equally sent the girl a fake sms notification? The whole thing sounds quite funny to me.

I wouldn't want to believed that she purposely faked her result just to come to the limelight and ridicule herself, her family, and her school, knowing fully well that the news of such a high score will always attract everyone's attention, including the JAMB board. The allegation doesn't really sound logical to me.

I also don't think that her school and INNOSON company must have used only the result printed by the student for verification before publicly giving her accolades in the 1st place. If I have any interest in a student, he/she can't tell me that he/she scored this or that in a particular exam, and I will go publicly to praise him/her without 1st visiting the said exam body's portal to check the result myself. Who does that?

This is an interesting piece but the postulation holds no water. Lagos will survive without the Igbos or any other tribes whatsoever because of its population and economic infrastructure which attract people from all over the world.

Lagos is what it is today because of those economic infrastructures. Let them give SS/SE a standard seaport/international airport and see how those economic boom in Lagos will gradually relocate

I wouldn't want to rate his performance for now, since some school of thought said that it's too early to do so. I just hope that we will have our Africa Dubai/Taiwan in Anambra at the end of his administration.

Don’t know the plan name itself as I was avoiding getting involved, but it’s sold by Leadway and she quoted for 10yrs and 15yrs respectively. The 15yrs has almost 50% (if not more than) interest. you can’t withdraw till the end of the plan. I think interest is paid in full at same time too.

I personally don’t invest in anything outside government getting loan from me (in Nigeria) and my wife has known that for so many years. Give me small interest and peace of mind. I won’t even buy if my fav brother is the one introducing me to it. That’s how far I like to stay away from over enticing investment plans.

Why not invest the money in real estate and resell after that 15yrs

For the Leadway, is it 50% per Annum, or 50% ROI for the whole 15yrs? I hope she factored in the rate of inflation in Nigeria while making such a long term investment decision shaa

Branch has 2 savings schemes, one of them is the one that enables you earn their supposed interest on weekly base. The interest rate is 10% per Annum, meaning that what u will receive every week is 10% divide by 52 weeks.

Their 2nd savings scheme is more like a fixed deposit. They will lock your money for a particular period of time, as instructed by you, and then release both the capital and the accrued interest at maturity. This one attracts 15% interest per annum.

I wouldn't know where the other guy got the information that Branch pays 15% interest per week on a savings plan

That is the plight of an average civil servant in today's Nigeria. Cost of living is skyrocketing with no salary increment. How they are currently surviving will be a topic for another day
