Nigerian companies are abusing the 'contract staff' employment system.

Other places contract staffs are well paid, even paid better than company staff because they're on a contract and a special assignment which ends after a certain number of years or months. But you're nkt entitled to benefits which staff are entitled to.

But in Nigeria contract staffs are 'employed' indefinitely and with very low salary compared to regular staff

there's a funny thing about traditions.

It doesn't matter if you like give her out the Congolese way, long as she's Esan she has to be given out their way because she belongs there. It's the same everywhere, unless bad people no remember you. Some don't even need bad people, the traditional issues would kick off almost immediately.

Don't advise people to take a route you know you won't take, don't use someone as a human Guinea pig just because he's seeking for advice.

no, the teacher must be an olodo. Yes, yorubas make the mistake when they speak but not in writing. Those are some of the most basic things we learnt early in primary school, very easy to spot.

More over being a Yoruba, Igbo or Hausa isn't an excuse to make some silly mistakes such as this, pronunciation is okay or even accent issue but not writing and teaching students
