Strange as am not having that problem on redmi 3s, try to update your phone to the latest 8.1.1.0 global stable version and see if the problem will be resolved.

Yes. It has reached Nigeria, if you are staying in Lagos should get it by tomorrow. But if your are staying outside lagos, u should get it by Mon/Tuesday.
