1. There is nothing like the womb shifting to one side, u probably don't understand the doctors explanation.
2. She probably did an HSG and the 2 tubes not showing doesn't mean the womb is shifted, it means there is blockade of the 2 tubes for whatever reason such as pelvic infections, ruptured ectopic pregnancy, previous surgery or even non-development of the tubes right from birth.
The possibility of achieving pregnancy is quite low if indeed the 2 fallopian tubes are blocked though never say never in medicine. Consider IVF bro.

My brother, chronic Hepatitis infection won't give any of the symptoms u listed above except u already have chronic liver disease which is very unlikely in ur case because ur positive status was an incidental finding as u claim.
Moreso, there is nothing like faint positive in Hepatitis RDT test, it's either positive or negative. To be more objective, let's see ur Hepatitis viral load.

Just to educate u. There is a difference between vaccination and immunization.
Vaccination is just the process of injecting vaccines. It is one thing to inject, it's another to inject properly and it's another thing entirely for the body to react to the vaccine and mount immunity which is the actual immunization.
Vaccines are meant to achieve immunization but not all vaccinations eventually result in immunization.
In fact, u can achieve immunization without vaccination.
Seek for knowledge if u don't know something.

Summary is the fact one is vaccinated doesn't mean one can't contract the virus. Immunization only helps ur body system to combat the virus better.

People should get enlightened. The fact that one is vaccinated doesn't mean one can't be infected. It means ur body will be more capacitated to fight it better than those not vaccinated.
People still come down with tuberculosis, meningitis despite vaccination.
Moreso, there is vaccination and there is immunization. U may get vaccinated that is your body is inoculated with the vaccine but ur body might not generate the immunity for one reason or the other. So not all that are vaccinated are immunized.
Another fact is that only people that are negative for the virus are the ones to be vaccinated. So many already had the infection but not aware because they were not symptomatic and still got the vaccines. For this set of people, the vaccination is just like a placebo.
