Okay! I just saw this forum so m gonna share my experience all through.

I came across All State first, at Allen in ikeja, the funny thing is that, when they asked us to come for interview...i got there and it was like a school admission, come see queue, that was free though, in an interview even i knew i ddnt pass *current affairs*..i got a text later that i have qualified and should come to their office for letter of recommendation... that was when i started feeling somehow, i got there and i was told i would pay #2000 for the letter, and also, i would give em %10 from my first salary from the job they would get me, i got that and they started asking me where i would like the job, they opened their book and browsed, gave me an address to go, i got there, my people...another interview, chai!, just when i thought all thats left is just to start work....to cut it short, they would actually send like 10 people from their agency to JUST 1 GHOST JOB that u dnt even know if is available, u would then have to go back for another address after u might have been disqualified for the job. After the strss of going back and back, i gave up!

Esther break through... saw their stuff on a beautifully printed flyer so i thought maybe they are different, got there and the written test was done with, text followed to come collect letter...#2500... i think their own too na % from your first salary, i was been sent to jobs that may not even exist, probably with companies they might have connived with to be posting and posting applicants, Ojuelegba wasnt very easy for me to visit that often so i gave up, BUT, i actually got one thing from all the stress... one of d companies i was patronizing again and again for their CEO to come back before they can finalize on whom to employ as their secretary*thats funny and dats why i thought EBT might actually be conniving with some firms*, i made friends with am man there, whom actually later got me a job somewhere else, and that somewhere else is where i met the CEO of where m presently working now...

Everything happens for a reason, but all those employment agencies...majority are scam, except if the agreement was that u would only settle them after they get u the job.

And also, for those with strange interview texts,
NOTE: if u do not submit an application of cv with a company and u got a text from them, its either GNLD & co or its marketing,
sTORY: can u imagine that i went for such interview at Sadiku, after wasting my time for the test, we entered the chat session, even after that, they then started sermon, if we can be getting people to give them contract for health service, the profit on the program is ours, or we invest and blah blah blah... at the point where i stood up to leave, only 3 people were still on seat.
majority of em are just gonna waste ya time and raise ya hopes for nada! in fact, road side direct vacancies are better than agents.

Morover, 95% of those olx jobs are agents, gnld and marketing...i dunno if anyone has gotten jobs there but since i have been searching for a friend, NOTHING tangible has come out of em all!

Those things usually annoy and irritate me, but there's one incident that I'll never forget.

Someone posted a very long article. Just as I was thinking that someone would quote the entire thing and write "k" I saw two posts. The first poster wrote "One mumu will soon quote the entire post and write rubbish". The second poster quoted him and wrote, "I don't know what's wrong with those people. Someone needs to do something about it". Then a guy comes along, quotes the entire article (the first post) and writes "I am that mumu".
