I am fully in support of Mrs Bianca. She was married to an Anambra man so she is from Anambra. Anyway, we need to stop this excessive territorialism in Nigeria. The family should come out with better reasons.

Business › Re: China's Billion Dollar Loans To Africa: Why US Should Be Worried by higgs: 6:17pm On Sep 04, 2018
Who cares about the Americans? African policy makers should watch their debt to GDP ratio and ensure that such loans are given at reasonable interest rates and repayment conditions. Loans should also be used to fund only critical infrastructure projects that can stimulate economic growth. If we collect loans from China and the funds are then stolen by corrupt politicians and bureaucrats, then we are in serious trouble.

Health › Re: Do Doctors' Hippocratic Oath Count? My Experience With A Doctor by higgs: 6:35pm On Sep 01, 2018
Some people are just beasts in human skin. Imagine saying he doesn't accept POS payments or bank transfer and allowing an innocent accident victim to die. Shouldn't such a doctor be reported to NMA and MDCN for displinary action? What exactly are they learning in medical schools? On another note, please all the government fund allocation to the health sector, what exactly is it being used for? I once accompanied my late elder brother to UNTH, Enugu for an X-ray. We were told that the only X-ray machine in the hospital broke down, that we should come another day. Last year, my late dad needed an MRI scan, we had to go to a private hospital -memfys hospital in Enugu because NAUTH teaching hospital in Awka does not have the machine. What exactly are government funds budgeted for the health sector being used for?

Health › Re: My Thoughts About Nigeria Medical Doctors. by higgs: 9:45pm On Aug 31, 2018
As for the attitude of doctors, the less said, the better. Everyone is blaming Buhari but in their own little corner, they can't be the positive change they seek.
Health › Re: My Thoughts About Nigeria Medical Doctors. by higgs: 9:42pm On Aug 31, 2018
It is really a sad situation. I still remember the first and only time I visited UNTH, Enugu with my late brother. To do an x ray there was a herculean task. A colleague of mine once had an accident and was in the teaching hospital at Nnewi. I was shocked to see how dirty the toilet there was when I visited. The truth is that the quality of service in most of our hospitals is very poor. That is one of the reasons for the relatively low life expectancy in Nigeria today.

Guys, read carefully before commenting. They submitted a bid bond bearing a different name and insufficient validity. That's a material reason for disqualification. Let's always do things properly before protesting and shouting fraud.

Americans have totally lost it. The boy probably decided he was gay after seeing how Americans celebrate people who come out as gay. It is now clear that all the propaganda by the gay lobby is having a psychological effect on children.

Crime › Re: Name Removed, GTBank MD Arrested For Throwing Calculator At Staff In Liberia by higgs: 9:27am On Aug 29, 2018
Nigerian banks have exported their culture of abuse in the work place to other countries. You won't believe what many bank staff in Nigeria are going through. Kudos to Mr Freeman for having the courage to expose the violent and abusive MD. Obviously, the labour laws in Liberia are working well.
