Hey bro! Don't know if you've been able to rectify your issue yet. Was having same, but have been able to fix it and successfully complete the registration.

Should you are yet to, you might want to try out same approach I used which was going back to the mail sent to my email address, then clicking the link contained in it while also resupplying the NEW PASSWORD stuff, then proceeded with the rest of the registration without issue.

The issue is actually from their end. Same applies to those whose facing error message like, 'THE PHONE NUMBER HAS ALREADY BEEN USED' issue.

It will not work except you use that one you were unable to retrieve or go to bank and ask them to change the phone number attached to your bvn to the current one you are using now.
