The chairman of the election tribunal has to verbally attacked them saying they were not prepared and stop to waste the precious time of the court because the court is not a jester house, they are presenting evidence they didn't file for at the pre election hearing which is against the proceeding, the INEC has to reject the evidence. I Know you might not understand this because is a legal process

2. Ekiti people who gave Tinubu about 65 percentage of the total votes are tribalistic but your People who gave Obi 97 percent of their votes are not tribalistic. Your head needs to be re examined

I was pointing out that in Uzodinma’s case the votes from 388 polling units were never included in the results that declared The PDP guy governor. It was not a case of “allocating” votes as he claimed but simply saying INEC did not include these 388 PUs, before they declared a winner, now that we had included them, Uzodinma had more votes.

On to your point, yes you are right but it is very unlikely that enough votes were so improperly attributed in states like zamfara, Gombe etc such you can overturn a result of 1% into 25%. In states like Rivers yes, in states like Alwa ibom where he got close to 25% but not 25% yes. But those states are less than a handful . The majority of states where he got less than 25%, his score was so low that it is highly improbable to any right thinking person than any re attribution will take him to 25%. They are not states where any reasonable person ( I emphasize reasonable) cauldron ever have expected Obi to get 25%. It’s like Tinubu challenging Anambra state expecting to win 25%….how?? Even the River state they won they themselves openly said all they were begging Wike for was 25% because they know it is impossible. He needs 9 more states, assuming he overturns Rivers and Akwa Ibom, he needs another 7. Look at the table I posted again and tell me where he will get the 25% from and the probability that he could ever have such a result in those states.

Obi only go 25% in 15 states plus Abuja, total of 16. Let us assume he manages to get akwa ibom ( where he is close to 25%) and Rivers that we all know was massively rigged to make a total of 18, he still needs an additional 7 states. Now please look at the results posted and tell me which of these states he can manufacture 25% from. Is it jigawa, zamfara, katsina, yobe sokoto, Borneo Kano, kebbi where he got less than 2%? Or is it Osun Bauchi Ekiti, Gombe Keats ondo where he got between 3% and 9%. If not that is already 14 states out of a possible 19. Meaning there are only 5 states from which to claw the statutory 25%…and which are those states left? Niger, Oyo, Kongi, Kara, Adamawa and Ogun where he has between 10 and 15%. He is not going to get Oyo or Ogun, Kogi or Niger so where is the 25% coming from?

Obi already got 25% in up to 30 States if his real results are collected back.

I feel sorry for him because he has eroded the little goodwill he had among Nigerians. Instead for him to be building bridges with other tribes, he is wasting time and energy in court.

Seriously, I have never been a supporter of any politician at any level but whoever that is there needs support and cooperation. Well, it’s good to also note that INEC has a duty to defend the declaration they made in respect of the presidential election and as a respondent in the suit. So, stop crying all over the place about INEC objecting to the Oluwole documents Peter Obi lawyers are presenting.

FACT! Even if Tinubu is disqualified and his votes voided, neither Atiku nor Obi satisfied the requirements to become president. Therefore in the extremely unlikely scenario that Tinubu is disqualified, it will go to a rerun between Atiku and Obi and Obi will lose. In the event that Tinubu is not disqualified but determined not to have satisfied the requirements, the rerun will be between Tinubu and Atiku or in the event he manages to prove he came second, Tinubu and Obi. In all the scenarios above Obi will lose because the north will either vote for Tinubu or Atiku in any rerun involving Obi and another.

Fortunately, Obi won the election already, when his votes are added to him and removed from Tinubu in the 18 States that are been contested and the real results are been admitted by the courts
