I have intention to build Moorish type of building popular in Spain, and the Americans in a 7 plots of land.
Can architects come up with prototypes?
It will have a garden like court yard, interior must be insulated to absorb outside noise, a vegetable garden must be at the first floor, easy access to the kitchen, a swimming pool at same floor extended patio.

Two friends sets out to invest in aqusition of lands in a particular city, I wouldn't rather mentioned the name of the city, the lesson here can be applied in any city.
One saw a large track of sprawling land in a far outskirt of the city and bought 50 plots of land at #100'000 each, he saw himself as a land owner of acres of land, he thought to himself, if I patiently hold on to these land,it's price will quadruple, this was 8 years ago.
The other went to that city state urban development council to chart development trend of the city, he bought 3 plots of land within a proposed government of a would be housing estate, that was 8 year ago.
Lesson don't simply buy a land or lands, rather buy a land that has an address.
The aforementioned is begging buyers to pay #500'000 each per plot.
The later is been begged by buyers to pay #50Million each of his 3plots.
Wouldn't you rather seek for a land that has an address? Seek for it whenever you want to buy a property

Since April 2020, till date, I haven't visited any barbing shop., And not ready in the near future.
Why, I bought two rechargeable hair clippers.
Floor tiling surpassed hair barbing in terms of being lucrative.

Just as the topic stated , i will like us to share experience how you over come laziness and also dizziness when working on a client project, task or a pet project.

Laziness can be as a result of an easy task that you can implement in some minute or hours but took you 2 days to do, and dizziness is when you have to stay awake all night mostly for remote guys working for foreign client with different time zone.

How do you manage to balance sacrifice, discipline and commitment when working?

You watch too much tv. An adult need at least 8 hours sleep. Stop watching TV too late a night, or ,or one sleep will issue you a red card.
