FoodRe: Bakers Apologise For Increasing Price Of Bread by hillsate: 12:54pm On Sep 05, 2012
Bakers, no be una fault. GEJ only wanted to punish Nigerians for insulting one of his wives, Patience for developing big tommy due to over ingestion of cassava bread. Now he is forcing us to eat thesame cassava bread by increasing import tariff for wheat.

I dey rumour say she went for tommy tuck that went bad. Let's pray she gets well at least GEJ may lift the punishment when he sees Patience with flat tommy.
PoliticsRe: Dantata, Others Receive N25B SURE-P Payments by hillsate: 12:36pm On Sep 05, 2012
How many times do they want to award this same abuja-abaji-lokoja road? Haba!

@OP, do you have any document that proves any such payment?
We just even heard another story of oil marketers denying any payments from FG.
I have since learnt to take any word for FG with a pinch of salt.
PoliticsGEJ, Where Is The 4300MW? by hillsate(op): 12:27pm On Sep 05, 2012
Nigeria Magic!
After all the noise about improved power generation being propelled forward as GEJ's mojo sorry major achievement, we are back to status quo.
Nigerians are now back to darkness. Is it not too sudden to bring to an end this honeymoon.
Questions now need answers.

Was the so called increase in generation a fluke?
What happened to the water levels and gas? Has Nnaji looted the Megawatts?

GEJ, your most noised achievement is finding its way down the drain oh.
We are watching.

Only a jobless and clueless person will try to convince people why he is not on paper.

Reuben Abati, your write up is a big shame. You just committed suicide. This write up confirms that you should have remained at Rutham house with dignity. You have lost all respect and when you get thrown away you will realise. About the book you talked about, "We don't give a damn!"

So because Aig Imoukheude did his own part of exposing the cabal they now zero on access bank. Shame.

@OP. You really need to get a life!
What do you mean by what is wrong with CAN president?
God gave CAN presidency to someone who matches you guys word for word and action for action and you now make noise.

What the heck is wrong with the sultan of sokoto? He should bury his head in shame because with all his influence he cannot stop or presuade BH boys to stop the senseless killings.
Guy, face your domain. If BH were christians they would have listened to Oritsejafor.

I ask you rather, what is wrong with Sultan of Sokoto that cannoty bring some touts to order.

PoliticsRe: Jonathan: With Prayers, We'll Overcome Nigeria's Problems by hillsate: 11:06am On Aug 21, 2012
Dollarman101: MR FOOL, mr president never said he was not going to put up any human effort in support of his prayers.
He only said that prayers will help him as always to overcome these challenges. And unless you re Satan sent, you will agree with him.
This is your personal best I guess. Shame.
I thought someone calling me a fool has some wisdom loaned to him.
A piece of advise, Dollarman(not even patriotic), it is better you keep quiet and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove every doubt.
PoliticsRe: Jonathan: With Prayers, We'll Overcome Nigeria's Problems by hillsate: 11:34pm On Aug 20, 2012
Prayers?!!!
Mr president sir, is it the same prayers you refused to say "amen" to or the ones that restricts the number of "amens" you say?
Mr President sir, why did you choose to go round the country campaigning to be elected rather than stay at Aso Rock and pray that you win the election.?
Mr president sir, why did you have to employ Okupe to do some dirty work for you rather than pray that people would stop insulting you?
Mr president sir, why do you move around with retinue of security agents rather than pray that God protects you?
Mr president sir, why did you have to budget about 1 billion naira to feed rather than pray that God would fill your stomach?
Mr president sir, as far as security is concerned Nigerians have prayed
but you haven't; because if you have prayed God would have reminded you that you are the president and commander-in-chief of the Nigerian Armed forces.
The knife and the meat is in your hands!

Biggoozz: You know what, you guys that support GEJ in this forum, whether you are paid or not put the man in such a bad light. Why resort to such vulgar abuses all the time? Whoever taught you guys such approach is bent on ruining his image, it is so distasteful.
You are so right. They usually have nothing tangible to write in his defence hence their resort to insults and vulgar words. They can never face issues.

Elueme: I think it will be good to expunge that notion from your brain.. You call a spade a spade, am not Ijaw neither I my a fulani but a Nigerian so I can comment as dispassionate as I can on national issues.. Taking side on opinion doesn't make me biase except you are indirectly telling me that you are against the president because he isn't from your region.
If you were calling a spade a spade, you would have been sincere about the president. He needs to wake up and stay awake.

FYI, people from Nigeria do not behave like you or your president.

Which law is he talking about? It is against the law to praise a serving president, but it is not against the law to do otherwise, to insult him.

This must be coming from a toddler.

Mandelaguy: Don't mind the swallat! The have been so confused by their hate that they see nothing good in someone using his money to project the good side of GEJ. Now that power has improved and a lot of positives are coming up,do many of them are so scared GEJ might just be the best that has happened to us since independence.
So any small talk now they mention power. Please stop mentioning power as GEJ's achievement. Power was more stable than it is now in the eighties. He merely is completing what others seriously started.
Sorry to say but the way GEJ is going, he can never be the best thing that has happened to Naija since independence but one of the pest things.
PoliticsRe: What Is The Meaning Of President Jonathan's Adverts? by hillsate: 6:34pm On Aug 18, 2012
werepeLeri: Just so you may be seen to have written something. If these so called adverts were bashing GEJ, calling him names and pestering him to resign, you wont have anything to say to it, but because they are captioned differently, you have come to NairaLand to seek support so that the bashing may continue. There is freedom of speech and expression. If some are free to call him names and pester him to resign, some are also free to support him and pester him to go on.

How many of you on NairaLand label those who support him as sycophants? You just did. So, if they call those who rubbish him haters, why are you complaining?
Please lower your tone, you are disturbing people having a meaningful conversation. While you are at it please tell GEJ that the office of the president of Nigeria is not an NGO.

PoliticsRe: Why We Are Holding Talks With Boko Haram- FG by hillsate: 12:09pm On Aug 16, 2012
Which of the boko haram groups is FG trying to bribe in the name of dialogue.
1. Is it the religious BH
2. The political BH
3. The violent BH
4. The armed robbery BH
5. PDP BH

I am pretty sure the FG is into dialogue with the religious BH and that I know will yield no result. How can the FG claim to be in dialogue when the bombings are on going.
As long as its not Abu Qaqa that confirms any dialogue, it's all a jamboree.
Watch out for a rebuttal of this so called dialogue from Abu Qaqa.

PoliticsRe: Where Bakare Got It Wrong by hillsate: 10:28am On Aug 13, 2012
Boazizzy08: I used to admire and respect pastor Tunde Bakare, not until recently when he started mixing politics and religion by manipulating the faith of his followers and using it to Forster his selfish political interest. As a cleric, pastor Bakare is supposed to educate his followers on how to become agents of peace and not violence or destruction by balancing their perception on issues that can trigger conflict because Nigerians naturally react to tensions and cries without being fully informed.we always see the best form of defense as a strong offence.
Pastor Bakare should know that peace is about relationship and respect, and a person can not be won through hatred, rather through tolerance
You mean you created a whole thread to write this piece of rubb.ish.
Go through your post carefully, you will notice that the person you described is yourself. Using your words, you are a typical nigerian who react to tension and cries without being fully informed.
PoliticsRe: Okupe Blast Elrufai Again, Says You Are Peddling Falsehood by hillsate: 10:15am On Aug 13, 2012
The question we should be asking is where has Okupe been all this while?
He has been quiet meaning his only interest in national issues is only when his pocket is massaged.
Please someone should tell Okupe that the 300 million he stole from benue state is yet to be refunded.
Please someone should also tell GEJ that the calibre of people he surrounds himself with are only facilitating and increasing the weight of his down fall.
PoliticsRe: FG To Clinton: Don't Brand Boko-Haram As Terrorist Group by hillsate: 5:34pm On Aug 11, 2012
Ama28: I want to still emphasis that GEJ made a right decision on this matter. Someone making reference to my comment mentioned a terrorist group in Somali land, pls can you rightly point out any good thing america did for them as a nation apart from making their economy a dumping ground for their low quality product?. Why should america do labelling for us? Don't they have terrorist? They are beefed in most countries of the world yet they are throwing stones.
So you want Nigeria to be labelled ITN! And then what? You think it will stop the boys? Get serious, it will only give them the global publicity and motivation they need to do more. Xenophobia against Nigerians can break out in the countries of the world especially the islam nations. You want to call me names? bring it on but you need to think outside the box about this. Just like the minister solicited, we need their expertise to curb this.
Babe relax.
We know that it will make the life of nigerians out of the country a little tougher when BH is tagged ITN or FTO.
But we have a situation in our hands. GEJ has demonstrated his inability to tackle BH in words, action and inaction. Only the living can be stigmatised. Allowing or championing the cause for the tagging of BH as ITN is a painful sacrifice nigerians have to make. Have you ever visited scenes where nigerians were bombed, adult and children with their body parts severed? Or where a whole community devoured with fire and gunshots? Will you compare that with an extra 20mins at airport or extra scrutiny when searching nigerians?
GEJ is the strength of BH. He gave them enough opportunity to grow and mature by doing nothing. He was deprived of shoes all his life and now that he has the most expensive shoes he's forgotten how to walk.
