That's the way it should be. However, this government should invest more in oil and gas to grow Nigeria's FX. That will save our ailing naira
You should advice the federal government to invest in gold and other mineral resources being mined by individual states where these minerals are deposited.

Is that why subsidy was removed, Naira 'floted', taxes increased and exploitative levies keep emerging?

The coastal road will open the coastal areas in the Niger Delta. Few km of the roads will be located in Yoruba land, most part of it will be located in the Niger Delta.

No serious economy activities is going on in the coastal areas of Nigeria except Lagos
Is the coastal road the reason the Port Harcourt port is not being used?

Same Bitter Obi increased tuition fees in Anambra and declared that Education is not for the poor. This bitter fraud is the worst lying hypocrite among humans.
Fine. But any reasonable Nigerian would agree with him irrespective of their political affiliation. The problem of this country is not the 'leaders' but the Nigerians who eventually get to occupy public office.

DyshApp:
UK-based lady recounts how ‘her eyes saw the back of her head’ while she was dating Nigerian men.

The lady was interviewed by a street journalist who questioned whether she had ever been in a relationship with an African man.

She revealed that she has dated both Nigerian and Ghanaian men and had different experiences with both.

The UK-based lady revealed that her relationship with Nigerian men was filled with Wahala and her eyes saw the back of her head.

Recounting her experience with Ghanaian men, she stated that she found the relationship sweet, although not as spicy as that of her Nigerian lovers.

When asked to choose between Nigerian and Ghanaian men, she picked Nigerian men. She said that she chose Nigerians because of how they spiced up the relationship despite how they had treated her.

Yesterday, the National Grid got a massive boost as 624MW was added from Zungeru HPP.

This was after a successful reliability test on the units.
With this addition, NESI will be better and the national grid shall grow. Let's continue to prioritize #energyaccountability and #energymanagement as we work towards a more sustainable future.

Kudos to continuity of APC Government.

Politics / Re: Landmark Demolition: I'm Glad I Left Nigeria - Tayo Aina by HisXLNC1: 5:59pm On May 01
motymop:
Tayo aina doesn't know what he talking about, those people sponsors his youtube channel, so he cant speak ill of them even though they are breaking the law.

In Europe, and America or even south africa, you can not build on a property just because you bought the land, you need to have the right permit and government approved documents.

Landmark isn't a tourist destination. Landmark is just like a small beach side resort for those who can afford it. and lets not talk about the overpriced and exploiting restaurants and cafe along that oniru beach shorelines

How many tourist visit landmark? majority of customers in landmark are Nigerians

it unfortunate that some people have spined these stuff into a tribal issue but along that shores, lot of restaurants, shops and also shanties will also be destroyed.

if we take into consideration, the effort the lagos and federal government took to reclaim most of that land from the ocean, they spent billions of naira doing that, but then how can you now claim ownership of something that has a master plan and the government have spent billions of dollars in doing.

Have you ever thought why there are no beach front house properties in Nigeria? it is because of the landuse acts and the claim that from 250M from the beach shore, the government owns it.

so why spin the news into something tribal, when you know you are breaking the land use act and also the government master plan
In a nutshell, you are categorically saying the owner acquired the land illegally. Izzoright.

33k is not bad for the average sophisticated person.

Business / Re: It's Not Our Intention To Defend The Naira - Cardoso Speaks On Foreign Reserves by HisXLNC1: 8:34am On Apr 18
LAXconfidential:
So basically, it's not your intention but you're doing it anyway. Then why float the naira? Why put us through all this suffering only to go back and be doing the same thing after things have become worst?

Is it that these guys don't think before making decisions? They removed subsidy and floated naira at the same time. Dollars shot upwards immediately and by the time they realised they had made a mistake and decided to go back to paying subsidy and supporting the Naira just as Buhari was doing, the dollar equivalent of the 400Billion Buhari was paying for fuel subsidy monthly has become over 900 Billion.

Now they're paying 600 Billion as subsidy. To get us back to the 200/lt we were paying before, they will have to pay the full 900 Billion plus. So tell me, why didn't these guys just continue with Buhari's style? They wanted to be different. Now see where it has landed us? Unprecedented suffering while subsidy is STILL being paid. Why then did we suffer? Why then did we have to go through all this hardship?

What's worse is that most Nigerians don't know the all what I've just said because the APC are masters of propaganda. They know that our achilles heel, our weakness, is tribalism. So they make you more worried about Peter Obi being a pretender, or Bobrisky going to jail for 6 months, and other frivolities, just to distract Nigerians from what is most important. Most people don't even know that they're SUFFERING FOR NOTHING! SUFFERING FOR ONE MANS FOOLISHNESS!!

Bola Tinubu, the least you can do is atleast own up to your mistakes and apologise to Nigerians. You owe us that much. A LOT of people have lost their jobs, companies have folded, people have committed suicide, marriages have ended, futures have been derailed and dreams shattered, all because you made a life altering decision out of the sheer euphoria of being sworn in as commander in chief. Baba, do the honourable thing and apologise to Nigerians. At least we can start the healing process from there.
He doesn't think he owes Nigerians an apology. He would rather apologize to media houses for a cancellation if a birthday celebration that has got absolutely nothing to do with the well-being of Nigerians.
