Politics › Re: America Is Working To Destroy Nigeria by Horus(m): 10:10pm On Nov 07, 2011
what i will say is that it's obvious america is working towards a break up of nigeria, possibly to derail chinese interests, which is my theory and move in for a kill on weaker smaller states they hope to see arise from nigeria.
it won't happen, and we're steadily working to surpass them day by day.
I agree with what you said.

The Nigerian Intelligence Agency suffer from a lack of motivation and enthusiasm to fight against Boko Haram. On the other hand The Kenyan National Security Intelligence Service (NSIS), is very efficient to gather and exploit secret information. It identifies conditions that threaten Kenya's political, economic and social stability. It subsequently develops opportunities and strategies to neutralise such threats.

BlackLibya:
This is what happens when you force an outside religion on people, and force them to abandon their traditional ways.

In Brazil and Haiti, African spirituality is held in high esteem, and the religions are peaceful. In West Africa, the only time people mention African spirituality is in a negative sense, always witches and burning people and spells and whatever.
I agree with what you said, and when an european is using the word witch, for him a witch doctor is a European's way of deceiving you into thinking that your village healer (or botanist) who had the cures was some kind of demon, devil worshipper, or bad person.

The title of the thread is correct; The nurse called Jesus for help instead of doing her job to save the baby. Religion is for drop outs. People hold on to religion, like a crutch because they can't make it any other way. With religion you stop being responsible for your own actions and blame someone else like God when it's something you like and the Devil when it's something you don't like.

South Africa's militant youth leader, Julius Malema, led thousands of protesters from Johannesburg to the seat of power in Pretoria on Friday (October 28), demanding more jobs, the nationalisation of mines, and the seizure of white-owned farms in Africa's richest nation. The march to highlight chronic unemployment and the continued economic power of the nation's white minority is a direct challenge to President Jacob Zuma, whom the influential ANC Youth League leader accuses of not doing enough to improve the lives of millions of impoverished blacks.

The number of young progressive Africans who are tired of the Chinese,Indians, and Europeans coming to take opportunity is growing. The real threat of losing their countries is ever more present. While the foreigners are bringing investment and skills, many are secluding themselves from the local population. Recently an African worker was fired by a Chinese businessman. The man was made to strip out of company uniform and made to walk home naked.Abuses like this one are happening all to often in Namibia,Angola and several African countries.

Church leaders accept tithes in the name of God. They'll say “God needs your help building the church, ” What does god need with a multi-million dollar church? Nothing. These are the same so-called church leaders that you'll find riding in fancy cars, eating the best foods, living in expensive homes and living the life of wealthy people while their followers scrape and struggle to do “God's will” by tithing. These so-called leaders will lead congregations in the worse of the worse neighborhoods and on their way to church to preach on Sundays or Saturdays or whatever day they declare to be the Sabbath. They will step over the homeless or the less fortunate.

^^^ & The Americans are taking all the money & Profits to America sad Guys what do you think is the solution & what should be done by Us & our leaders?
Ours leaders should pass a new law, the Americans should pay more taxes to African governments on their profits. Our government should have a very aggressive tax team, led by a treasury official. When companies bring that money back to America without paying enough taxes, companies leave that cash far away from Africa. It is billions in untaxed foreign profit.

Under the new Tenancy Bill, it is unlawful for a landlord to demand or receive rent from a sitting tenant that is in excess of six months, in the case of a monthly tenant, or one year, in the case of a yearly tenant. It is also considered a crime for a sitting tenant to offer or pay rent in excess of one year, for a yearly tenant, and six months, for a monthly tenant.

don33310:
. You are very correct, look at Haiti the first black nation to have independent yet nothing to show.
This is not true at all. Haiti, once called The Jewel of the Antilles, was the richest country in the Caribbean in 1804. Perhaps the most serious blow Haiti ever had to her independence and self-image was the occupation of the United States Marines. In 1915 they invaded and occupied Haiti. U.S. Marines went straight to the Haitian national bank and removed its gold reserves to Citibank in New York City. The Haitian constitution was rewritten to allow foreign ownership of Haitian property; land was seized from small peasants to create large plantations; the economy was reorganized so that 40% of Haiti’s gross domestic product flowed to U.S. banks. This is how Haiti became a poor nation. The Haitian people fiercely resisted the occupation in a series of revolts which the U.S. military ruthlessly crushed, murdering leaders, burning villages to the ground and killing 30,000 Haitians. The occupiers did not leave until 1934. The American occupation had a crippling impact on the island nation, whose agriculture had been devastated by warfare.

Christianity Etc › Re: What Is Heaven Like? by Horus(m): 10:54pm On Nov 03, 2011
Earth to Heaven. How far's the trip? Christians claim that heaven is further than the furthest star, and that is where Jesus went with his father to prepare a place for you, right!!. Remember, John 14:2 “In my father's house are many mansions, I go to prepare a place for you.” However, if you look at the possibility of Jesus coming back from a scientific point of view, the furthest star away from Earth is billions of light years away. Therefore, in actuality, Jesus still didn't get to heaven. There's no way he could be on his way back.
Christianity Etc › Re: Why Do People Hate The Bible So Much? by Horus(m): 10:40pm On Nov 03, 2011
If you do not believe as a Christian does, you are called crazy. I have debated with Christians many times in an open forum and all of their reasoning is the same, you are a cult if you believe outside of the bible. Thus, I use the bible as proof when I am debating with Christians. I show them what is written right in their bible in the languages they were originally revealed and they still can’t handle the facts. I have said it before and will say it again. The bible is nothing more than an ancient soap opera. It is filled with hate, death, murder, prostitution, suicide and lust. Look at the many contradictions, errors and nonsense stories that are written in the bible. If you are a Christian, you will realize that you are the crazy person for believing in it, living by it and dying for it.
Business › Re: South Africa: The Real Giant Of Africa? by Horus(m): 12:48pm On Nov 03, 2011
Blacks  are a majority but economicaly and culturally a minority: They are subalterns in their own land of demographic dominance. Still you get Blacks  shopping in expensive malls in the suburbs and feeling superior to other Africans because of these "wonders", didn't anyone tell them they don't own anything, they are just guest in someone else's house. Didn't someone tell them those malls weren't built for them? These are the perks of being a slave in a White man's house.

1. Standard Bank (White).
2. FNB (White),
3. Sasol (White),
4. MTN (White)
5. Sanlam (White).

So While greed is universal, it seems Africans are not greedy or corrupt enough to get any major share in these companies. And despite being an African (Black) majority count how many times Black women have represented  in Miss Universe or Miss World. Count how many times Black faces are cast in TV adverts or magazines, unless it is HIV or alcohol related. Even today every positive attempt to enhance the lives of African people in SA is met with White resistance. There are some areas which have the illusion of fair play but really are just White economic clubs. Pick up a CD in any  airport featuring African music, again products made by Africans but not owned by Africans. A large format table book on "tribes" of the Southern Africa, written by whites. A film festival showcasing the 'best of African cinema', where not only are the majority of the films made by Europeans but the festival is also run by Europeans (like Durban International Film Festival). SA is the Giant of economic apartheid and white economic supremacy
Webmasters › Re: I'm Looking Of Online Payments Method In Nigeria.is It Promising by Horus(m): 12:27am On Nov 01, 2011
Online payment systems that works in Nigeria:

- AlertPay
- Liberty Reserve
- 2checkout
- FASTECASH
- VTN
- Softpurse

Apart from Alertpay, Liberty reserve(Lr) and 2checkout which is owned by foreign bigger companies, the others are owned to Nigerian companies and their trading currency is in the naira.

Alertpay, Liberty Reserve and 2checkout

One good thing about Alertpay is that it uses Instant Payment notification to alert you or your ipn handler that a payment has been made and you could use it to update your inventory as well as send an email(behind the scenes) to your buyer. Liberty reserve also does something like that and you could confirm if a payment actually has been made between the two before even fulfilling any online order assuming you are selling digital and instantly downloadable items. The main currency with which your account will be domiciled is in the US dollars and for Alertpay, you could withdraw to your Nigerian domicilliary account. Withdrawing from Liberty reserve is also quite easy as you could do that using any of the available LR exchangers in Nigeria who would buy your LR dollar for a naira deposit in your bank account. Alerpay and 2checkout also affords you teh ability to receive payments not just from account holders but also from holders who may want to pay you with their credit cards. But in setting an Alertpay credit card platform, you would have to submit your website for verification and approval. Also it appears credit card users from Nigeria would have to verify their credit cards once for a start before they begin using it on your proposed website.

Fastecash, VTN and Softpurse

These ones hold your ecurrency in the naira and you could easily make payments and withdrawals by just using your bank account. It allows you to receive money from members who hold accounts with the same processor. One thing I like about Fastecash is that it also uses an IPN once you receive payment thus enabling you to satisfy customer's virtual purchases using an ipn handler. I have not used Softpurse yet but it is also a growing means of online payment in Nigeria especially among recharge card online vendors. VTN can be used also for sending and receiving naira online and is also allows you to fund your Graphcard account which could be used for a lot of purposes such as a virtual credit card, US phone number, US address and so on.
