CrimeRe: Marital Rape by hotfunmi(op): 8:16am On Feb 10, 2008
Rape is rape. These cases cannot be proven most of the time unless there is overwhelming evidence of brutality to that area and other affiliates. Having said that, you really cannot differentiate the real cases from the false ones since------------ ------------some like it harder and faster.

Bloody Mary! Ike and Tina Turner style! Hmmmmm!

How could anyone tell? His word against hers. Sometimes the men look like the victims. Or surveillance camera perhaps. Who knows?

Given the scope and realm of domestic abuse--anything is possible sha. But proving it is the problem. If it can be proven in any court of law--I'll say:

Hang him--till he shits! Same goes for the woman, since some women also rape their husbands.
Installing a camera in your home is gross, I think it's better you install a jack knife under your bed to chop off his peewee whenever he pounces on you without invitation.

Do you think Nigerian courts are yet ready to entertain such complaints?

Are there any bras that are completely wire free and can hold up the pendulum  properly? I mean properly enough with proper sculpting, lift and cleavage? Please help because my ribs hurt else I'll soon start walking around without bra.
CrimeMarital Rape by hotfunmi(op): 7:22am On Feb 10, 2008
A lot of women these days complain that their husbands do rape them anytime they say no to sex.
Do you really think that such cases should be treated in the court like other rape cases?
I mean, is it right to give a man 20 years to life because he slept with his wife by force? shocked
RomanceRe: Haking by hotfunmi(f): 7:19am On Feb 10, 2008
I advice you to take things easy because you may end up giving yourself high blood pressure since the haking idea may fustrate your effort more. Have a sincere deep talk with your wife. Good luck man!!!

Question:
Why is it that guys find it dfficult to wait on sex until after marriage? They always want to get there first, why can't y'all wait for something you'll eventually get in abundance?
RomanceRe: Is It True That Women by hotfunmi(f): 9:21am On Feb 09, 2008
A woman's worry really starts after she gets married. Especially if she is married to a "useless" man!

Getting the husband is not the problem, but keeping "it" and making "it" do what "it" is supposed to do is where the real problem starts.

RomanceRe: Inter-tribal Marriages: What's Your Take? by hotfunmi(f): 9:18am On Feb 09, 2008
@topic,
opposition to inter tribal marriage is just one of the carryover of primitive era. Certainly it is still rife. But I am sure it would phase out one day just as choosing spouses for children die naturally due to stubborn resistance
I don't think so because racism, nepotism and ethnic  segregation are some of the vices that will follow mankind to the grave. Racists and tribalists are not born, they learn the habit from their predecessors.
CareerRe: Why Do Most Female Secretaries Sleep With Their Bosses? by hotfunmi(f): 6:55am On Feb 09, 2008
It's better for you to preserve your dried fish in the rats hole than allow your husband keep a flashy secretary. Majority of men always eat the bone hung around their neck even if they are aware that it may be poisoned.

by Almondjoy,
No big deal about inter-tribals at all.

Some tribes are better for marriage than others. But the bottom line is that it is an individual matter. Personally, there are some tribes or races in this world that I would never dream of befriending not to talk of marrying. It all has to do with how they treat women and children that's all.
Can you name them please so we can be watchful?. I am sure the tribe/ethnic group is not yoruba.

I don’t see nothing wrong marrying from other tribes, we are all the same people. One love Nigerians

I have families who married delta, Ibo, Hausa e.t.c but has for me oh I can only marry a Yoruba man and it depends on what state his from and background because that is for important to us

My parents rules are no guys from Ekiti, Kwara,Oyo e.t.c like that, and last names starting from SO is a big NO NO
Do you have to follow your parents rules as an adult? What is wrong with guys from Ekiti, Oyo and Kwara? what of Osun? If you can marry Ondo, why not Ekiti?

State is not even in my dictionary when it comes to marriage because it's a doggone land division, the only reservation I have for marriage is religion. I can never ever marry a moslem.

RomanceRe: Inter-tribal Marriages: What's Your Take? by hotfunmi(f): 11:07pm On Feb 08, 2008
The truth is that our generation don't give a damn about where our spouses come from. My childhood friend married a white guy from Kansas in 2005 and my elder sister in Pennsylvania married one cute ibo brother. I like ibo guys so much but I must confess that they are not as open minded as yoruba guys when it comes to inter ethnic marriage, they always like to stick to their own. Generally, most of our parents were against inter tribal or ethnic or state marriage but thank God that this generation knows better. Gone are the days my dad will tell me never to bring home an ijebu man because he'll be lucky if i marry a yoruba man sef. My prayers is to marry a Naija man tho, precisely yoruba or ibo.

It is not the government's job to necessarily create more jobs for people like this. Government can work to create a conduscive business environment for businesses to thrive in and in the end provide jobs for the masses. However, that may still be a long way away from us now.
5 stars.

Therefore @hotfunmi, @4Him and other Christians that think racism, discrimination or tribalism is acceptable by your beliefs, I have spoken the language you best understand.
The above mentined vices are not supported by christianity. I don't know how you developed 'equally yoked' to tribalism and racism etc. Because you chose a mercedes over a BMW does not mean that you hate the BMW. For a smooth relationship, you need to be equally yoked orhuh?

Whatever rocks your both. You are asking how I assume you are orbo? or how patakehee is gay?, the same way they assumed that every question I asked is pertaining to my past experience. You are lepa if that'll make you feel good but it'll do you no good if you are proper orobo and am calling you lepa. Will it?
EducationReading Culture by hotfunmi(op): 12:23am On Feb 08, 2008
What is the best way to inculcate the reading culture in children nowadays? The proliferation of cell phones and web blogs is seriously affecting our reading habits especially the kids that get themselves busy with only computers, video games and cell phones.  Will it be proper to prolong their stay in school and ban those things in and around the schools so they can concentrate on their math and other subjects?

No. because we essentially operate a PATRIlineal society, thats the reason,we take our dad's surname & not our mum's,the traditional institution is the custodian of such values and it should remain so,for sanity.During transition between trad rulers we do have female regents in some s/western towns, thats cool by me.
Is there any school of thought that is against a change from pariarchial to matriarchial or practice both like contemporary Europe is doing now? I mean, even if there is a law that enthrones men automatically, that law can be changed to accomodate 'whomever the cap fits' and not 'the only MALE the cap fits'. Shall we remain and bequeath our chauvinistic society to our kids?

Question:
Erectile dysfunction(ED) is a rising male problem. Sometimes, what we eat contribute largely to the malfunction of the peewee, yet some men continue eating as many junk as they can get. Why? Are they not scared of ED?; Again, why do most men find it difficult or are too ashamed to get help if they are confronted with ED?
