Is your bank writing reference letter to embassy and It entails your relationship with the bank, when your account was open, you are not indebted to the bank and the signatories to the account will be mentioned etc note that every bank has their format.
Meanwhile, bank reference letters to the embassy are requested for business bank account,

I want to apply in January but instead of a visit visa , I am working on my networking to get an employment ( employment letter & company invite } so I can apply for a business visa . I am also thinking of buying a landed property in my company’s name as well as buying a personal landed property to boost my home ties . Meanwhile I will submit my personal bank statement with not less than 3M as ledger balance . I honestly hope this should be good enough to get the visa

Open bank account for your business is not hard, do inflow and outflow transaction on it for 6 months or 1 year.
Schengen embassies don’t check your CAC status on CAC website only UK does that.
Ensure your CAC documents you will provide carry your information not another person own.
As self employed they expected you to sponsor yourself on visit to their country.
Your visa denial is justified no need of appeal rearrange your documents with free information we drop here in 6months to 1 year and reapply

With the wave of Jakpa going on in the country I still do not understand why Hausa’s don’t join the bandwagon to Jakpa abroad. I have pondered into this thought and I felt I should share my personal opinion and the implications that might affect the south west, south south and south East region if continue on the ongoing Jakpa.

Come to think of it , some of the reasons given by those who Jakpa is sighted insecurity meanwhile Northern Nigeria has the highest share of insecurity, the most affected region yet they don’t Jakpa to abroad rather they Jakpa within Nigeria to a place they felt is more safer than the North, however occupying the community of those who Jakpa abroad? Recently there are flocks of Hausa in all southern region.

Looking at the implication to the Jakpa abroad region:
1. With the insinuation that some persons want to islamize Nigeria with this it should be an opportunity for them to accomplish that.
2. When Hausa’s occupy the Jakpa syndrome communities they will possess your possessions and conquer your region.
3. The northerners will install Emir to all the Jakpa communities and take over their region
4. When they Jakpa people decide to return back to their country they become third class citizens in their fatherland.

No the same advice does not apply to you because you had an e passport your information is already on the system so you need to follow dues process for lost passport. Check immigration website for more details

There is oo. If your passport isn’t from Ikoyi office in Lagos, nobody will give you visa!!! I advise you only capture there and if you’ve paid already and selected another location, you should abandon it!! If your passport is out, destroy it and reapply from Ikoyi office.

It’s not visible enough but sometimes they ask applicant to visit embassy after they returned either you indicated or not in application they do that if suspect applicant might seek illegal migration with visit visa.
But do you intend not to return back to Nigeria ?
implications, if you don’t show up at embassy after you rerun to nigeria.
- you might find it difficult to obtain another visa with French embassy etc

My husband and I got married in 2021. He got a job in the UK middle of last year as a skilled worker. He was into tech before he left. Is unfair for him to do this but the truth remains that you hardly see a man who don’t cheat but that doesn’t mean they don’t love their wife , men are wired that way. I will advise you to trade with caution and stop listening to anyone with information that will destroy your marriage. Make sure you be with your husband as soon as you are done with youth service. If possible don’t discuss anything like you are cheating on me etc it will create impressions for him to start suspecting you. Is important to know that wife can forgive a cheating husband but husband can never forgive a cheating wife.

I only had to send an email for their records and was asked to come for pick-up.

Are you talking of Frence visa ? I know VFS process many countries but I don’t know about others. Last year I was told pick up passport is no longer available for France visa
