iPhone 7 vs. Galaxy Note 7 speed test: This is just embarrassing…

Now that the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus have launched, all of the flagship smartphones from big-name brands have arrived for the year. Yes, we’re still expecting Google to release its new Pixel and Pixel XL sometime next month, but they won’t exactly be mass-market smartphones. Among the big names in the business, 2016’s flagship lineup is now complete, and there are really only three smartphones that can be considered the stars of the show right now. You’ve got the iPhone 7, the iPhone 7 Plus and, despite its tiny little problem with exploding handsets that burn down people’s houses and destroy their cars, the Galaxy Note 7.
We’ve seen a few copycats pop up over the past couple of days, but now we finally have the performance test we’ve been waiting for as the iPhone 7 is pitted against Samsung’s Galaxy Note 7 in a real-world speed test.
YouTube user “PhoneBuff” was one of the first to devise a smartphone speed test that is intended to give users an idea of how a phone will perform in the real world relative to another phone. We all know that benchmark tests never paint a complete picture since they only test a phone’s capabilities under an extremely heavy load. In real life, our smartphones are rarely under so much stress, so PhoneBuff’s test focuses on opening and switching apps, since that’s what we spend most of our time doing.
As has been the case in the past, the YouTuber sets up a “lap” in which he opens the same set of apps on two different phones and times how long it takes. Then he does a second lap to see how well each phone holds apps in memory and relaunches them. The test is anything but scientific for a number of reasons we’ve covered in the past, but it’s still a good way to judge how one phone will handle real-world tasks relative to another phone.
So what happened when he pitted Samsung’s Galaxy Note 7 against the new iPhone 7? We typically try not to spoil the results but this time around, we can’t help ourselves: Apple’s new iPhone 7 absolutely crushed the Note 7. It wasn’t even close. In fact, it was embarrassing. And this test was performed using the smaller iPhone 7, which only has 2GB of RAM compared to 3GB in the larger iPhone 7 Plus (we can undoubtedly expect to see an iPhone 7 Plus test soon enough).
“We did not force them to purchase the forms. It’s a pity that they want to destroy the image of the university. They can go to court if they feel so aggrieved. Some persons tried it recently and they lost the case in the court. You cannot force any university to offer you admission.”
this person needs to be sacked for such careless statement

adilbee: Dangote suggested "Sell the National Assets". The next day, Senate President Saraki supports him. The next day, many Law Makers endorsed it. The next day, your Governors (All of them) approved it. Next day, Baba will Sign it. Next day, Dangote and other vultures will buy it all. (Refineries, Airports, Seaports, Express Roads, Stadiums, Educational institutions, Hospitals, Dams, Federal Secretariat etc) Next day, you'll then discover it is actually your Law Makers and Governors that bankrolled the payment. Next day, you'll find out it was the politicians that mandated Dangote to speak out so it will appear like a sound business idea. Next day, you'll be told that just like the ones OBJ sold, the money has gone into private pocket. Next day, you'll start again the self deception that APC is different from PDP. Next day you'll Change your loyalty to a "New Party" formed by the "Same old Politicians" and quarrel with all your friends who will not support you. Next day, they win and the cycle continues. Next day...

The picture I am seeing here is that of a Yahoo boy. He intentionally resort to running away because of the contents of the phone.
Please don't get the directive from IGP wrong, it's not that police can't search your phone. The instruction is that a policeman will have to sue to an affidavit before searching.
did they sue before requesting a search? so what did he get wrong?? Do you people think with your anus??
Internet fraud and show business in Nigeria goes hand in hand.
From eMoney to Bnaira..
Most internet fraudsters are also aspiring musicians.
Nonetheless, police brutality needs to be looked into. The Nigeria police force operatives aren't well trained in aspects of law and legality. Maybe a more stringent recruitment into the force might help in that aspect.

see them. must it always be money? .
If you catch a man's heart, his money is yours already I mean, Try making a guy like you very much and his last cash is yours. NB:touching the heart is an illustration o.over sabi people
You don't sound like you not educated You dunno gift is weighed? Just like you wanna buy something in the market, you buy the one your money riches. What the hell are you saying? You gave a cheap thing and requested for an expensive one, no one is compelling you buy it, you could decline outwardly or you state your condition, if she agrees, fine, if she doesnt, you quit, is not a big deal
Hey chillax, you sound like a pained old disabused feminist on the throes of menopause.I was only illustrating.
Ooh so sex is more expensive than meatpie and coke??I laugh at your exposure.goto some schools and see how girls throw themselves for toast bread and egg.it's shameful.
It is selfish when you want to take and not give.
The lady i am getting married to, refused taking a drop of water from even me or another person,so as not to be obligated. I had to anonymously send her money and denied being the one. I respect her for that.
Like I said earlier,I do not believe in that kind of lifestyle but I do not judge those who live it. This is the way of the world and the earlier we accept this fact, girls will keep being used.
The only giver you are not obligated to,is the one who said you are not.
abouzaid: you're right but in reality, many people still practice this in this fields without the paper certificates by using other peoples certificate, for example, my mums family are heavily into importation of pharmaceuticals for about two decades now using a relative who is a pharmacist but knows nothing about the pharmaceuticals trading business as a cover, the pharmacist in use is a church rat compared to them and he can't do shit because there's always another pharmacist who would provide the same cover at the same price, a young Guy that apprenticed under the traders actually have more hope of making it more in life than the pharmacist. now deal with that.
I understand your point tho.thanks.
It still didn't make it the right thing to do,worse still encouraging others. Nigerians are getting smarter and the pharmaceutical council is becoming aware and sooner or later, the head of the business will have to go to school and pharmacy to continue the business.
charcoy2k: I love this thread, kudos to the OP. I personally think that years and money spent in the course of pursuing academic degrees are indeed all wasteful since one would spend between 4-6yrs to obtain a degree and additional 1yr of NYSC after which the person would roam the streets for years without a job and no jobs prospects as tenths of thousands keep graduating annually. The worst of it is that even when you have a good feasible economics developmental concepts you cannot actualize it due to lack of start up capitals and those your academics degree certificates and credentials which are your assets cannot even get you bank loans except if you have got a landed property. Whereas those of your mates who left for either apprenticeship, some after primary or secondary schools have built houses and are landlords, married with children and are car owners. If the government actually cares for this influx of graduates and are sensitive to their plights, they should mandate the commercial banks to give loans to graduates depending on their grades and using their original credentials as collateral after a careful scrutiny of the authenticity of the cerificates and an in-depth feasibility studies of the viability of the investment prospects intended with the loan. Ofcourse there has to be criteria, code of conducts and MoUs for accessing such loan. For instance, First class graduates should be able to access 1mnaira, second class upper 700k, second class lower 500k, third class 300k.
Do you know why many successful people and up going back to school? Its because there is a limit to the peak of their career and they realise the need for education.
While youths that should treasure education are regretting theirs.
It is usually the "failures" that condemn it. Will you ever see an Engineer in Chevron or LNG say his University Education is a waste?
Successful people will highlight the "deficient areas of our curricula" but the failures will say "it is a waste". Ofcourse, "who will the Fly take side with, if not the man with a sore"? - Yoruba proverb
Lastpage!
Thank you..failures are showing themselves.
I earn more than 1/2 of my pay from a skill I acquired in school. My school training had some deficient areas but certainly not a waste..
remiiko: though am not fit to be here but I just have to air out my own view...I intend studying law like Amari but am awaiting my choice institution admission list(AAU) abouzaid after a careful observation of your posts on this thread I began to wonder if you are employed.bro though am not yet in school a degree holder who studied for the degree, even if he or she is unemployed is a plus.how many road side mechanic are elite in our society? how many can speak English fluently for 30minutes without him stuttering? how many of them are MD at Julius Berger, Chevron,NNPC etc.I kno you would say some are waived due to the fact that they av networks at the top.if all righteousness are to be fulfil will they be der? I am not saying to learn a skill isn't a good idea while I await admission I does a menial job of fixing phones which I rake in cookies money..............Sir appreciate God for making u a graduate its not a waste of time.
do not let these these failures sweet talk you.
For some disciplines your degree can not be a waste. Eg.in Law and medicine's practice you utilize all you are taught in school Any tom, dick and harry cannot practice those profession without the degree...
Dutchboy: Dangote is hoping to replicate the colonisation at the National level what Tinubu was able to do the state level when he acquires Nigeria Oil Assets at rock bottom prices. The viable assets NLNG and Joint Venture are managed effiently and effectively by the OICs like Shell,Chevron,ExxonMobil and AGIP. Dangote wants to finally corner our National Assets through his collaborator Saraki and be collecting billion of dollars for doing nothing because the international oil companies will do all the work. These are the people Sanusi described as vested interests and rent seekers
