Politics › Re: You Are Nigeria’s ‘Divider-In-Chief’, Presidency Replies Obasanjo by humberjade: 9:04am On Sep 14, 2020
Godoverevery:
See I support no politician bro...OBJ have no moral standing to criticize any politician.

didn't he also increase fuel price??
was election not really rig during is time??
didn't he order the killing of people in odi??
just to mention a few.
Maybe you are right, but he is the only one with balls who can speak out against the ill treatments of and i don't care attitude towards the masses by this government and damn the consequences.

So my brother, let's put aside the messenger and focus on the message.

After all, Obasanjo made sure most of our international debts were either paid or forgiven (Paris club loan for example), but this present govt has mortgaged the future of generations unborn.

It is high time we all agreed that Nigeria is presently on a doomsday journey of no return...unless we retrace our steps...hmm...I rest my case
Politics › Re: You Are Nigeria’s ‘Divider-In-Chief’, Presidency Replies Obasanjo by humberjade:
This administration sef...always playing to the gallery...diverting attention...blame games; they can blame even the dead for their gross incompetence...they don't address messages, but attacks the messanger like rabid dogs, only if they address issues with the same alacrity they do with critics... grin

Indeed, Nigeria is fast becoming a failed nation...a country where you can't protest peacefully, killings everywhere, failures you call service Chiefs remain in office despite their dismal performance...economy in shambles...chai, I weep for this country.

Even the blind knows that Obasanjo believed in one Nigeria way more than those parading themselves in this depressing govt today.

As far as you are sound, he appoints you into his govt, irrespective of ur tribe. All tribes were almost evenly represented across board in his government.

Unlike what we have today, a govt filled with Northerners, Fulanis...with the others settling for crumbs.

Unfortunately, the major political players from other tribes just sidon dey look because of what they are eating or what they are aspiring to eat in the future. grin

Like I always say, Nigerians have not suffered enough, when they do, they will unite to rise up against their oppressors.

It will be easier for one naira to equal one dollar than for this man to marry Hanan Buhari, even in a drama. With a face that looks like someone who is dizzy, this man decided to develop appetite for a big fish when he himself looks like crayfish. This is someone who should be waiting to benefit from Kano mass wedding, but he may have listened to a motivational speaker and suddenly thought he can dream of Hanan Buhari shocked...I blame those who stopped one idiot from exiting the world.

Politics › Re: Minimum Wage: Ogun Workers Threaten Strike, Give Abiodun 14-Day Ultimatum by humberjade: 9:04pm On Sep 02, 2020
Funny enough, this was the particular blunder from Ibikunle Amosun that gave Dapo Abiodun victory at the last election...in fact, it was the major instrument he used to campaign...and now, he is calling their bluff. Underestimate the Ogun Civil servants at ur own peril.

I for once never expected a thing from Dapo, but for the sake of the Ogun people, I prayed for his success in office, but unfortunately his cluelessness is way beyond what my prayers can handle.

Indeed, na real accidental Governor.

But majority of Nigerians are funny, once they don't like a political candidate for any reason, they just vote enmasse for the next available one without caring about what he stands for. SMH

this is the problem with Nigeria even the so called masses may not even believe in him, because we like the career politicians/criminals many will prefer tinubu and other criminals to this man, the office of the president in Nigeria in mainly a status symbol for them where they get to satisfy their greedand not a responsibility.
True...so true.

They just need to start selling him to Nigerians as from now...I am just afraid that the beasts in the political cycle and their allies in the media world will demonize his person b4 u blink an eye. Same way they are already doing to Yemi Osinbajo.

I agree with you on this, but with the Presidency throwing its weight behind him, coasting home to victory won't be too difficult.
Politics › Re: Nigeria Increases AFDB Rights Before Presidency Vote by humberjade:
How I wish Buhari can just settle for this man as his successor. Enough of all these career politicians and ex-generals in the saddle...let's give this seasoned tested and trusted technocrat a chance abeg.

It is obvious this government thinks highly of him, and he even worked successfully with the PDP govt...

So why not Akinwumi Adesina?

If they got their monies legitimately, long may they enjoy, but if they got it thru others' sweat or blood, may nemesis catch up with them soon.

And again, Amebo is when you do things in private and someone comes to poke nose into it, but it however becomes a public concern when you start posting it online.

Funny enough, despite his dismal performance so far in office, he will be thinking about 2nd term already.

Dapo was never ready for governance, and when you surround yourself with the jackals he has around him, you are doomed to fail. He is so clueless and directionless to say the least.

Plus Covid-19 has given most of them a big excuse to be useless.

I pray he gets his act together ASAP, at least for the sake of the people.

Unfortunately APC would invade Edo State with all they've got to rig that election.

Here is their tactics, they fake attacks right , left and centre, in order to force the hand of the IGP and the Presidency to militarize the State during the polls. And of course, these guys would dance to Oshiomole's tune; protect the APC thugs while they disrupt the polls.

Trust me, most of those PDP Govs won't be allowed to move around on the election, but you will see the APC Govs on the streets with military men.

Let's wait and see sha.

All d same na Edo people go really decide; sidon look or protect their votes. what is my own sef? grin
