It's 2.47 am here but I can't sleep, I hardly sleep these days.

My whole world is crumbling.
I have been a regular guest here for awhile now but had to register this morning, I need somewhere to pour out my heart, somewhere to dump my frustrations.

I came from a good, not so rich home but my parents were so hardworking.I had a good moral upbringing, went to tertiary institution and graduated with good grades.

While in school, I never had a boy friend though I had a lot of "chykers", never went clubbing, didn't socialize much.

Few months to the end of my NYSC, I met my husband. We got talking and boom, I fell in love with him. He is my ideal man....he doesn't drink nor smoke, gentle and soft spoken.

He wasn't earning much but it didn't bother me. I believe in working hard and growing with my man.

Now my regrets...
* The "angel" I married has refused to get a job after losing the last one during COVID 19.

He said he can never work in a private company again. His target is multinationals.

I encouraged him to pick up a job with private company while hoping for a bigger fish at least to support in taking care of the needs at home but he said no.

I'm left with taking care of our 3 kids, feeding, school fees and virtually every need at home. All he does is press phone, gamble and sleep.

Now our rent is due, no money.
I married as a virgin, married for love and not money, work my ass off, doing so many side hustle to shoulder the expenses at home. I'm tired. I regret all these.

When I see my "unserious" classmates on social media and sometimes offline, I weep. See them living large. I thought all the sacrifices I made way back will pay off now.
I have made up my mind that if he doesn't fix the rent, I will move back to my parent's house.

In life, being a virgin is never a guarantee that you will marry a good deserving husband.


Any girl or lady keeping her virginity because she believes it will make her marry the best husband is only deceiving herself.

Any man who cannot maneuver through life challenges when things fail to work out for him based on his initial plans is a disaster waiting to happen.


What to do now?


Move into your parents house if they are willing to accept you and restrategize from there on how to take care of your kids alone pending when your husband gets back to his senses and back to his feet.


Your case should be a case study for single ladies reading.


Life is not for the swift, nor for the wise nor for the righteous but of God who showeth mercy. Seek for God's divine mercy, only God can turn things around for good for you. Do fasting, cry to God and remind God your little sacrifices for His name sake while single and beg God to please remember you for good and turn things around for you and your family.

when a woman becomes more successful and focused on her career, she begins to exhibit some signs of masculinity which men can easily sniff when dealing with her, which she wouldn't know she's slowly exhibiting... and the tougher or more tasking the job she engages in, the more masculine she's prone to be... since most men don't care about a woman's career or money, they would rather go for the simple minded woman who is in her full pledged feminine state... men don't want competition from men and still come home to compete with their women... for a woman to fully retain her feminine state while being focused on her job, she has to engage in a work or activity that makes her revel in her feminine state, e.g. midwifery, teacher, nursery, nanny, hairstylist, fashion, food, and the likes else she risks having some elements of masculinity which can also put off potential suitors..

This is very untrue, the mistake you’re making is that you assumed that Palestinians want to leave their homeland. Palestinians are not stopped from entering any Arab country but the issue is they are not ready to leave their homeland. What are you even saying, they should leave their homeland for another people to occupy? You really don’t have a good understanding of the war going on there. Lebanon was a purely Christian country, the only majority Arab Christian country in the Middle East some years back. Out of human conscience, they were offering fellow Arab Muslims from war torn countries refuge in their country, gradually these Muslim refugees started joining Lebanese government and with time they started making policies prohibiting Christian Lebanese from doing certain things.


It got to a point, Muslim Jihadists started waging war against Lebanese Christians, that was how Lebanon turned into a full Muslim country today. USA and other Christian countries in Europe offered those Lebanese Christians refuge in US and EU.


But when Syria and Yemen were fighting, all wealthy Arab Muslim countries rejected refugees from Syria and Yemen.


Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait, etc all of them refused to accept a single refugee from Syria and Yemen. Guess who offered Syrian and Yemeni Muslims refuge?


Christian countries that Muslims spend most of their time hating and preaching against.



US, all EU countries, Canada accepted Syrian and Yemeni Muslims into their countries. While Muslim countries rejected their fellow Muslim brothers and sisters that were stranded and helpless, yet Muslims all over the world refuse to wake up and have sense and allow peace to reign in the world. Op, I have been thinking about this for days now and I strongly believe any of the reasons below caused it:

1.) Israeli Muslims among the Israeli intelligence team sabotaged Israel's intelligence or


2.) Those loyal to anti Netanyahu's government sabotaged the intelligence as a way of causing Israelis to turn against Netanyahu's government or


3.) Netanyahu's government allowed this to happen in order to give his government the reason to start a war with Hamas and others so that the mounting opposition to his government can be diverted to a common national cause like Israel's security, or


4.) Netanyahu's government planned this as a way of decimating Hamas and taking over part of Gaza in order to reduce the threat Gaza and Hamas poses to Israel, or lastly and most likely


5.) Israel have observed carefully how Iran have been arming Hamas with deadly weapons and are looking for a reason to destroy Hamas completely and indirectly get Iran involved in order to invade Iran and destroy Iran's fast growing nuclear project that's nearing completion. This could be with the backing of US and possibly UK.


Maybe they want to see a reason to invade Iran to destroy Iran's nuclear projects and capability.

But seems Iran noticed the war is indirectly prepared for them and have decided to distance themselves from it from the onset.



But unfortunately ordinary Muslims around the world who think every war is a religious war, who also think modern war is about gathering in numbers in their countries to burn flags and declare support and readiness to fight for Palestine using Ak47s and other assault weapons are making noise all over the place without knowing the nature of meal being cooked by Israel, US, UK, EU and even India.

This Chef hilda's vs Chef Dammy's brouhaha has really opened my eyes to how an average Nigeria thinks and operate as human. People, most especially Nigerians; the social media peeps are automatically wired to social media influencers and artistes. They cant think for themselves, they are like sheeps, gullible zombies who only likes what the influencers like, move in the direction they follow. They only appreciate and cheers on what the popular influencers and artiste like. So anything other than that, outside the validation of this 'higher humans', is condemnable and unworthy to them.

Hilda capitalised on this well. She played the game very nice. She paid big influencers and artiste for publicity before going into the cook-a-thon. They publicised and promote her to their gullible followers whose only existence in life is to reflect, to mirror their validations. So any other person outside that circle, is seen as opportunist, a fake, or as someone not worthy of been cheered or champion.

Just like the case of Chef dammy. Most of this gullible followers criticising and attacking her, see her as fake, as unworthy just because the 'higher humans'; the influencers and artiste which they worship, havent given her their validations. So the followers see nothing good in her quest for recognition. To hell with her ! They say.

Senseless human who cant think for themselves. Who cant make decisions for themselves unless they are been influenced. You see them with big phones, speak and type big grammar, but have the brain as small as a single grain of sand divided into four places...
