Hello friends, kindly look at my profile and see if I might be qualified for a Canadian Visit visa, the following documents are ready and I'll upload the application by January, I plan to spend 1week max, though I wrote 14days in my application. I'm 30yrs and single, all family in Nigeria

1)No travel history
2) GTB account 4 million plus
3) Fidelity account 4 million plus
4) Access DoM account 6000 USD
5) Access naira account 900k with average
monthly turnover of at least 12 million
6) Deed of gift of 2 story rental property from
my father with the notarized land docs
attached
7) Receipts of the rents received by me for the
past 2 years with pics of the house attached
8 ) my car documents and pictures
9) Introduction letter from company
10)Employment letter from company
11)Leave approval letter from company
12)Promotion contract agreement from
company
13)Affidavit of Assurance to leave Canada and
return to Nigeria after my stay
sworn in court
14) 3 US student visa denial leaflets attached
15)My academic credentials (WAEC, Bsc, NYSC,
Birth certificate, e.t.c)
Will these be normally sufficient to improve somebody's chances of approval?

Just asking, does one need a transit visa for Morocco if flying with Royal Maroc Air from Lagos to Portugal. If yes, how does one go about getting it?

first time i stay 4 days, second trip 5 days, third trip 8 days, forth trip 10 days last visit 5 days, i fly to UK from europe, ticket so cheap i do exit back to my country of residence Lithuania.

Better thank God for evisa,after the Covid 19 SA visa became more difficult to obtain
I keep submitting. And there was nothing wrong with this documents
I made sure I had a steady amount of same salary going into my account every months
. But those sticker visa officer are not just ready to give a first timer visa
Until they started this evisa . I submitted the same document and in less than 10days got my visa.

The truth is some visa officer are just something else
Especially South Africa visa officer they do as they want
It’s a sticker visa it’s only normal they issue 3month then six month
But no they believe and no the power is in their hands hence the issue whatever they like
To anyone struggling to get one country visa or the other
Don’t give up no matter how hard
And believe one day you shall have victory
I have applied for the sticker visa

But because I am a first timer they kept denying me over plans over again
Until this year when I got my first evisa
And then this sticker one
So please donot give up
Especially when God has not given ip on you!.

Brother I'm a frequent traveler,this new development started November,they started pegging visa to 8 weeks for sticker visas,I not sure for evisa, but if I get my stats right,they only give what you requested for I'm currently in SA,so I'm thinking it is a new development asking from people we came together,Grace also said something similar about it 3 weeks ago.

It means you should enter between 19th to 29th and at point of entrance they will stamp in for the days specified

They Don't give 90 days again.Max is 8 weeks

Congratulations to him. That was lucky. However, he needs to report it immediately without any fear.

1. Best case is they’ll tell him not to worry and to continue as is.

2. Worst case is they’ll ask him to submit his passport and it will be cancelled from March 2024. Which is the original time he paid for and that’s fine. However, by letting them know the truth, it’s established his credibility and also shown him not to be a flight risk so for his next renewal, as long as circumstances haven’t changed, he should be fine to get it.

Please encourage him to fess up. He’s got absolutely nothing to lose and it’s better safe than sorry. It’ll be fine!

Yeah would have done that but there is no specific location written on the platform of where to pick up …all customer care are on break and not picking up
….just like @hunee said I would just have to be patient and wait for the estimated delivery date which is on Thursday. Although it means I have to reschedule my ticket again

Please I have been issued South African Evisa which states that validate date as 19th Jan and Expiry date as 29h January through DHA direct.

Since SA tourist visa is usually 90days, does it mean I can come in between 19th and 29th January then stay for not more than 90days or I was just given 10days visa to come and leave within that 19th and 29th January?

@hunee and others. Anyone with ideas on how to cope with TAAG airline long lay over. That's the only airline I have being able to get seat for 4 and baby at affordable price. But their layover time is scary. Do they have hotel inside the airport?

You can pick up yourself,but you need to reach out to the customer care number to tell you where their drop off location or sorting location is or go to the site and change delivery address to DHL center close to you

My visa application was completed sometime in May 2023, and I got at appointment for February 2024. I read somewhere that if your application is > 6 months from your initial submission, it becomes invalid. Please how true is this statement? Do I really have to fill another DS 160 form? Hope this wouldn't affect my date if I do.

I’m not in Nigeria at the moment but I’ve sent my passport to the visa application centre as requested.

My passport will get to the visa application after one week. It was stated in the email I received that I need to submit my passport within two days.

Hope there won’t be any issue of any kind if my passport arrive at the centre after 10 days?

Also, I have applied for a visit visa, which I believe has a validity of three months. I would like to know if the three-month duration commences from the day I received the email requesting my passport submission or from the day the visa is stamped on my passport.

I applied for a South Africa visit visa last month.
I’ve just been requested to submit my international passport to South Africa Visa Application Centre within 2 working days.

1) Does that mean I’ve been granted the visa.
2) What could happen if my passport doesn’t get there within two working days as mentioned in the email? Can the visa be withdrawn because of last submission of my passport?

I can validate this, my dad got approved 9days after his biometrics, he had expired UK, US and Ireland visa.

Don't misquote me. My advice was based on his budget for the visa application. He said he budgeted 2000 CAD, which is equivalent to less than 1.2 million naira at today’s official rate, and this money will cover the entire trip cost, including the plane ticket, shopping expenses, and other miscellaneous expenses.

If you think that 2000 Canadian dollars, or 1.2 million naira, is OK, then I have no issues with that.

A guy wrote on this forum that his visa was approved without submitting a bank statement. He said he submitted a letter from his company saying the company was sponsoring him to attend a conference, and the visa was approved.

On this forum, I believe everyone is providing advice or recommendations based on their experiences; none of us are visa officers.

You won't get the exact response you are expecting because we are online, but what I can tell you is that Portugal is not that strict with immigration compared to other schegen countries. The most important is finding your feet in Portugal, every other things can be sorted but you won't find an express answer to such because it's illegal from immigration perspective. Hope you understand where I'm heading to, I can't say too much online
