Leading Financial Platform, AAS Bounces Back Stronger, Better With Global Coin Leading investment platform, Afriq Arbitrage System, (AAS) has bounced back stronger and better. This is not unconnected to the fact that the CEO of AAS, Jesame Micheal has proven that he is a barrier breaker and line crosser with the launch of a global coin for investors. The beauty of the global coin known as the AAS token is its universal usage. With the launch of global coin, partners or investors can trade, invest, buy, and sell products. The launch of this AAS merchandise marketplace enables users to buy and sell products using AAS tokens. The aim is that investors can now use it to make payments and transactions using AAS tokens. AAS coin can be used in purchasing iPhones, iPad and laptop in AAS App Store, Air ticket, Transport ,AAS codding/programming school ,AAS tracking system ,AAS Estate. For instance, some airline purchases can be made via this coin, and in any of the AAS outlets you can make purchases like gadgets, and stuff amongst others. The value of the global coin is immeasurable as it's higher than most cryptocurrencies when fully implemented. Also, the doggedness of Jesame Micheal to prove critics wrong that AAS was not a scam has paid off as Abayomi has officially admitted to the crime and settled for an out-of-court bargain. Abayomi through his lawyer has signed the put of court settlement by releasing all properties he purchased with the proceeds of AAS money to the organization. It would be recalled that Abayomi Segun Oluwasesan, who was employed by his boss on the 15th of June, 2022 to work as a web developer, literally tempered with the platform at a time when his boss, Jesam Micheal went for a liver transplant and entrusted the codes to him. Overwhelmed by greed, Abayomi who was entrusted with the sensitive data for the smooth operations of the company, engaged the services of his cohorts, disrupting the smooth operations of the platform and stealing hard-earned investors’ money running into several billions. Checks revealed that AAS is a global phenomenon with over 500,000 investors from over 132 countries. Thinking his employer, Jesam Micheal would not survive the operation, he withdrew several millions of dollars and became an instant rich dude with an astonishing flamboyant lifestyle overnight. His first criminal act was obtaining a Ghania passport which he used in acquiring other international residences and properties. He became the owner of a car dealership known as FIDORAY Autos and imported over 30 exotic wonders on wheels. He acquired Tanzanian and Dubai citizenship. Aside from that, he bought state-of-the-art properties in the UK, Dubai, Tanzania, and Nigeria. One of the plazas he acquired in Lagos was to the tune of N450m, landed properties around Dangote refineries to the tune of N1b, and splashed a billion naira on the interior decoration of the Mesh 3-star hotel in Mainland, Lagos State. A nobody Abayomi was travelling across the globe with investors’ money on first-class tickets. His dubious activities literally crashed the lucrative platform on the 15th of May, 2023. Amidst the misconceptions, Jesame Micheal while addressing journalists cleared the air on the issues. He denied the fact that the block chain was hacked. “There are a few things I need to clear. There are rumours and false information out there that the AAS block chain was hacked. That’s not true. You can’t hack a block chain. He came up with the lie and I told him it’s not possible because you can’t hack a block chain system. He only had access to it because the code was given to him. So he had permission, my face ID, thumbprint, and other details I gave to him because I was so sick to the point of death and my survival was 50/50. So it’s a lie by him that the AAS block chain was hacked. That was the initial lie he came up with until I confronted him with the truth and when confronted by Interpol he confessed.. Out of his wickedness, He tempered with the boot. Remember we have three components that contain AAS. He only tempered with the boot and can’t access the block chain. Now, after the whole saga, AAS has bounced back with good news for investors with the global coin as a new innovation that will guarantee their future and has made AAA the leading investment platform globally with services such as AAS TRADING BOT AAS EXCHANGE AAS WALLET AAS Block Chain AAS PAYMENT CARD AAS CRIMINAL TRACKING SYSTEM SAME AS WHAT WE USE IN TRACKING ABAYOMI AAS CODDING/ROBOTIC SCHOOL AAS ESTATE AAS iPhone STORE AND MANY MORE

Bankruptcy Looms for Maureen Badejo Recall that Maureen Badejo was slammed with a punitive damages in the sum of £100,000.00 by the UK court for defaming Dr Daniel Olukoya, the General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) and his wife Pastor Mrs Folashade Olukoya. Unfortunately for Maureen Badejo, she has not been able to pay a dime out of the damages to the Olukoyas since the court gave the verdict in 2021. Her failed attempt to appeal the said judgment which appeal court described as pointless and hopeless only complicated her case as interests in the judgment sum kept mounting which has now left the lawyer to the Olukoyas with no option than to file for Bankruptcy against her. At the resumed hearing of the Bankcourt application today, Maureen Badejo claimed not to have received the legal papers for her bankruptcy petition even though same had been served on her and evidence was presented that she had been served. The court has however in its magnanimity given her one last reprieve and ordered a hearing be fixed for the first open date after 14 days. Maureen Badejo has now offered Dr Daniel Olukoya £1000.00 per month. She is basically saying she needs 100 months (about 9 years) to pay her damages to the Olukoya’s. The offer was without hesitation rejected by the lawyers to the Olukoyas as wholly unsatisfactory. By Femi Oyewale

The clergy, who carries an unusual prophetic mantle, warned against fire outbreaks globally. In the prophetic warning he issued days back, he said his spirit has been picking the signal for two days that we should pray against fire incidents that the enemy is planning to be more rampant everywhere on earth. According to him, there should be a global cry to God for mercy. It would be recalled that several prophecies declared by Prophet Kingsley have come to pass. He accurately predicted that no matter what, Tinubu would emerge president, and also in July 2023, he was the one who raised the prophetic warning that several air mishaps would occur, and about five aircraft crashed that month.

*Ogun palliatives: When ignorance became an excuse (Video) The man in the videos above is Mr. Timothy Agboola, a Community Development Association (CDA) chairman in Mower area of Obafemi-Owode LGA, Ogun State. The community leader has been trending on social media following an earlier online video he released where he picked holes in the palliatives being doled out by the state government through the LGA to the people of the council. In the first video, Agboola claimed that a 10kg bag of rice was given to his CDA by the LGA to be shared among all the people in the community. His complaint attracted widespread condemnations on social media with many wondering how such diminutive palliative will go round the multitude of community residents. However, it turned out that Agboola had raised a false alarm. His claims in the first video weren't true at all. For a fact, he had wrongly portrayed the laudable palliative efforts of the state government. According to Agboola himself in a second and third videos he released after the first one, he discovered he goofed in the first video as the 10kg bag of rice he displayed as announced was s meant for his entire community, was actually given to a widow as her own share of the palliatives. As you can hear in the second and third videos, the CDA chairman, while pleading with all those who shared the first video to please help him to share the others, said he was misinformed, leading to the misleading video he rushed to release on social media. "I regret making the video. I didn't mean to tarnish the image of the governments in Ogun state. The bag of rice I displayed on the bonnet of the car and said it was meant for the whole community was actually given to a member of the CDA as her own. It was not meant for the whole CDA as I claimed in the first video. "Further investigation by me after the first video generated controversies revealed that many bags of rice have been shared in my community while I was away on a journey. The Muslim community already collected some. The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) collected, artisan groups, women groups, youth groups, even the Baale and numerous other groups and persons were all given palliatives. It is part of these that the widow got her own bag. "I sincerely regret making the first video. I was moved to do it by concern based on the misinformation I earlier got. I apologize seriously for this mistake and I warn those who are twisting the matter into something else to desist. The palliative arrangement in Ogun state is the best I have seen ever," he recanted. Definitely, it is always better to look, before leaping. Mr. Agboola must have learnt a valuable lesson from his ordeal as a trending social media subject in the past week. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pg37-IPCc2c?si=KpNodHFJHAaEaHqZ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-J6wroRq-I?si=4PJE2A7urIwVapkM |

Intrigues as NNPC Exploration and Production Limited (NEPL) and NECONDE Struggle to Develop 0ML42 By Efemina Williams Our attention has been drawn to recent false and malicious publications regarding the investments of well-known philanthropist and entrepreneur, Dr. Ernest Obiejesi (OFR) in 0ML42. Dr. Obiejesi for more than 4 decades, either directly or through any of his associated investments played major roles in the growth and development of host communities. For the records, the 0ML42 is an Asset owned by NEPL and Neconde but operated by NEPL. The NEPL and NECONDE partnership has been riddled with all manner of intrigues and drama to the chagrin of the host communities who have patiently awaited improvements in their livelihood and those of their loved ones. It is a pity that stakeholders including the host communities, the Nigerian government, and her people have been denied the expected benefits from this Asset. A value-driven approach to ensure uninterrupted production of hydrocarbons from the field has consistently been fought against by some elements who are just interested in procurement and award of contracts. This unfortunately was the case for nearly a decade until the government decided on an alternative funding mechanism that is envisaged to bring a disciplined and more accountable approach to operations. Sadly, this is not what inspires those who do not believe in integrity. Dr. Obiejesi has been nicknamed a “fighter.” I heard that the man has been fighting those bad elements. Personally, I do not like fighting, but if fighting will enable him to achieve his years-long desire of bringing a disciplined, transparent, and more accountable approach to operations in the 0ML42 Assets, then let him fight on. It is for good. But I don’t envy him. As I said, I do not like to fight, but can you blame the man? For instance, it is unbelievable that the Asset will be allowed to shut down at a time when the Federal Government is demanding an increase in production and oil prices are nearing US$100 per barrel. Besides, Chimaobi Okoro who is the NEPL representative on the Asset appears to be more interested in jumping from one Asset to another, not too long ago, he moved into OML 42 and since then the production and stability that was being achieved with the community and vendors seems to have fallen apart as he seem to be interested in non-value driven contract award rather than well thought out quality execution strategies, asset stability and production. Recently a vendor supplied fuel (VLSFO) that was of very poor quality but was rejected by a vessel owner (another contractor) but some incorrigible members of the Asset team are pushing that this should be accepted and paid for even if it won’t be used. Upon inquiry, it was realized that these government officials who use these funds to support their families in Canada, purchasing houses in Dubai and Lekki, and have expensive lifestyles that are way above their salary income. They work with some dissident community elements and are fighting desperately to ensure they grab these fictitious contracts disguising themselves as community contractors, instead of pushing for the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) and the development of the Asset that will benefit genuine investors, the Government, and the community. As a community, we can say that we have seen it all. We have observed these two “supposed” JV partners hurl aspersion at each other, and we have observed a lazy and lackadaisical approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Recently we have observed the return of old players who honed their skills in nefarious activities during the AMT period. These “returnee” old players have been doing all manner of things in order to scuttle a recent beneficial solution championed by Dr. Ernest with the alternative funding mechanism — Financing and Technical Service Arrangement. I care little about Dr. Ernest as a person and his riches, but I doff my hat for his tireless persistence to bring transparency and increase production for the benefit of Nigeria and Nigerians. But I must say that I still hold the entities NEPL and NEL responsible for the state of affairs in 0ML42. It is known widely within the community that Dr. Ernest for several years undertook the burden of a CSR initiative termed the Peace Bonus. He had wisely put structure to the initiative which prevented the bad apples within NEPL and NEL from dipping their proverbial hands in the cookie jar. This wise initiative has been ensuring that the community has full transparency on the remittance. When he struggled under the low oil price regime, he still insisted that enhanced CSR- GMOU- practice being deployed by the IOC should be implemented on the Asset. Once again to ensure transparency, a well-known astute, and principled community member with a consultancy practice was assigned this promising task. Today, the PIA Chapter 3 (Host Community Development Trust Fund) which by law requires that the Settlor (NEPL as Operator) should implement within the deadline of August 2022 is yet to be done. I keep wondering, why NEPL is still the operator? While it may be evident that there are indeed bad apples in these organizations who are vision scuttles, it may be said that the mistake Dr. Ernest continues to make is that he has left his precious investment to be attended to by persons who have not invested a dime and essentially have nothing to lose. Williams, a seasoned Public Analyst, writes from Asaba, Delta State |
Online media, the panacea for development – Buratai The former Chief of Army Staff and former Nigerian Ambassador to the Republic of Benin, Lt-Gen Tukur Buratai (Rtd), has praised new media as an instrument for good governance and the growth of democracy because of its potential to hold politicians accountable. Ambassador Buratai made the statement in Abuja during the 2023 Annual Conference of the Guild of Corporate Online Publishers (GOCOP). Represented by his Special Adviser on Research and Documentation and Acting Director, Tukur Buratai Research Centre, Dr. MS Abubakar, the former Army Chief stated that he has always valued the vitality of online media in their reach, penetration, speed, and durability. In his words: As we all consider the media to be the fourth estate of the realm, then the online component of the media should be compared to the Infantry Corps of an Army. To an Army, the Infantry is the Queen of Battle. Therefore I see the Online Publisher as the Queen of the Media. Real power revolves around the Queen.” General Buratai went on to say that, unlike traditional or print media, online media can reach millions of people all over the world in minutes with just one click. Because of its low cost, he maintained that online media has made a big contribution to informing, educating, and entertaining the general people. While praising the adaptability of online media, Buratai pointed out some undesirable developments, such as the extensive use of propaganda, half-truths, manufactured lies, and fake news, as unintended repercussions of the development. He urged the Guild of Corporate Online Publishers to put a stop to those who violate its corporate objectives by standing firm and ensuring that all practitioners in the online media adhere to ethical standards and professionalism. “I have a firm conviction that online media is a genuine instrument for the consolidation of our nation’s social fabric, the promotion of forward movement, the maintenance of peace and security, and the growth of our economy. “Therefore, GOCOP should continue to assist us in sanitizing and standardizing the online media space to make it healthier and more effective. “This vital domain will not be ceded to fifth columnists, bigots, and blackmailers. “This does not preclude the use of online media to expose corruption and injustice and advocate for the rights of the disadvantaged.” Speaking at the event, Mohammed Idris, Minister of Information and National Orientation, stated that the media's role is to guarantee that the truth is continually communicated, especially when it comes to fairness in governance. “As Guild of Online Corporate Publishers, you have the responsibility to ensure that you report not only the truth but to help government officials to also tell the truth. “It is a responsibility that you have to uphold because there is gradual erosion of the confidence people have in those in government He also charged the media with projecting a favorable picture of the country to the outside world to bring in direct foreign investment. The ceremony involved the swearing-in of the new Excos and the induction of new members. It was attended by the Honourable Minister of Information and National Orientation, Professor Ishaq Oloyede, and the Chief of Air Staff, whom the NAF spokesman, Air Commodore Edward Gabkwet, represented.

Prophet Kingsley Celebrates His Mentor Bishop Oyedepo At 69 Prophet Kingsley Aitafo on Wednesday, felicitated with his mentor, the Presiding Bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide, also known as Winners Chapel International, Dr David Oyedepo, on the occasion of his 69th birthday. In a statement made available to us, Prophet Kingsley testified to how the Bishop impacted him and his ministry: When you benefit from someone to the extent that you can’t hide it, the best thing you can do is celebrate the person so you can get more. Today I wish to celebrate my father and my mentor on his 69th birthday because I can’t liar or hide what I have really gained from his teachings, I always say to everyone that I have never been to winners church but by grace, I have followed Bishop David Oyedepo teachings and by grace, it shows in my life and ministry. Daddy God will bless you and you will celebrate more years. Let me share two testimonies of what amazes me, I heard the bishop say there is a covenant heritage for long life in Christ Psalm 91 vs 16 and he said 40 years ago I did a teaching victory over death, so I went after those teachings. I made sure I understood it clearly and smiled, a few weeks later a prophetess had a dream that a fellow prophetess dressed in a prophetess regalia saw her in the dream and said in a few weeks your mom will die, and gave her a specific date. She cried from her sleep and woke up, and she called me and I smiled. I said that the prophetess was stupid, the word of God didn’t say that okay and I told her there is a covenant heritage of long life for her mother since she served God hahahaha hahahahha that day came and passed the mama is still alive. Deep insight and the flood of light. Second testimony, I was always amazed when he said we do every project in our church without stress and I would wonder how come and if he wanted to spoil it smile he would say this family don’t borrow. I followed and followed until one day he said do you know the secret of where I get money for projects? Haggai 2 vs 9, silver and gold belong to God, and I read and read it until that day he said don’t do anything without God commanding you and he now said when God commands a project, he will fund the project and that was the liberation that change my life. Let me now advise any of you who care to listen, I bless God for opening my eyes to see those teachings, these teachings work for anyone in any sphere of life, you do not need to be a pastor or in ministry. God bless you sir and I appreciate God's grace upon your life, sir

BREAKING: Military Coup Reportedly On-going In Congo Brazzaville As Predicted By Pro Kingsley When God speaks, the wise listens. Prophets are the mouth piece of God and at times when they speak, human beings don’t comprehend it. Three days ago, prophet Kingsley Aitafo gave a Prophetic warning which is on record that he sees a military take over in an African country this week. He then raised prayers for divine intervention. To confirm his prophetic warnings, it is reported that a military coup is ongoing in Congo Brazzaville according to multiple sources. Congo President, Denis Sassou-Nguesso is said to be in New York, United States for the 78th United Nations General Assembly at the moment. The 79-year-old Sassou-Nguesso has been in power since 1979 with a five-year “break” between 1992 and 1997. He is the father to the former and late First Lady of Gabon, Edith Lucie Bongo Ondimba who was married to Omar Bongo and passed on in 2009, three months before her husband Omar Bongo passed on. Sassou-Nguesso himself participated in many coups in his country in the 60s and 70s and came to power following the assassination of President Marien Ngouabi in 1977. Congo Brazzaville borders the Central African Republic to the North, Cameroon to the North West, DRC to the East, and Gabon to the West.

Morocco Quake, How Pro. Kingsley Warned About Disaster Since july Sadly, Africa is mourning. And this is not unconnected to the devastating effect of a massive earthquake that hit Morocco a few days ago. It would be recalled On the 26th of July, 2023, Prophet Kingsey gave a prophetic warning about the great disaster. In his message, he said for three days his spirit had been picking a signal about the great disaster and called for prayers. Sadly weeks after the message, a massive disaster hit Morocco. Moroccan earthquake survivors huddled for a night in the open on the High Atlas Mountains on Saturday, a day after the country's deadliest quake in more than six decades killed more than 2,000 people and laid waste to villages. Neighbours were still searching for survivors buried on the slopes, where houses of mud brick, stone and rough wood were cracked open and mosque minarets toppled by the quake that struck late on Friday. The historic old city of Marrakech also suffered extensive damage. The Interior Ministry said 2,012 people had been killed and 2,059 injured, including 1,404 in critical condition. The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake had a magnitude of 6.8 with an epicentre some 72 km (45 miles) southwest of Marrakech. In the village of Amizmiz near the epicentre, rescue workers picked through rubble with their bare hands. Fallen masonry blocked narrow streets. Outside a hospital, around 10 bodies lay covered in blankets as grieving relatives stood nearby.

Therefore, the states and local government administrations must carry out their responsibilities efficiently as they form the backbone of our nation's progress and prosperity. 5. TY Buratai is a distinguished Nigerian military leader who has left an indelible mark on the canvas of patriotism. As the former Chief of Army Staff and later Ambassador to the Benin Republic, his unwavering dedication to his country has been a cornerstone of his illustrious career. With an unparalleled commitment to safeguarding Nigeria’s sovereignty and ensuring its security, General Buratai’s contributions have been pivotal in facing the challenges posed by non-state actors like Boko Haram. When the nation faced internal strife and external threats, Buratai’s commitment to the struggle was unshakeable, even in the face of death. His extraordinary patriotism shines through his actions, from his role in the military to his engagement in politics. General TY Buratai’s unwavering patriotism has consistently shone through in his various roles within the Nigerian military and diplomatic circles. His tenure as Chief of Army Staff from July 2015 to January 2021 saw him championing the cause of Nigeria’s security with unparalleled zeal. These measures bolstered the military’s ability to confront and neutralise non-state actors, ensuring the safety of Nigerian citizens. In Winston Churchill’s great words, “The measure of a great general is not in the number of battles won, but in the lasting peace and stability he brings to his nation.” This call was upheld in a notable aspect of General Buratai’s legacy, which is his role in coordinating various groups to safeguard Nigeria’s democracy. Drawing upon his extensive network within the defense and intelligence structure, he worked tirelessly to prevent any attempts to truncate the democratic process. Sujimoto Pens An Open Letter To President Tinubu “Government Has No Obligation To Support Businesses” – Sujimoto’s Open Letter To Mr President Dear Mr. President, In 1978, Steve Jobs raised over a million dollars from the garage of his house through the use of his intellectual collateral, not a property, to develop the largest technology company and the biggest firm in the world today by market capitalization. The multi-trillion-dollar vision with a backbone of public research funding from the U.S. government was achieved based on the national importance of driving innovation and as a sign that government’ investment and its initial leg into great companies do not only present tax benefits but also profit the entire ecosystem. Government creates greatness. In fact, renowned industrialists like John D. Rockefeller, Cornelius Vanderbilt, and Sakichi Toyoda, among a host of other business magnates who received firm governmental support, have today created empires that provide jobs for millions of people globally. Your excellency, there’s no greater and more fascinating story than a flourishing economy that thrives on innovative businesses. Thus, intentional support for subsidising businesses and dreams is a strategic and intelligent thing to do as a nation. In Nigeria today, no start-up or entrepreneur can raise one naira in pre-seed funding without having to provide an arm and a leg. A demand for physical collateral that cripples’ revolutionary ideas and quenches the visionary flames of entrepreneurship. With over 200 million citizens and a pregnant economy that must be delivered through the surgical needle of proper restructuring, the Nigerian business landscape must recover from its 77 percent year-on-year funding decline, a sharp fall from the $2 billion that the startup ecosystem attracted between July 2021 and June 2022 to $470 million in the last year (July 2022 to June 2023). Asiwaju, as the economy continues to find its feet, the hikes in food prices and transportation are slowly eating deep into the moral fabric of society. Uncommon entrepreneurs are forced to explore new terrains with the Jakpa syndrome, where countless of Nigeria’s brightest minds seek opportunities elsewhere, away from their homeland. Even companies with over 100 employees are being forced out of business or in debt due to a series of negative funding. An employee who earns N200,000 as a monthly salary today still struggles with the skyrocketing cost of living, which takes up more than 70 percent of the income. This influences the decision of such staff to seek alternative ways of surviving while living in debt, even before salaries are paid (if paid on time or even ever paid after 3 months). Father, Nigeria’s current economic situation is like a mosquito sitting on one’s scrotum; the slightest amount of anger or irritation will lead to excruciating social and economic unrest. Although all hopes are not dashed, in fact, new ones are being created as businesses gradually move from brick-and-mortar into the digital space. In today’s fast-paced society, the criteria for support should shift from tangible to intellectual assets, where vision can be invested in with funding and monitoring timelines and milestones, creating an enabling environment where competence and integrity prevail over connections and deceit. As it stands today, no Nigerian bank is able to give any entrepreneur, visionary businessman, or woman one naira without a property asset or fixed asset to be held as collateral. Amidst innovative thinking, financial engineering has crippled the growth of radical entrepreneurs, who have no problem with the presence of vision but lack everything in the acquisition of tangible collateral. For Nigeria to reclaim its position as the Jewel of Africa and maintain her stance as the economic heart of Africa, it is crucial to urgently take into consideration this: 7 Pillars to tackle economic deprivation in Nigeria: Funding Opportunities: One of the biggest challenges facing entrepreneurs is access to capital. Funding remains the engine that propels innovation, generates new businesses, and brings fresh products and services to the market. As such, government has to encourage financial institutions to create an intellectual and creative collateral system for businesses with no alternative for physical collateral such as lands or properties. Reducing the regulatory burden on entrepreneurs: To further promote the entrepreneurship culture, especially among youths, the current political dispensation has to reduce the bureaucratic red tape by simplifying and streamlining the process of starting and running a business. For example, the World Bank’s Ease of Doing Business Index ranks countries like Singapore and the United Arab Emirates at the top of the list due to their business-friendly policies, while Nigeria is not even among the first one hundred. Agricultural Exploits for Food Security: If you travel through the Lagos to Ibadan expressway, or the Kano-Zaria road, spans of land remain uncultivated, creating backlogs of agricultural deficits that won’t only tackle food scarcity if properly utilised but also create jobs for potential farm entrepreneurs while drastically reducing crime rates. Nigeria is blessed with over 34 million hectares of arable land, a farming sector that has the potential to contribute above 23% to the nation’s GDP. As a symbol of hope, Suji Farm Estate, a subsidiary of the esteemed Sujimoto Group, is taking on the mantle with a firm plan to allocate over 20,000–1,000,000 hectares before 2030, spreading across all geopolitical zones and all 36 states, for localised food production and mass employment opportunities designed to provide job security for over 10,000–200,000 citizens nationwide. With a clear plan for setting up a team of young, independent, and outstanding youth to supervise work, live, and play on the farm. Suji Farm Estate will be built on an advanced farm estate system that incorporates housing, farm hospitals, hotels, and markets within an ecosystem, creating opportunities for agro-tourism and affordable housing. In tackling food security, aside from creating thousands of farm entrepreneurs, the government must seek out innovative people—not only Sujimoto Farms but also numerous young agro-entrepreneurs across all 37 states—who have exceptional reputations, passion and technical know-how, encourage them, and fund them. It is in the government’s interest to intentionally fund businesses and projects with strong potential to impact our dare economy, which will eventually drive taxes and many other benefits for the nation. An idle hand is the devil’s workshop: Nigeria currently sits on a keg of gun powder as the unemployment rate remains on the rise. The youth of the nation is our biggest asset, and it is alarming that over 42% of her population is out of work, a silent time bomb and a destructive tool vulnerable to use by terrorists, banditry, and other related vices. It is urgent that the youth start putting their expertise into farming and other lucrative ventures. Government supports innovative enterprise: Yes, not all governments have the obligation to support businesses, but governments have a moral duty and obligation to partner with businesses because a thriving business is a thriving nation. Great nations like Egypt and Singapore are intentionally encouraging localised production and promoting local enterprises. It is high time for the Nigerian government to create stimulus packages for businesses and local entrepreneurs to help them achieve their goals, promote job opportunities, and drastically improve foreign exchange. This should not come in the form of grants but in affordable and accessible loan packages for specified durations. Sectoral Research and Development: If Elon Musk was in Lagos, he probably would have ended up in computer villageselling mobile devices, with his innovative ideas frustrated due to lack of funding. Steve Jobs also may have been a genius entrepreneur—he certainly had an eye for design—but his most successful product would not exist if it weren’t for the billions of dollars that the US government spends every year on research and development. Just like SpaceX, although it is not yet in the full stage of generating revenue, the American government has also maintained a great share in funding the technological corporation because of its economic relevance and research impact on global society. Nigeria can’t afford to think small. As the giant of Africa and the biggest nation in Africa with the biggest problem, the government needs to go out there and identify 10,000–50,000 outstanding entrepreneurs from all 36 states who have the capacity and reputation to do things differently, empower them beyond physical collateral, invest in their intellectual property, and create an enabling environment where competence and integrity prevail over connections and deceit. Localised Production, Global Distribution: As of today, a 50-KG bag of rice costs N42,000 from the mills and about N52,000 from supermarkets, whereas the same bag of rice is worth N22,000 at Seme Border, Republic of Benin. The secret to reducing the price is by growing the paddy locally and setting up rice mills in individual states, drastically reducing the cost of rice and food. This is what Suji Farms Estate aims to achieve in the next 24 months, where we will be able to grow our paddy, mill the paddy, and distribute them directly to supermarkets across the nation, drastically reducing the cost of a bag from N52,000 to N35,000. This will further improve our nation’s human capitaldevelopment and deliberately improve the nation’s food security, but we are only one company, and we believe the government can partner with other innovative agro-entrepreneurs, providing them with accessible, affordable, and non-stressful capital. With a clear blueprint to develop affordable housing, improve the agricultural sector, and foster job opportunities within the retail space, Sujimoto Group has over the years built a solid reputation in the luxury real estate sector and is positioning itself to drastically reduce the housing deficit and bridge the unemployment gap in the next 5 years with the 1,000,000-hectare Sujimoto Farm Estate nationwide project. To achieve this feat in an environment where funding is almost impossible and access to land is difficult, the present-day government must stretch its hand of collaboration, fund astounding projects, and tie performance bonds to them while monitoring project milestones and timelines. On the other hand, the funding isn’t for free, as government will also generate income through payback, business taxes, and employer income taxes. “My dear President, I know that you have created a solid road map and a fantastic blueprint for the next 8 years, for I believe that the feat of achievement you attained in Lagos State and the successful entrepreneurs you’ve created between 1999 and 2007can be replicated again on a national scale.” Thank you, your distinguished excellency. Dr. Sijibomi Ogundele is the Managing Director of Sujimoto Group, the Czar of Luxury Real Estate Development, and the mastermind developer behind the renowned Giuliano. Our other audacious projects, such as the most sophisticated building in Banana Island, LucreziaBySujimoto, the grandiose Sujimoto Twin Tower, the tallest twin towers in Africa; the regal Queen Amina by Sujimoto, a monument to royal affluence; the magnificent high-rise LeonardoBySujimoto; Nigeria’s No. 1 most affordable luxury housing, Ìlú Titun, and Africa’s most exclusive waterfront townhouses, GiovanniBySujimoto, some of which have etched an indelible imprint on Nigeria’s skylines, a testament to their unrivalled mastery of modern day engineering.

Appointments: Between Gbajabiamila and the merchants of falsehood By Seyi Bakare FALSEHOOD is not a noble tactic, but some people don’t care. And the reason is not hard to see: ambition, vaulting ambition. People who want to have anything by force, especially political power and privileges, do not care whose name is soiled, whose family is wrecked, and whose reputation is tainted: their preoccupation is self-interest writ large. And that, quite simply, is why the Chief of Staff to the President, Rt. Hon Femi Gbajabiamila, is currently the subject of acerbic attacks by certain political actors. These naysayers have literally allocated preternatural powers to the distinguished public servant and consistently lay at his doorsteps, blame for their inability to occupy appointive office at the moment. They do not care for the fact that, as our elders say, positions come at the time destined (makan makan loye’ekan), and that “the position that has reached the people of Iwo will still reach the people of Ede.” Clearly, everybody cannot be a minister. But it has become a fad for anyone who lobbied for ministerial position but did not get it to blame it on the Chief of Staff! Such people, to read what their foot soldiers publish daily in the media, believe that it is Gbajabiamila, and not the president acting in consultation with the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC), the governors and other key stakeholders in the polity, that appointed ministers and board chairmen, etc, etc. They are deliberately attacking Gbajabiamila, spreading falsehood against him just to discredit him and threaten his position simply because they missed out on the ministerial and other lists. The polity, they proclaim with vigour, has become Gbajanised, except that this so-called Gbajanization has no basis in reality!! Happily, though, Nigerians are not buying the falsehood, and that’s why sociocultural groups like the Arewa Youth Forum and Ohanaeze Youth Movement have called on Nigerians to ignore the accusations thrown at Gbajabiamila over the constitution of boards of government agencies. The youth groups in a statement by their leaders, Kabiru Yusuf, Nwabueze Obi and Ekwem Eucharia, said those attacking Hon. Gbajabiamila are just envious of progress of President Tinubu’s administration, and spreading lies to derail the Renewed Hope Agenda. They therefore appealed to Nigerians to ignore the detractors, saying that the Chief of Staff is well experienced and capable of carrying out his duties. Fake news has a way of gaining traction where left to fester. It is no surprise, then, that the lawmaker representing Ikeja Federal Constituency, James Faleke, has had to disclaim the falsehood that he got a directive from President Tinubu to compile a new list of persons for appointment as board members of government agencies and parastatals. Faleke, the Chairman, House Committee on Finance, made the denial in a post via his Twitter account, putting a lie to the claim that President Tinubu rejected a list of board members submitted to him by some aides and ordered him to compile a fresh list of APC members who worked for his victory. With this clarification, you would think the merchants of falsehood would cut the President and his able Chief of Staff some slack. Alas, that’s decidedly not the case! No one who is familiar with Gbajabiamila’s antecedents as a public servant with a sterling record and a stickler for truth, fairness and due process would entertain the absurdities ascribed to him for a second. The Surulere, Lagos-born politician cum technocrat comes to the present assignment fully qualified. He had been in the House of Reps for two decades (2003-2023), boasting a record of unblemished service. As lawmaker par excellence, he held many sensitive positions, including that of Leader of the Opposition, an era during which he gave such a good account of himself, articulating his opposition to oppression, bad governance and maladministration with unique candour. And when eventually he assumed the position of Speaker in the last dispensation, he used the position to build unity and love across political tendencies, leaving imperishable legacies on the sands of time. In any case, throughout his sojourn in public service, he has been a very close and loyal disciple of the president. Indeed, one of the sterling qualities that made him head and shoulders above his peers was that he was a bridge builder par excellence, a force for competence, integrity and people-centred lawmaking. Gbajabiamila commanded such a level of respect from his colleagues that he was often referred to as a Speaker of Speakers and a leader of leaders. He welded together, new and old members of the Green Chamber, many of whom transited to the Senate while some emerged as ministers, placing Project Nigeria above partisan pursuits. In appointing the distinguished lawmaker as Chief of Staff, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu took his track record and the actualization of his Renewed Hope agenda into consideration. The National Assembly, let us recall, is a strategic organ of the democratic state; it serves checks and balance functions over other arms of government, performs oversight functions, makes laws and appropriates money to various ministries and parastatals. The 360 members of the Green Chamber and the 109 members of the Red Chamber represent the people of Nigeria. They screen and approve ministers before their assumption of office, and they invite ministers and their lieutenants to the legislative chamber for questioning over issues that need clarifications. It is a no-brainer, therefore, that any government that wants to succeed needs somebody who understands the workings of that arm of government, and pray, who is better suited for that role than a former Speaker, a lawmaker of two decades standing? As Chief of Staff, Gbajabiamila’s job is a very challenging one. He should be allowed to do his job in peace. Casting needless aspersions on him won’t cut it. It’s too early to seek to derail the Tinubu administration with blatant falsehood. The media should be wary of the desperadoes planting negative stories against an innocent public officer. Fairness is more than a slogan. Bakare sent this piece from C27 Winning Clause Estate, Gwarimpa, Abuja

Another Major Prophecy Of Apostle Omotosho Fulfilled As Over 30 Oil Well Discovered in Cross River Of a truth, God does nothing without telling his prophets, And when God speaks, the wise listens. One of the major prophetic releases of Apostle Omotosho Tope Joseph for 2023 has been confirmed again. Apostle OTJ as he is fondly called stated that God told him that oil wells will be discovered in Cross River this year. Interestingly, as a confirmation of his predictions, over 30 oil wells capped about 65 years ago by Shell Petroleum, in Ikot Offiong Community of Cross River State, have been identified. Investigation revealed that the Ikot Offiong youths, mobilized by the community to identify all the oil points drilled and capped by Shell in the 1950s, identified the oil wells, tucked in various locations in the community, recently. Consequently, the youth leader, Asuquo Joseph, who led the youths into the bush to search and identify the oil wells, thanked God for the gift of nature. They also appealed to the Federal Government “to come in and ensure enduring peace in Ikot Offiong and Oku Iboku so that everyone will be in peace and harmony, as well as develop the oil wells for the benefit of Ikot Offiong people and the state.” On his part, the clan Head of Mbiabo Ikot Offiong, in Odukpani Council of the state, Etubom Nyah Asuquo, said: “In the late 1950s, Shell did some exploration work in our community, and they buried about 30 exploration wells on our land. After they concluded work, they did what is known as 2-d seismic and found that the oil well there contained a lot of gas but less oil. “In the 50s, everybody was looking for oil and not gas. Because there was more gas than oil in that field, they left it. Today, gas is more preferable and wanted all over the world than crude oil.” Etubom Asuquo, Who is the immediate past Nigerian Ambassador to Uganda, said: “Over the past eight years, I have been working to make sure Cross River becomes an oil-producing state again. I have been working on it, and I identified two oil fields in the state, which I registered in what is now called the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) (A Federal Government agency that registers and gives licenses for oil exploration). “I registered two oil fields in the Nigerian Oil Concession Map in 2018, OPL 2020, which is the oil field established in Ikot offiong territory, and OPL 2021, which spans from Adiabo towards Akpabuyo. People do not know the genesis of the fight between Ikot offiong and Oku Iboku. It is about the oil field that we have.”

How Pro. Kingsley Gave Prophetic Warning About the New Covid Variant, Rolls Out 3-Day Crusade Sadly, a new Covid variant that is causing concern among scientists due to its large number of mutations has been detected in London. The variant, named BA.2.86, has been detected through genetic sequencing, although only a handful of such sequences have so far been reported. The first was reported in Israel, with the variant since being detected in Denmark and the US. The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) confirmed on Friday that the variant had been detected in the UK. Dr Meera Chand, the deputy director of UKHSA, said: “We are aware of one confirmed case in the UK. UKHSA is currently undertaking a detailed assessment and will provide further information in due course.” While the report is strange to many people, one prophet who is not surprised is prophet Kingsley Aitafo. This is not unconnected to the fact that nothing happens without God revealing it first to his servants. The incident is a confirmation of the prophetic warning of Prophet Kingsley months back when he warned about the plague. According to a risk assessment published on Friday by UKHSA, the UK case had no recent travel history, suggesting established international transmission and a degree of community transmission within the country – with more information on UK transmission expected in the next week or two. Meanwhile, the monthly covenanted three days monthly open-air crusade will roll out from August 28th till August 30th, 2023 at 20, Showole street, Ewupe, Singer Sango, Ogun State by 5 pm daily. According to Prophet Kingsley, the theme is Will Himself Restores .
