Good day all,

Are these documents enough evidence as proof of genuine and subsisting relationship (marriage) with regards to tier 4 dependant visa:

1. Marriage certificate (just recently)
2.Wedding pictures (Court wedding) and recent pictures taken alone as a couple and with extended family members.
3. WhatsApp chats from August last year till date.
4. Facebook chats from 2014,2015,2016, 2018and 2019
5. Joint account opened in 2015
6. Chats with father in law with regards to traditional marriage rites done in Absentia (July this year)
7. Several Screen shots of video calls lasting up to 2hours.


Will the above mentioned be enough? Your advise is swiftly needed. Thank you all.

Spouse 2: MSc 1 or 2 years, PSW 2 years

Total 10years = ILR

Spouse 1 : MSc 1 or 2 years, PSW 2years

Spouse 2: MSc 1 or 2 years, PSW 2 years

Spouse 1 can hustle for TIER 2 during study and hope to get one before Spouse 2 PSW comes to an end.

If TIER 2 doesn't show up, Proceed to PhD.

Yes if you get a sponsored job , you can switch and start the 5 years count

The 10 years would be easier for those who did first degree here than masters .... but masters it would be to collectively see how u can get 10 years but that might be a lot of schools fees paying. ....so definitely not the best option. But if its a couple then where one ends the other takes over .

Any of you can be on sponsored visa. Its actually wise for both couple to actively look during their time as a student so whichever one gets it becomes the main applicant

You are both each other support system.... and if the 5 years not possible, you both can plan how to go about 10 years rotating each other. Its perfectly legally if you choose to go that route

I have a big problem � I separated with my wife because she was a witch and the cause of my downfall. I had the custody of our daughter who is now 1 years 6 months old.

After getting rid of the witch I taught my business will be better than before but no. Things become even hard for me I started experiencing body pain and unknown sickness and we have been to church where I was told my daughter Is a witch her mother has given her the mission to kill me.

After prayers and fasting my health is getting better now and I have been to 2 different churches just to confirm that my daughter is a witch and yes it is true. I have packed her stuffs and i took her to her mother but she is doesn't stay there anymore and I don't know her new address. I understand your point perfectly but most People including the UKVI believe when your POF is not genuine.. You intend to struggle when you finally go to the UK.. So it is best one have sufficien amount of money at the early stages of life in the UK .. Additionally you need to look for job to support your desire life style
