Salako, if you read my post very well, I said I base my judgement/feelings/thoughts or what you call "initiative" on a lot of things:
- My discretion
- God's word
- What my parents would say
- What people would say
- What I've been made to believe over a long period of time

All these make up what I call my feelings. I don't just grab a feeling like that.

My parents are both from the State of the Dead Spring - Osun.

@goodguy, Yoruba is spoken in Cuba. Maybe Brazil too, I don't really know.

I judge what is right or wrong based on what I feel/think. My thinking could be based on different things. It could be my own discretion or I could think about the consequences, what God's word says, what my parents would say, what the society would say or what I've been made to believe over a long period of time. I judge what is right or wrong with all these. Using Seun's examples, I think homosexuality is wrong and I also think parental domination of an adult is wrong...not only an adult but parental domination of any child is wrong.

I was just thinking about the Nairaland Christmas Picnic and I thought of how nice it would be to meet each other in person. I certainly want to meet everybody but there are some people that top my list. So tell us the top 5 people you would love to meet and give reasons.

Here goes mine:
Hot-angel - I just want to hear her voice. I want to know how she talks.
Seun - I want to see whether he laughs or not. He sounds like he's too stern to laugh.
TraeZ - I'm sure everybody wants to meet him too. Especially those of us who read his blog.
Dablessed - I just want to see this nice girl's face...and hear her talk!

I read the full account in a blog entry and I was moved to tears. This is so unfair! Whatever could an 11-year old boy for Christ's sake! He didn't deserve to die like that even if he truly did what he was being accused of. May God damn all those that had their hands in his gruesome murder!
