Okay, so I wanted to get my girlfriend an iPhone xr, I ended up getting her an iPhone x mas. I hope she loves it. I'll have to lodge in a beautiful hotel, and buy lots of red flowers and red candles and set it up. I'll make it very warm and nice for her, she deserves it by the way, also I don't care if we break up tomorrow the money I spent can easily be gotten back.

Here are the things I got for her:

3. And ear pod.

Then got myself apple mac book which I don't even know if I will be using cause I have a GTX 1080 laptop I use for my video editing. But anyways I've never used a MacBook, I heard MacBook are good for Editing so I will have to test. I want you to follow me on my journey till 14th night.

If you are only going to reserve a name today, you'll spend less than N700 (about N600 plus sha). That's it. However, if you are planning on getting everything over with at once, you'll need about N11,500. Business Name registration in itself is just N10,000. Remita charges will push the whole thing around N11,500.

Then you'll be required to fill the Form 2 and upload to the CAC portal which means you should set aside N500 for scanning. Also, you'll need to affix a passport to your form before scanning and uploading to the portal.

What you'll eventually upload

1. Form 2 (to be downloaded from your dashboard after paying the fee for business name registration) - Affix passport, sign, and upload.
2. CAC Notice of Approval
3. CAC payment receipt
4. Your ID (PVC, Passport, or NIMC slip) as a means of recognition.

(All of the above are to be printed, scanned and uploaded.)

However, since it's weekend, all you can do today is to reserve the name (less than N700, card payment). Other processes will start when the name has been approved.

NB: You'll be required to propose two names from which one will be chosen and approved. So your preferred should be first.

I own the school( Possibilities International School) and we just started in September '19. I will be going to the Cyber cafe this morning to reserve the name. Please how much did you spend for everything??( Name reservation and Certificate of Incorporation)

I was enjoying your submission until I got to this. This is wrong in every aspect and one of the major reasons for intolerance on the part of some men.

2. Click or tap 'online registration' (this should take you to the CAC portal.
3. Create a username and a password.
4. Verify your email address
5. Resume by choosing a name on the portal.
6. Make payment online via Remita (total should be less than N700).
7. You'll get an email, a receipt of your payment (the name is reserved already)
8. Resume by registering a business with the name
9. Be detailed and clear with every information.
10. Save and Submit

The next phase would be to upload all documents, mostly that of payments. And evidence of name approval which will be on in your dashboard. That's it.

Once you've uploaded all documents, verification and approval will commence and this takes around 3-10 working days.

You will, no doubt but that will most likely be with the education board. All you'll do with the CAC is only a business name registration and your educational certificate is not required.

None. Just make two payments, one for name check and reservation and the other, the exact amount for registration.

However, you'll need to upload generated documents on the CAC platform to a portal where they'll treat and approve your application.

It's a school. I have a PGD in Education but our certificate isn't ready. Are you sure I won't require a proficiency certificate to register a school??

Hi, if you haven't done this, don't think of going through any third party.

The process is so simple that you can do the whole thing yourself and get your registration approved within 5 working days.

Did mine last week and got approved within three days. Presently waiting to get the certificate of incorporation as it isn't ready yet.

Going through those guys or agents will make you spend an additional N15,000, at the least.
