Nobody's local VO is in Sydney that is the central intake office where initial processing is done and files are transferred from there to a local visa office which could be Ottawa or london

Good evening. Please I sent you a PM... kindly respond. Thank you.

Just called CIC and got to know my application is still at Sydney. Hmmm!
The lady sounded more like "application is supposed to take 6months".
AOR June 24
Med passed July 18
NA2 July 20
How much longer!! huh embarassed
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by IamIye: 2:21pm On Jul 17, 2017
So sorry to hear this. The police report is actually for any country in which you've spent a cumulative of six months in total from different travel periods...not six months straight in one journey.
I'll suggest you start working on the US police report immediately and concurrently work on getting back into the pool by creating another profile.

I know this is extremely heartbreaking but don't be discouraged. It would all end in praise by God's grace.

yokus:
Sad to post this time line
Ita- 3/3/17 march 3rd
AOR 16/6/17 Acknowledgement of receipt
UCI num assigned on or b4 11/7/17
Adr-11/7/17
Adr sent 12/7/17
Cancelled 17/7/17

It is heartbreaking
I thought that we only needed police clearance for aplace we spend 6months straight in. I did uk police report and nigeria. I am a little bit confused but it is well.
Apparently i need USA police clearance - how do i go about this cos i dont want to be discouraged, i want to go back in the pool asap.
Can i still use all these same documents. My crs was 451.

Thank you very much.

He should say he is there for Canadian upfront medicals, a photocopy of his biodata page, every other docs you have listed is fine, when he gets there, if the hospital needs further info they will tell him.
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by IamIye: 9:38am On Jun 23, 2017
Good morning everyone,

My spouse has to go for medicals now following CICs request for his docs... when he gets to the clinic should he say he's also applying for PR under Express Entry? or what should he say since he's being added to my application.

And what documents does he need to take asides from intl passport, passport photo and N28,000.

Please I need your urgent input.

Thank you.

Okay...thank you very much

A single travel history form to be filled by the principal applicant, there is a column for spouse travel history.
For schedule A, it is better to err on surplus, fill separate schedule A forms and merge in to a single pdf file

Good evening all,

I got an email from CIC today requesting for my spouses documents (because we got married after AOR).

I just want to clarify if we are both meant to complete the travel history and schedule A forms or if it's for only him.

Please see the message from CIC below:

In order for us to continue the review of your application, we require the following documents for your spouse:
 Required for the Spouse of xxxxxxx:

 Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM
5669) bearing an original signature. Please ensure to complete question 6.

 Passport/Travel Doc (Multiple): Passport/Travel Document (Multiple).

 Passport photos: Passport size photographs (photographs must conform to the specifications
outlined in the Guide to Immigrating IMM 3999 and Appendix B Photo Specifications).

 Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination.

 Travel History Info Form: Information on your previous travel history (trip duration and
purpose) including citizenship and resident document information. Please fill out the
Supplementary Information Your Travels form IMM5562.

 Police Certificates (Multiple): Police Certificates (Multiple). From each country/state where the
residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police
clearance certificate.

 Fees: Please verify whether or not your spouse will accompany you. If your spouse is
accompanying, please submit the appropriate fee of $550.00. Also note that the Right of
Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is payable by principal applicants and accompanying spouses
and common-law partners. This fee can either be paid at the time the application is submitted or
at any time prior to the issuance of the visa.

Good morning all.

I notified CIC about a change in my marital status on May 8th (Submitted my application & received AOR in April).

I used the Case Specific Inquiry form and also sent a mail to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca.

Received this email today:

Dear Madam,

Thank you for contacting our office. We received your inquiry. Please note that your application is currently being processed at the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia. For all general inquiries please refer to our website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp

Please submit any inquiries via our web form and your inquiry will be redirected to the correct office:

https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx.

You may also contact the Call Centre, toll-free from within Canada, at 1-888-242-2100.

I thought they were going to send a link for me to upload docs for my spouse or has this changed? And does this mean my application isn't being processed in Ghana?

Good morning all.
I notified CIC about a change in my marital status on May 8th (Submitted my application & received AOR in April).
I used the Case Specific Inquiry form and also sent a mail to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca but I still haven't been sent a link to add my spouse to my application.
The Case Specific Inquiry auto-reply said I'll get a response in 10 business days. When i didn't get anything after 10 business days I completed the form again and sent it and I've still not gotten a response.
Is this normal? Has anyone experienced this?

Hello house,

I submitted my application 2 weeks ago and I have gotten the AOR. I'd like to know if there's a way to confirm what visa office my application was sent to?

Thanks in advance.

Alright. Thanks a lot

Beem4cupid:
You don't need to necessarily merge all LOE as one PDF document. I think you should attach LOE with other documents in any crucial section e.g POF and Employment records. You can decide what method will work for you though.

Hello house, hope you all had an amazing weekend.

I’d like to confirm if all letters of explanation are meant to be uploaded as one pdf document in the letter of explanation section or if each letter of explanation should go with other documents in the relevant section.

Thanks in advance.
TravelRe: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by IamIye: 11:59pm On Feb 17, 2017
Okay. Thanks a lot.

Garykasparov:
The address you have above is for Visa application within Canada or USA. Their website says correspondence on PR applications should be sent to visa office.
However, you can send to the address below, but all these formalities are really trivial, when a "To whom..." is considered appropriate sometimes.

Central Intake Office (CIO)
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
Sydney, Nova Scotia,
Canada.

I dont have an answer to your second question but, i think a NOTARY PUBLIC needs to validate it.
