The level of insecurity in the north should make the government scrap NYSC for every northerner and makes it only southern Nigerian graduates to serve. At least lets see if this will try to correct that area. Wetin self, if e nor be road e go be village, if e nor be village e go be railway line. Wetin!

Politics › Nigerians Love Buhari, APC Will Win 2023 Elections – Al-mustapha by iampeterben(op): 2:08pm On Apr 10, 2022
A House of Representatives member, Ibrahim Al-Mustapha has claimed Nigerians love President Muhammadu Buhari and that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will win the 2023 elections.

The lawmaker also said the challenges in the country were signs of greatness that are not insurmountable.

The representative of Wurno/Rabah Federal Constituency in Sokoto State spoke to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Sunday.

He said Nigeria’s problems, including insecurity, were fixable, stressing that many advanced nations passed through lots of challenges.

Al-Mustapha believes once the nation overcomes the issues, Nigeria will become great in terms of economy, infrastructure, power and others.

He called for unity and advised citizens “who are fond of celebrating bad news and negativity to stop”.

“Those supplying information and logistics to bandits and armed robbers should stop. Those entrusted with the task of fighting them should be more sincere.”

Al-Mustapha insisted that the North-East has witnessed relative peace since 2015 when the APC assumed power at the centre.

On the 2023 elections, he predicted victory for the party and expressed confidence that the new leadership would do well.

“Nigerians love APC, they love Buhari and I am sure you must have seen the tremendous progress made in terms of infrastructure since the regime came in 2015.”

Al-Mustapha said the government had delivered in different sectors despite “the numerous economic, social, security and COVID-19 challenges”.

“APC has performed when compared with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). I can comfortably tell you that the APC will win the 2023 general elections with a landslide victory.”

Family › Osinachi’s Death Not The First, Might Not Be The Last – Rev. Oluoma by iampeterben(op): 9:27am On Apr 10, 2022
A priest of the Catholic Archdiocese of Abuja, Rev Oluoma Chinenye has reacted to the death of gospel minister, Osinachi Nwachukwu.

Chinenye in a post on his Facebook page revealed that in one of the parishes he worked, a woman always came to him with a bloodied nose and swollen face, as a result of attacks from her husband.

The cleric disclosed that it was always an issue to counsel the woman because he could see that she is helpless.

According to Chinenye, the woman feared losing her marriage to the violent man than losing her husband.

He added that the woman who was being abused by her husband didn’t have anything to do economically.

The cleric noted that he had to convince the woman to run for her life after she received life-threatening beatings from her husband.

Chinenye said he paid for her transportation to her Uncle’s house, adding that two weeks after, the man called and begged her to come back.

He said, “In my magnanimity, I chased her back to her uncle’s house.

“After some months, the man went to beg. When he was consulted, he told the uncle to give the man two major conditions: 1. Empower the woman economically. 2. Deposit an undertaken never to beat her with the police and the uncle.”

The cleric while speaking on the death of Osinachi said whatever made the gospel singer stay in her violent marriage despite constant life-threatening violence can never be godly.

Chinenye added that if violence is the cause of Osinachi’s death, she won’t be the first and she might not the last.

He, however, hopes that this incident will help liberate other women in such situations.

According to him, the Catholic Church has no place for divorce in marriage.

The cleric stated that it is not a lexicon in catholic sacramental theology, adding that there is separation and dissolution.

According to Chinenye, separation is allowed when the life of any spouse is realistically threatened.

He advised women facing violence to run for their lives, he said “Some women find it difficult to run because the man is their only source of sustenance, this is why Osinachi’s case befuddles me.”

Chinenye noted that she is a celebrity and can take care of herself or her kids if she had decided to separate from her husband.

He called on ladies to get a job or career, adding that marriage is not imminent or social welfare for jobless women.

Chinenye said if their husband is financially buoyant and negotiates with them to stay off work for the sake of raising their children, that’s fine, but insist on him paying you a reasonable amount you fix in an account for as long as you stay home for the kids.

He said, “May the soul of Osinachi and the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God rest in peace".

Politics › Presidential Primary: I’m Not Afraid Of Tinubu, Osinbajo, Others — Yahaya Bello by iampeterben(op): 7:36am On Apr 10, 2022
KOGI State governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, on Saturday said that he is confident of getting the 2023 presidential ticket of the All Progressives Congress (APC) ahead of other presidential aspirants on the platform of the party, including Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, and the party’s national leader, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Governor Bello expressed this view in response to a question at the ongoing Second GYB Annual Seminar for Political and Crime Correspondents and Editors, saying he is not afraid of other presidential hopefuls in the ruling party, as all indicators show that he is in the best position to win the 2023 elections for the party.

The governor noted that though Tinubu and other personalities founded the ruling party, the foundation they laid was not enough to build the party as there were other things to be put in place for it to stand.

He said: “To answer your question, whether I am scared of other contestants for the presidency. You mentioned Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and others. I will say no. I am not scared of anybody in the contest for the APC presidential ticket.

“Tinubu and others are founding members of the APC, but foundation is not enough. I will defeat all the other aspirants, because I have all it takes to be a champion. My performance in Kogi State will speak for me.”

He stressed that there are over 16 million Nigerians with Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) already waiting to vote for him in the 2023 election, saying he believes that Nigeria will do more with younger persons in power.

In his address at the programme, National Coordinator of the Yahaya Bello Presidential Campaign Council, Senator Jonathan Zwingina, said the huge success of Governor Bello’s declaration ceremony had already sent shivers down the spines of others, adding that the Kogi helmsman possesses the right qualities to lead Nigeria, with uncommon humility.

isaiahethan:
You better not believe any of them
We can continue to blame Buhari or OBJ or Jonathan to Babangida, we are all chasing a shadow…………..

BELOW IS YHE REASON WHY NIGERIA IS SINKING AND ON LIFE SUPPORT

*What John Zibiri Said About Nigeria*

I worked and lived in Abuja for 18 years. I ran my own private company from 2001 until 2014.

Two million of the likes of Buhari cannot change Nigeria.

Everything is wrong with Nigeria.

The Director won't give you contract except you pay up front.

The banks won't give you loan except you concede a certain percentage.

The man supervising the contract won't pass the job except you play ball.
The clerk won't pass your file for payment except you rob his palm.

The accounts department won't raise your payment voucher or cheque unless you see them. I can go on and on.

The worst thing is that it has become a norm that nobody sees anything wrong with.

If you think otherwise, they begin to think you are sick and not normal.

If you try to stand in their way, you put your life at risk.

If you get killed there is no justice system in place to seek redress and bring the perpetrators to book.

The police is corrupt , the Judiciary is the same.

Even the religious circle is not spared.

Everything in Nigeria revolves around corruption.

Nobody cares about anybody. No law and order.
I looked from my left to right, everybody is only desperate about one thing "MONEY".

They will kill anybody and anything that stand between them and money.

I am an electrical engineer with MNSE and COREN. The system don't care about my qualifications.

Distribution and transmission jobs are given to alhajis, pastors, friends and relatives without any basic skills.

I started asking myself, how do I convince my kids that education and hard work is rewarding?

When fools, agberos and touts are running the country from the local govt to the Presidency.

Is this what my four sons will also go through I asked myself? In 2014 I decided I have had enough. I decided I was leaving. I migrated to Australia with my family.

Don't put yourself in harm way for any reason.

The problem of Nigeria is in the hands of Nigerians living in Nigeria.

Try starting a gate house in your village, everybody wants to profiteer from it. The bricklayer, the carpenter, the mason and even your brother who claim to be supervising on your behalf.

They are corrupt, morally bankrupt and selfish.

Everybody there thinks about himself and nobody is thinking about Nigeria .

You don't have to be the one to go there to change anything.

Let those under the hammer start the revolution. I beg make you hear word.

This post is gonna anger a lot of my followers. I'm still gonna post it anyway.

Analogy of OPPRESSORS & FOOLISH CITIZENS.
(A case study of Nigeria citizens & their elected oppressors):

During the Soviet dictatorship of Joseph Stalin. He was a brutal dictator with mind of his own.

On one fateful day, Stalin came to Politburo meeting with a live chicken.

Standing in front of audience, He started to pluck the feathers of the live chicken off one by one.

The chicken trembled in pain, blood tricking out of its pores. It gave out grievous cries, but Stalin being a cruel dictator continued without remorse plucking the feathers out until the chicken was completely naked. After which, he threw the chicken on the ground.

The naked chicken was staggering in pain. Stalin goes into his pocket and from his pockets, he took out some chicken food and started to throw it at the poor & helpless creature.

The poor chicken in pain started eating and Stalin started walking towards his seat. As he walked away, he kept dropping some feeds on the floor & the chicken followed him and sat feeding from his feet.

Joseph Stalin then turned to members of his political party leadership.

He said, "This chicken represents the people".

"You must disempower them, brutalise them, beat them up, starve them and then leave them".

"If you do this, go into your pocket & give them peanuts when they are in that helpless and desperate situation, they will blindly follow you for the rest of their life, worshiping you".
"They will think you are a hero forever. They will forget that, you're responsible for their sorrowful situation in the first place."

 Breath taking, isn't it?

‍♂ Now! Take a look at all the people some Nigerians are busy defending on social media.
Take a look at those they call their heroes.

They are the same people who plunged Nigeria into the situation she is.
They are the same people who are responsible for their predicaments.

Did you see the numbers of people that throng to Saraki's house during this Christmas period to go and collect peanuts?

Did you see the crowd that welcomed Ibori and George?

Did you see how Tinubu is worshipped like GOD.

Your guess is as good as mine. And the likes of many others, we all know about.
Nigerians kill those they should defend and defend those they should kill!

Pass to all your contacts & let your government know that we know what they are doing to us.
*GOD WILL JUDGE THEM.*
Omoh this is deep oh! We are the cause of our own predicaments.
